I bought my first car from Danbury Honda . And I'd recommend them. My personal experience: fast transaction. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Very reasonable financing opportunities. And great selection of vehicles. The only reason I took off 1 star is because the car I bought came with a $400 all weather package that I did not want (as far as I know, "the package" is just the "all weather mats").

They were professional, explained things properly, and most of all didn t waste my time. Salesmen Bruno was excellent, and was in contact with me after my purchase asking how the car was and if I had any questions after driving the car for a couple of days. He helped me decide what kind of car I was looking for, and got me the make, model and color I was looking for!

My experience with Honda was more than great. I know they did everything in their possession to give me a good outcome. I was able to leave happy with my purchase and with the way I was treated. My salesperson was Bruno and I received a call to see how everything was going after my purchase and I appreciated that.

Made the trip from Long Island to purchase from Honda of Danbury. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you to Duane in sales and Braegan in finance.This was my first Honda purchase from Danbury but they treated me more fairly than one of my local dealerships, which I had purchased three vehicles from.Thanks for the smooth out of state purchase!

These folks claimed they didn t have key not Even a spare key !!! To their Own car on lot . Supposedly ordered a new key. They were supposed to call me once it came in and they never did! Thanks to their incompetence and un professionalism I got a much better car for a much better deal right in my hometown good job guys !

Guilherme was an absolute GEM to work with. He was so kind and patient with me as he helped me find the car of my dreams. Every single staff member that I interacted with was beyond wonderful, I wish I could remember all of their names to recognize them. I already bought two new cars from them and in both instances i knew what i wanted and afford and they always matched the price i asked without silly games. Fast buying process as well. Three hours top compared to others where is at least twice the time. Will service my cars there and buy from there again.

I paid for diagnostics to find out why my car was squeaking and they determined it was my breaks. I paid for new breaks but the noise continued. I called but they never called back. I brought it in again they said it was rusted pads and claimed it was fixed. After about 5 minutes the squeaky sound was still there. I called again and they never called back. I paid 800. to this place and never had the problem resolved. I went to another Honda service and they found the problem immediately. It had nothing to do with the breaks. I got ripped off.

Overall experience was great. Lilia Lopez was very helpful and patient with us. Never pressured us and let us take our time. When we were ready to buy the car she was very helpful in negotiating. The main reason I bought my Accord Hybrid was because of them allowing us to think about our purchase. I also dealt with Tony Delena who was also very helpful. Would highly recommend in the future. The sale staff very good and handling the purchase of new car. I just bought 2019 Fit Sport. They also add on the block heater I need, even though, they did not know you could get such thing, with few minutes of talking the repair department, also before drove I notice the floor mats were missing from the car, but they just misplace in another car and found them quickly.Only thing this disappoint in, was misrepresent of the extended warranty, which more general failure plan, I was no, but after few minutes of saying no, loan department got point.I am fairly capable doing work on cars, and getting scan tool work on them. Also they very upfront with all options at point and time. My only recommendation is provide print documents of the options before buy comes in sign on the line. Also, bit surprised they shock, I want to read the document before I sign them. However I could understand this reaction because I know many people don't read long legal document, much now before they sign. However I do because my line work and dealing government agencies. I known other car dealership would be more upset and pretty mad. However they more than happy let me read, once they understood why.Also, my only concern about the not print documentation or alack ability read from computer or other device, seem be problem at all the dealerships now in name of going green. I feel this maybe an ADA issues.With all that said, Honda of Danbury, one the better dealerships have done a deal in Connecticut and would go back to them again if need another car, again, if Honda makes a car that fits my needs.

Lilia and Heather were a pleasure to work with - great customer service, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to find a bow for our daughter's car. Their offices and showroom are spotless! We came to Honda of Danbury after a bad experience at another Honda dealership and are very glad we did. We will recommend Honda of Danbury to our friends and we will definitely be back!

I've never been to a more friendly, spotless, and inviting car dealership. The service department staff is always kind and courteous. AND their wifi signal is really strong so I was able to work while my oil was being changed.I recently had to return a lease and look for a new vehicle. I was lucky enough to walk in on a day when Tony was working. Tony was THE BEST. He answered all my questions, gave me honest, straight answers, no BS, very friendly, and made me feel supported the entire process. I wasn't sure I was going to end up getting another Honda, but I did and it's all thanks to Tony. I'd recommend anyone looking for a new ride to stop at this dealership and speak with their staff. Thanks guys!

John B and the entire service department are fair, honest and very helpful. The mechanics at Honda of Danbury do a Great Job and always do the job right the first time. Even though people don t always think that they get good pricing from dealership service, Honda of Danbury is competitive and fair. I trust them over anyone with our Honda. We purchased from them and continue using them for service with our vehicle and it runs Great still with well over 245,000 miles on it.4 Years later;The service staff at Honda of Danbury is always on top of all of our concerns and gives us the most detailed service. We have been using Honda of Danbury from mile 1 through now over 285,000. Thanks to Honda of Danbury our family is safe driving our 2007 Honda Pilot for over 16 years!

We found Duane to be really patient with all of our questions and helped us to finally reach an agreement on which vehicle best fit our needs. Was interested in a vehicle and exuded to take the hour drive. After arriving and test driving I realized I did not want the vehicle, so I found another vehicle and planned for another visit. After speaking with Tony numerous times and finally deciding on the second vehicle I go to ma bank and grab a check for the amount of the out the door cost as spoken with the advisor. The day I m supposed to drop of check and leave with vehicle the car was not able to leave because it has an ac problem and a recall. For starters if the car has a know problem, why wait till a sale is pending to fix the issue? Considering it s on the lot ready to go . Secondly, I was told Friday it will go to Acura and get the ac fixed and I was ok with that, just keep me informed. I was told I d have an update on Monday. Well after numerous calls/messages and voice mails I finally get an update on Thursday, almost a week later just to be told they are waiting for a part and there is no real date as to when I could get the car. My problem is the lack of communication, the lack of urgency to the customer and also I wasted my time getting a certified check which I had to pay a fee for as well, just to have it sitting in a draw for a week in limbo not knowing what is going on. Cmon Tony, this has to get better!! All I ask is for clear communication and I can t even get that, which is the bare minimum.
