Marty Cerrone was our salesperson. He was fantastic has the most knowledge. I have ever seen in a dealership. Informed me about Audi going into F1 - which is a big deal for the development of the cars in the future. I highly recommend. Ask for Mr. Cerrone when you walk into the door.

A few weeks ago I arrived back in Ridgefield and noticed my Audi's one tire was very low. I drove over to Audi Danbury and a young man named, Elvis waved me into the service area. I said I did not have an appointment & was wondering if he could help me with the tire. He was courteous, extremely helpful and took care of it immediately. I couldn't have been more impressed. He also reset the computer for me. Audi should be extremely pleased with their employees especially if they are all as professional as Elvis. Thank you!

My recent service experience at Danbury Audi was outstanding. Although it took a while to ultimately diagnose and fix all the issues with my A5, my service advisor Al Cretacci kept me informed all along the way. Al did everything he could possibly do to make this service experience go smoothly. My A5 is back up and running once again and I'd just like to give a big thank you to Al and the service team!

I like Audi Danbury and I like our service advisor Gabriel. I am not an easy customer and He is really good and handles customer needs. I really appreciate it. Audi Danbury is focused customer satisfaction. I will definitely will be back there. That's the 4th Audi we owned and we love Audi Danbury. They deserve 5 star service.

My experience at the dealership was totally fine. Nothing exceptional but it was relatively quick and pleasant. We had temporary tags on the car and the day they expired we still hadn't received our permanent plates. We called the dealership and our sales rep, Kevin, was out. The sales manager was supposed to call back but didn't. We got a hold of Kevin the next day and he told us our insurance agency was to blame and that he'd send someone out with a new set of temp plates. I completely understand mistakes happen and things can fall through the cracks, especially during the holidays, but the way Kevin communicated was extremely disappointing. He blamed the insurance agency and the only apology he offered was that he was out of the office yesterday. I was copied on an email from the agent a month ago requesting a document from him that he didn't provide which he then claimed he wasn't asked for. Total lack of accountability and his emails were curt, at best. It's not normal to have to track down your sales rep because your tags have expired. Following that up with tactless emails is not what I expected from a luxury dealership. Safe to say we will not be returning to Audi Danbury.

Al and the entire customer service team are exceptional. They do amazing job of getting you in and out and explaining and service or Audi related questions you may have. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicle to Danbury Audi for service knowing the job will be completed on time without surprises.

Daniel at Audi Pre-Owned Center was exceptional. We purchased 2 vehicles (Audi Q5 & Nissan Rouge Sport) and traded in our Audi Q5. He made the process smooth and easy without all the drama and time wasting that other dealerships use as tactics to wear you down into a sale. We had previously leased another Audi 3 years ago with them and experience was the same which speaks volumes about the entire organization.

Audi Danbury is full of money hungry robots. Mark the car salesman seemed very nice at first, but as soon as i said i was buying the car he directed none of his attention to me. He never arranged for me to test drive the car, never got updates when the car was in transit to the Danbury location (which he promised he would update me on). Audi care and the different packages they offer were never throughly explained by the finance department or mark. Mark also said to stop by so he can explain Apple car play and myaudi, but when i did stop by i waited for 30 minutes and then got handed off to another salesman who did not know anything about my car and how to set it up. The finance department assured me oil changes and servicing would be 100% covered but at the first oil change i was hit with a $400 bill. Not to mention A month after leasing a brand new Q3 the check engine light came on. I brought it to Audi and got it in back in a week, the same day i got it back the light came back on. Audi gave me trouble about bringing in the car back in and getting a loaner. When they finally took my car i didn t get it back for close to 3 weeks. While trying to get updates on the status of the car the service center failed to give any updates and would just promise it would be done soon, which it wasn t. When i asked to speak with the manager Michael fells approach me in the most unprofessional manner. He came up to me in front of other customers and said he is not obligated to speak to me or help me. After laughing at me and referencing to hearsay when i expressed my concerns i was told to leave. Audi Danbury has been anything but helpful. From the service center, sales, and management everyone i have interacted with has been rude, insulting, and disrespectful.

Brought my wife s vehicle in for a service today, gabe made the whole process very easy and seamless. He kept me in the loop with timing, and everything was handled quickly! The Quattro Lounge was really well put together aswell, made the wait very enjoyable!

Hands down one of the BEST dealerships I ve done business with. I ve bought a lot of cars over the years from nearly every brand and Kevin was one of the easiest salespeople to work with. Everyone was nice and nobody was pushy. Audi of Danbury had good inventory and was priced far better than other dealerships and still worked out a better price! I highly recommend this dealership and couldn t be happier with the experience I had working with them.

Horrible service once you buy the car. They claim that they re indestructible in court so basically if you ever have an issue you can t trust them after your purchase. Their service makes you feel downgraded as soon as you drive out of the lot with your new car.

We have purchased a number of vehicles from Audi Danbury because the Dealership is well run, has great service and always provides clean loaner cars. The entire operation is well run and organized. The service writers are top shelf, friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is pet friendly and our dog Hank is always made to feel welcome.

No issue with the service dept, but Audi of America WILL NOT stand behind their pdt.We have owned a 2001 allroad, two 2006A45, 2010 A4 sedan, 2010 A4 avant, 2013 S4, and 2011 Q5 which was bought brand new and maintained 100% at the dealership.An independent shop recently found that the Q5 rear subframe is rotting away into dust and the car is unsafe to drive. Despite the car being in otherwise mint condition, our decades long loyalty to Audi, and having spent a fortune maintaining at the dealership, Audi will not do anything to help with this ~$7000 dollar repair. Encountered a similar issue with our Mercedes Benz C300 - Mercedes-Benz coversreplacement of subframe in full. Very sad to say to STAY AWAY from Audi- they do NOT stand behind their cars, or show any appreciation for loyal customers.

The absolute worst service center I ve ever encountered. I was stuck going here for the past 4 years because he had services we already paid for, and just horrible service. then today, we still had one more oil change and maintenance and they just told my wife that they will be charging us now. Since I wasn t there they tried to charge my wife 700 dollars!!!!!! I m going to file a formal complaint with Audi against these crooks. We left and will get service elsewhere. Stay far far away from this place!

Service should get 4.5 stars.Very efficient. No smiling, but good service.Sales team - not so much.I reached out to one specific sales rep I found on their site 2 times, no call back.Left one message on voice mail and the second via the receptionist.No response.Umm...OK.All I said was "I'm interested in leasing a Q5. Please call me back."So reached out again a few weeks later to Kevin. We talked about the Q5, options, etc. Said he'd call me back with numbers and...no call back.Umm...OK...again.So then I called Audi Hawthorne, spoke to Craig and he ran numbers in 15 minutes. Voila!

I Had an overall good experience. Was on time for appointment and was taken care of promptly and with friendly professional service from Dash.If looking for things to improve on or make experience exceptional.Make sure Audi courtesy cars are clean, and wiped down thoroughly before loaning them out. Mine was not up to Audi standards of cleanliness that you are known for.It could have been that you were short handed with staff that particular day and time.Overall I am happy with the service you provided. I will return for future scheduled visits.

I have had my Audi Q5 for 10 years now and I still feel confident driving this car (which I love). I purchased the car new from Audi Danbury and since my first contact with them, I have always been treated courteously and professionally. The service department is the best and I won't take my car anywhere else.

This place is just awesome - they were most helpful - Nate in service was an excellent help and most patient with me while I deal with the stress of my insurance company not attending to my needs. But Audi Danbury stepped in and did what needed to be done to help alleviate my stress. I love that place so much, I've decided to buy a new car from them as well. I don't know any of them personally but from the service end, Nate, to the sales end, Joseph Miller (and the others who were so kind to me), they've made by experience an enjoyable one. No, I don t own an Audi but I can t say enough about the wonderful people at the Danbury Audi Service Center. My Subaru had a tire blow out & I managed to limp along & luckily be passing by the service center. I pulled in; 2 nice gentlemen were outside & immediately came to the rescue! They had a service technician take my car, put the donut on & had me on way to get a new tire very quickly. I waited in their lounge where they offered me coffee, snacks can t say enough about the terrific people who made me smile in a tough situation. THANK YOU!

If it were possible to give Al Cretacci 1000 stars I would. He is the best service manager in ANY dealership I have ever been associated withI have owned other Audis purchased here and a Subara ,BMW ,Toyota ,Saab ,and Renault from other dealerships in NY and CTHe is a problem solver ,incredibly organized, respinds to questuons in a timely fashion.and he is always professional as well as superb communicatorYou have a tremendous asset to your dealership with Al Cretacci
