As a Collectible Car Broker I'm very particular where I have my repairs done-both Cosmetically and Mechanically. Jim and his team was up for the challenge after being rear ended he was able to make the repair indistinguishable from before the hit and run. Once back up on my feet I'll be back bringing another beauty for some small touch-ups!

If I wasn t rear ended, you d have a tough time convincing me that this car was in an accident. The work that Jim and his team did was fantastic. They couldn t have been more helpful or friendlier. I was out of town when the car was finished and they dropped it off to my dad at his office, which was a huge convenience. When I got back into town, I noticed the bumper was a little loose, I brought it back in and It was fixed before end of day, no extra charges or hassle. Crossroads is the only place I d recommend for auto body work in the area.

I've unfortunately ( hahaha) been a customer of Crossroads for years now. They've fixed my work vehicles and a few sedans. Just today I picked up my 2012 Toyota Camry that had a dented-in trunk. What I wanted to say is that this is an outstanding place to do business! The folks there are as honest as the day is long. They do what they say they'll do for the price quoted. No ifs, ands or buts. What more does any customer need. You'll be treated like family here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Head over heels with delight. Incredibly friendly staff. They quoted my issue on the spot and was willing to purchase used parts just like I wanted. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Magic workers. State farm ( at fault) insurance was most disagreeable, I though thier estimate couldn't possibly cover repair cost. Crossroads made it work,and even repaired with original factory parts ( at thier own cost difference) vs the aftermarket parts covered by at fault insurance company. Ethical,expedient, skilled,patient. I was recommended by friends and family, I'm glad I took their advice.

We were on a road trip from Tampa to Connecticut when my husband hit a road hazard outside of Jacksonville and damaged the front end of our new Mazda. We taped the bumper together with Gorilla tape and managed to get to Connecticut without further incidence but we did not want to drive back to Tampa with a damaged front end. We called Jim at Crossroads to see if he could help us, but he said he was booked until the end of July. However, he offered to look at the damage to see what could be done. Well, not only did he tell us that he could repair the damage, but he gave us a very reasonable estimate and was able to get the repair done in the week that we were in Connecticut. Jim and his team did a wonderful job on our Mazda and because they were so accommodating, the drive back to Tampa was stress-free. We highly recommend Crossroads Auto Body if you have a car in need of auto body repair.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had tree branch damage on my car roof - called Jim - he asked me to bring my car in.He and his team Danielle / Tony / his guys did a phenomenal job - there were a couple of issues - but no problem I brought the car back and he took care of all the issues.Excellent service - excellent people.Jim and team were always courteous / extremely professional and always ready to go beyond to help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck needed out of the ordinary repairs and is 20 years old. They went above and beyond to fix everything and made it look like it just came out of the showroom! Jim and Dani treated me like family and the guys that worked on it did an impeccable job! The truck has been in my family since new, I can t thank you enough for all you ve done!! These folks did a great job on my car. I did some damage to the bumper and the hood needed work. The car came back looking good as new and they were incredibly nice to deal with. Super friendly manager and receptionist. They helped me do some light touch up work and I was in and out quick! He didn t charge me either which was confusing and amazing. This is the place to go. The Mazda dealership also outsources their painting work to these guys and I can completely see why. Best experience I ve had outside a dealership.Service: Painting

What an awesome auto shop!!! Jim was so helpful after my accident. He gave me the lowdown on the process of repairing a car after a major accident. He gave me information on what to do and what not to do with my insurance company. It was overall a good experience.The only thing that I was slightly displeased with was my car took almost 45 days to repair. I then had a major bill with the rental car for taxes and fees my insurance company would not cover, which I have submitted for reimbursement to the other insurance company, thanks to Jim's advice! Also, if you want to speak to them, head right to the shop. Sometimes the phone is busy.I still gave them 5 stars because despite the above, they were AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend

Jim was a pleasure to work with. I brought my car (2002 Impreza Wagon) to have my hatch spoiler painted due to 20 years of sitting in the sun and I planned to somewhat restore my car. He told me that he was very busy (lot was full of cars that needed to be serviced) but since it was a small piece he took it anyway and a week later it was done. Sounds like a long time for such a small piece it was better than waiting longer for a bay to be open to bring my car in and potentially not have something to drive for a couple days.The spoiler came back looking brand new and the paint matching was superb. The guys working there did a great job. Would definitely recommend these guys if you re looking for any auto body work. Even recommended someone who does paint correction that s close to Danbury.Service: Painting

Family-owned and operated, NOT A CHAIN. Mindo and Jim provide quick, professional,high-quality work with exemplary customer service.Your vehicle will look better inside (yes, they clean the inside of the vehicle before you pick it up) and as good as new on the outside.In an accident? Call Danielle at the front desk. She is also part of the Crossroads family, and she will calmly walk you through the entire process; helping you through the insurance end, assisting in getting a car rental and keeping you informed. Our family has used Crossroads numerous times never disappointed. I have referred many people to Crossroads, they, too, not disappointed and blown away by the attention to detail.. Neither will you!

After stopping at two different auto body shops to get an estimate on paper (which one place just said to me leave your car here we'll take care of it and the second giving me one without much detail of the repairs it need it on it) I did what my insurance agent recommended... go to Crossroads. He was so nice to call them and let them know I was on my way, they treated me so nice, LOVELY!! and the same with my car the car looks like nothing happen!!!! my family couldn't tell the difference as to how it was before the accident happen. I absolutely recommend this place!! they do a great job and take care of their clients!! THANK YOU CROSSROADS!!!!

The absolute best auto body shop. I will never take my car anywhere else. Their work is expertly done and after getting my car back, you'd never know it was in an accident. I go often for help with smaller things and they're always willing to lend a hand. They work with insurance and get the job done right. They refused 3 roof panels that came in because they were warped or broken. They do things right here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Parking can be a bit tough sometimes but definitely go here, nobody beats them.

Went to Crossroads for scratches on my passenger side doors hoping for a buff out. Jim immediately came to the rescue and helped me out. Very kind and meticulous. I really appreciated his hard work and professionalism. My car looks great! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Crossroads Auto Body is by far the best company in the business. When I called because my daughter was in a car wreck, the first question out of Jim s mouth was, Is your daughter ok . The compassion from Jim and his crew put everything into perspective. They helped me through the process, gave me the options and helped me come to the best decision. I have used Crossroads for several years and cannot say enough about their customer service and quality of work. Everyone is very pleasant and really take care of things for you, so all you have to do is drop your car off and rest assured the rest is handled properly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

I just had my car repaired at Crossroads Auto Body, they did a fantastic job at restoring the car body. In the end my car was like new, plus clean and shiny inside and out. Very helpful, informative and professional staff. Mindo whom I dealt with most of the time is very personable and pleasant, making sure that all our questions were answered and requests were satisfied.

Took great care of my car, ensured I had a rental car the entire time my vehicle was being repaired. Communicated effectively in progress of repairs plus cleaned, washed and vaccumed out vehicle prior to returning it.

Crossroads is the best auto repair shop of all the auto repair shops (body work or otherwise) I have been to. Jim and Mindo provided the best repair service experience ever. They are experts. In last 2-3 years I have been to Crossroads 3 times for unrelated body shop problems. They have provided top notch service at affordable price on all occasions.

Mindo was friendly and helpful. In addition to the reasonable quote on a little bit of rust work, he took the time to point out where else rust might accumulate, and how I can clean the insides of the fenders to keep from coming back every year.They came in below the estimate and buffed and waxed the whole car, including cleaning the wheels into the bargain.The car looks great stem-to-stern, and thee is no hint anywhere what has been done.What else can you ask for?

I took my car to crossroads after an accident unfortunately the car was totaled. The gentleman took time to comfort us I was my son. Thank you sir for the good words. I plan to bring in my new purchase which needs a lot of work I know they will the ones to help me. Good attitude king people.
