Always have great service here. They are courteous, professional, and competent. Hours are convenient and usually can get a loaner if needed. If not, they have a shuttle service. Sometimes I wait and they have a comfortable waiting room with tables, WiFi, and TV

Went in for a routine scheduled oil change and general checkup. The mechanic found a safety issue that needed fixing. They immediately inserted my car into the schedule and sent me on my way with an unscheduled loaner. The service people are always pleasant and thoroughly explain what's going on and all the choices.Services: Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacementServices: Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Excellent service. Had a bunch of things that needed to be addressed and Greg patiently walked me through what the mechanic would do and the estimated costs. I am not knowledgeable about cars and Greg explained everything in such a respectful way that I felt informed and comfortable that all my issues would be addressed. I am grateful that Subaru continues to have loaners available and was able to spend time driving a newer model of my car. Thank you Subaru. And thank you Greg.

Colonial Subaru is hands down the best dealership in the region. Every staff member was polite and courteous. My service writer Greg Palazzo was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the service my car required. The GM Corey Henderson took time out of his day to personally greet and take care of me. I would not go to any other dealershipService: General repairs & maintenance

I'm thrilled with my recent purchase of the Subaru Impreza! The car's performance is exceptional, and I'm impressed with the attention to detail. The experience was made even better by the excellent customer service. Alan, and Corey, the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. A big thumbs up to them and the entire team!

Love these guys, today I needed an oil change on my 2024 Crosstrek w/ 9000 miles. Didn t make an appointment and they re swamped but the service advisor said he could definitely squeeze me in. Took a little longer than I expected but took way less time overall than I was expecting. Plus the rest of the dealership was friendly and had some good conversations with me while I was there. Always going to Colonial.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Alan A. has excellent customer service sales from beginning to end; making my experience of buying a car a pleasant one. If it was not for his caring, flexible, detailed & calm demeanor, I would have not chosen Colonial Subaru. His calm interaction made me close the deal. Thank you Alan!

I came in because my car was whistling. I was told that my car needed brake pads and resurface my rotors. The pads had brake rust but were fine. I took it to another dealership 3 weeks earlier to replace of 4 of my tires (because of this they could see the full brakes) and they said my brakes were good. After the brakes were replaced, car was still whistling. There was a crack in the housing of driver side mirror. This was fixed at no charge. So I didn't need new pads and resurface the rotors. I will not be going back to this dealership.

Corey, I am taking the time to respond to you survey because I am also a veteran in the service business (over 30 years) And I understand how important feedback is.I brought my daughter's 2008 Subaru pressure in to have a new rim and tire put on along with an oil change and the 24 point check up that Your outfit performs as a matter of course. The results I received back was the car needs a new transmission, also new headgaskets, also some other answer items such as a leaking radiator and a crossover pipe that needs to be replaced that is rusty along with a couple of minor for the end parts. What bothered me is the diagnosis for the transmission, when I asked your service adviser How he diagnosed the failure of the transmission and How he diagnosed the failure of the transmission and The only outcome being is to replace it At a price tag over $6000, the response was he heard a noise but, when I requested if he pulled the dipstick to check the fluid (is a burnt, Possible metallic material in showing where) the response back was no he did not check the fluid. As we know the transmission is hydraulic system, basic diagnosis would be to at least check the fluid, This was failure one from your shop. The second failure was that the service department did not know that I had your outfit change the headgaskets on this car at approximately a 100,000 miles, 2 to 3 years ago. And they are recommending to change them again, Preposterous. When I requested if there's anything they can do to honor their work,The response was underwhelming. One last item that I think is most important in the service business's attitude in greeting customers. The feeling I had when I went into your service shop was the people work for you avoid it Eye contact and was busy with their own items however would greet and say good morning to other Subaru employees not me the customer, this actually befondled me and speaks of the culture. My wife and I are ready to purchase a new vehicle And we were looking at 1 of the top of the line Subarus Or a grand Highlander, this experience helped make our decision to purchase a $68,000 grand Highlander From green tree Toyota.

We were late for our appointment, however Seth Robinson, our salesperson, gave us all the time necessary to become acquainted with our new Subaru. He was thoughtful and courteous throughout our lengthy time at Colonial.

I go to the Subaru dealer regularly for car service for my 2017 Subaru Forester because they are knowledgeable, thorough, and customer friendly. I have always been treated with respect, and they do an incredible job keeping my car in great shape. And they are a company that supports animal welfare. I was told my car would be ready the next day and all parts were in stock to complete the service. When I didn't hear anything the next day, I called to find out that they didn't have the parts and my car wouldn't be ready until the following Monday. I only found out because I called them. Service rep kept calling me "Bud". Went in for a clutch replacement and was shocked by the price I was told only after they had my car disassembled. I'm willing to pay for good and trustworthy service. This wasn't it. They price matched the pieces I could find online but still charged for a ton of miscellaneous nuts, bolts, springs and pins.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't say if it was the cheapest option or not, as I didn't shop around at all, but the quality of the repair was top notch. They finished everything in an efficient manner and I know I don't have to worry about anything since I went to Colonial Subaru. Car arrived at 10am and was finished by 2pm.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

After waiting for more than 3 hours, I was charged for a service I did not ask for. I asked for a change of brake pads not resurface rotors. I noticed when my wife takes her old Subaru the dealership wants to do a lot of repairs that are not necessary. My wife and I will never go there again.
