I m from Georgia basically 1,000 miles from home. I have a Ford F250 diesel that had a transmission issue. Jerry told me he couldn t get to it until next week. When I told him my dilemma of being 1000 miles from home and that I would have to stay in a hotel during the time that was getting fixed he said come on in tomorrow morning have it in here by eight. Long story short he put me to the front of the wind fixed it and didn t charge me a fortune. He his son Rob and the other guy that works there are great people I would highly recommend you go here before you go anywhere else

A very honest and accommodating business. I just got back from taking my car to diagnose a sound that I thought was a failing transmission. Both Jerry and Rob took time out of their day to test drive the car with me and give their opinion. I have no doubt they do great work and are an A+ in customer service. Down to Earth and genuine is getting increasingly rare these days. I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent, knowledgeable, honest professional service. They helped me with a very bad issue I was having with my trucks transmission which my business relies on several times over the phone and in person without charging me a cent even when I offered. Their guidance and complete set of knowledge was a true blessing for a new and budgeted business owner like myself. Jerry was able to repair my 2012 Jeep Liberty transmission for $3,000 less than the dealership was quoting me. His crew also completed the job in 4 days faster than the dealership quoted. Super happy, honest and professional. Highly recommend his shop!

I had a slight complication with my transmission, and with some at home work we had made a larger issue. Without hesitation my father called Jerry's Transmission (which he has been going to since the 80s) in search of a resolution. Rob had given him a simple fix that I had made a simple mistake and all my problems were fixed. If you are looking for an honest transmission garage make sure to call them for great service and an honest character you can find in a close friend.

We brought an old transmission to Jerry and he gave us his opinion and even a little education rather than sell us transmission rebuild that we didn't need. We need more honest people in auto shops like Jerry!

Dispicable!I paid Jerry Seaman owner of Jerry's transmission including. Over $4000 dollars to rebuild the tranny on my 2005 GMC in less than a few months engine light was coming on while I was in NY. I had to have the vehicle towed to Jerry Seaman on Newtown Rd. I had to rent a car and am out close to $1000 dollars do to shoddy work at this location. They had better deliver vehicle back to me in NY and pay my out of pocket unnecessary expenses

2010 honda fit 187,000 miles. maybe needed new clutch, was sent here from Limestone Service in Ridgefield. Jerry was right, did need new clutch (broken spring, it wasn't burnt out, very hard to diagnose) did excellent work and less expensive than the dealer. I will be going here (and Limestone in Ridgefield) in the future. Thanks Jerry and Rob !

Haven't go to this place yet but answering phone service very a knowledgeable but requires visit to fully diagnose problem going to set up appointment then I would really say what there really made of but to start phone service is good

Very honest, I thought my repair was going to be in the thousands and he could've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in mechanics. My repair only came to a few hundred dollars. I will continue to bring all my cars there for service.
