I went here for a new tire when I had a flat. I saw that they were open on a Sunday. The experience was great. The front desk and the mechanics were welcoming. Later on I went to get an estimate on a lot of work that I needed to have done. Being a woman going into an auto shop can be intimidating but I didn t feel like I was going to get overcharged and that they would screw me over. They were just as welcoming and helpful as the first time. They kept me up to date on what was happening and they were very good at explaining things to me so that I could understand easily. They went above and beyond and they really do value their customers. I recommend this place to all my friends and family because I trust them. If you re looking for a regular auto shop to service your car and you re local, this is the place.

Awesome staff that provides amazing service!! I have been coming here since I moved to Danbury 2 1/2 years ago and these guys have always been prompt, kind and professional! Whenever they say they re going to get something done for you, they do it by that time, if not sooner. They re always speedy about getting parts in if they don t have it in the shop at that moment and are super generous with their services. 10-star service and I will continue going here. I can t say there is another auto shop I trust!

This place is amazing i had and issue with my bmw and they were able to take care of it and fix the check engine light now the car drives 100 times better then before, the guys working there were really honest , and changed my tires. i also asked for my brakes to be changed and they told me that I didn t need them and that they looked good. Really professional people. They got my business forever for all my car s needs.

Hard to believe that honesty, reliability, and competitive pricing still exist! Blew out two tires heading to a job on I-84. Had no choice but to get them replaced. I would recommend this place to everyone. Excellent service, and they work faster than Grant took Richmond!

Great service. I was in at the shop at their last hour of business on New Years day. i was in and out in 10 minutes for a slow leak in a tire. Thank you Moe. Moe was kind and informative. Happy New Year guys. We'll be back for new tires very soon.Picture not actual tire. Lol

The staff at danbury tire &Auto were courteous and professional. Their pricing was exactly what they estimated me and the time to complete the job was less than what they quoted. I will refer them to my friends and family. We need more car repairs place like this. Exceptional service at a great price. Great job!

We were on a road trip from Boston to Philly and the engine temperature sensor started going off. It was New Years Day, so we were excited to find a place that was even open. They checked on my coolant and got us back on the road within 10 minutes! We so appreciated their help and friendliness.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this station. Gave me an honest price for an expensive tire. Helped me with air and a plug for my tire on the spot, despite being super busy. Nice guys too! 6 stars if I could.

Brought my ram truck there to have 35 inch tires I purchased online mounted and balanced. when 2 out of 4 where mounted they noticed two of them were egg shaped. Long story short I returned those tires and the owner helped me order a beautiful set of copper master craft tires . they were received within two days. They even called me on a Friday an hour and a half before they closed telling me they could put them on the truck that day. Very friendly staff.

First time I came to this place was when I had fat tire 3 years ago and ever since then this is our only place that we are using to fix our car! This place is owned I believe by Father and sons and from the first time I came in they were all amazing! I was desperate when I moved from Europe in the middle of covid and in the first month of my living here I had a flat tire. I went to mavis(since that was the closest place to me) and they wanted to change all four tires and wanted to charge me $1200. I just spent all this money on coming here plus a used car and they wanted to rip me off.. I was desperate even though I told the whole story they refused to just change one tire plus they didn t want to repair.. I was driving around looking for another place in desperation and saw Danbury Tire & Auto sign and thought I should try even though I already made peace with that money coming out of my pocket.Father was sooo nice and he offered just to change the tire for the price of $25 ( I am sure that would be more now due to inflation) I was so happy and grateful that I came to this place! Ever since then I have been doing all my services here, and they NEVER let me down! It is always faster and cheaper to do it here! Thank you guys, you are really amazing!

Needed to do some major work on our car. Walked in without calling and they took care of us same day. No hassle! Guys did a great job as always! They are professional and good on time. Even did our alignment as a compliment. If you want fast, honest, and fair price, come to Danbury tire and auto.

This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Very friendly and honest. I was told I might need breaks by a friend so I asked them and they told me I had 60% life left in mine and didn't need them yet, honesty like this is rare these days and I was very impressed. I highly recommend this family run business.

They open on Memorial day, (2023) as we travel from NC with our camper. Two tires popped and they had tires in stock for RV. Not even my insurance couldn t help me with sending tires to my location i was stranded They have good quality work, in good timing and good price.

Wow excellent service and in a very timely fashion. Had no appointment showed up and the gentleman said it would take 25 mins or so to replace the tire. Car was done and ready in under that time.

People who are working there are amazing! We had an issue with our tire s car so we had to change it but no one were open because of Thanksgiving weekend. We call them and they did it in 20 minutes. Trust me, go there!!

For simple tire jobs this place is OK, for anything more involved look elsewhere - especially with a German car.I'll start with saying I was a customer of theirs a handful of times over the few years living in the area. Probably ~5 or so times and for tire related jobs this place is easy to work with. I felt the way most do here that rate it highly that they seemingly care more than most shops about the car and customers.That trust lead to me asking them to do a brake job which ended up a disaster. I had them replace my brakes on my Audi A6 and a few months later my caliper came apart while driving! When I called the shop to relay this, they first told me they would certainly look at it and help me, but then once they realized that I had left them a negative review back after the brake job they wouldn't help me. (The first negative review was because my car was returned to me with an airbag light that was caused by them and my lug bolts weren t fully tight. Luckily, I was able to clear the airbag fault myself with a diagnostic tool. Prior to leaving that review I emailed the owner twice and called with no reply over a two week span.There are a handful of other shops on Mill Plain that I'd recommend over this place.

I unfortunately ran over a nail but the team here was so helpful and patched it up for a great price. They took the time to look at all the tires and offered some advice on how to maintain them. friendly staff, and quick service!

Alex was so helpful getting a new tire on for us when we had a flat. We came in only an hour before closing and he was able to get us fixed up and on the road the same day! We recommend Danbury Tire & Auto to anyone needing quick, easy, reliable and quality work on their car.

Ask for Alex and you won t be disappointed. He is incredibly professional and truly cares. He will work with you to diagnose the problem and find a reasonable solution. We take our Highlander and Fit here and are very happy with each visit. For small jobs it s same day turnaround or faster if you get there early. Call ahead and ask for Alex. Wish there were more mechanics like him.

It was a day of flat tires for me :-) I had one fixed about an hour ago and this time my rear tire started loosing pressure. Most shops were closing at around 5 pm and I was turned down by one shop already when I found that Danbury Tires is open till 7 pm. They got me in quick, the price was great and I was back on my way home in about 30 minutes. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service. We were traveling to a friend in Connecticut from New Jersey and noticed a slow leak in our tire pressure. We stopped at Danbury auto and were back on the road within 15 minutes with a patch. I cannot recommend their services more. Thank you so much!

Outstanding! These guys really took care of us. Great people, great prices, and service that was above and beyond. They even stayed a bit late to help us with and emergency tire issue. The best shop I have dealt with in many years, highly recommend them!!

Alex is a true hero of customer service. He will make sure you are taken care of well. Even though he didn t have the part to fix me up, he and his team provided a quick diagnostic and excellent advice on how to solve my problem. No question about it: he cares more about being helpful than making an easy buck. A rare and precious characteristic! I was just passing through town, but if I were a local, this would be my new go-to for EVERYTHING automotive. I recommend Danbury Tires & Auto very highly!

We stopped here because our tire had a few bubbles and we were driving long distance in New England. Alex was so kind and advised us not to drive home on it. Although he didn't have an exact tire match, he fit us with a tire that got us home safely and advised us to replace it with the real replacement later. The service was quick and easy. He got us back on the road in a half hour and we were so thankful he was open and such an honest and helpful person. Thank you!
