Sean, the worker at this store, was very diligent in helping me find windshield wiper blades. I didn t know how to manually put it on my car. He then helped me put them on my car. He was very nice & courteous. Great customer service!

Website says you have the product, phone calls to 2 location says you have the product in stock when I have given out the SKU, 2 locations.. Neither had it in stock when I arrived. Waste of ten dollars of gas and my time. What gives?

Great service. Sam was really helpful, she helped me find exactly what I needed for my oil change and brakes. Definitely will be coming back!

When you place an order on line, they tell you most of the time its ready in 30 min.,. My experience was different in that my order was not ready after 4 hours, worst part was that when I stopped at the store, they told me to wait. When I asked how long, the store staff said I dont know. Understaff?

Advance Auto in New Milford were really great when we needed a part that they didn't have. Dave called ahead to Danbury location at 8pm and asked them to pull it for me to save time. Just nice extra service when they didn't even get the sale. Thank you.

The customer in front of me got a "discount" because he didn't have a few dollars. Yet, I was charged a random additional item... because "the register only allow to buy 2 or more items"(as explained by the cashier). And the cashier didn't say anything until I checked my receipt!

This Advanced Auto Parts Store in Danbury rescued me with an emergency replacement of my catalytic converter, which was stolen from my Honda Element the day before.Stephen behind the counter, was brilliant with his knowledge and help with exactly which converter I needed for my particular year and make. And he had it in stock. He even recommended an outstanding mechanic down the block who was able to install the converter and sensors that same day. Furthermore, he had delivered via Uber the sensors from his warehouse directly to the mechanic.By that afternoon my Honda Element was back in business and running perfectly. Amazing service! Couldn't believe it. Stephen and this Advanced Auto Parts Store are lifesavers! Highly recommended.

My husband and I was in CT helping out my father in law with his car. Hands down employee Justin was above top notch in customer service and professionalism . He showed so much empathy and patience with dealing with our elderly father who has memory issues. He helped answered questions that was repetitive without any tone of annoyance or aggravation. Great employees helps a store become great and earns returning customers .Thanks Justin . You Rock!!

Great customer service!My daughter stopped for a signal bulb.She said "Rob" looked up # and got her a new bulb.Concerned about her commute she asked how to put it in.He explained how to replace, but offered to change it for her as she was rushing to work.And that's even though he was heading out for lunch!So 10 minutes after walking in the store she purchased a bulb, had it replaced & wasn't late to work!Thank you Rob for helping my daughter out!We'll be back.

I bought a throttle position sensor here and then the mechanic said we didn't need it yet so I brought it back to return it. We didn't even take the sensor out of the box and I had the receipt with me. In less than an hour after I bought it they didn't take it back. That sucks.

So this is a true story. My 77 year old mother decided to buy a rear wiper blade just to have in case she needed one.(she did what old people do) Somehow she purchased the wrong wiper blade. She's had it for a while and she saved the receipt. The wiper was never opened from the case. Advance Auto still sells the same wiper blade, I was told because it was over a year they wouldn't exchange it. Now I could see if they stopped selling the blade or the blade looked used.I know it's just a windshield wiper to some people but for 77 year old living alone it's $12. There is a matter of principle here. The blade was their brand (Trico) they still sell them and they didn't want to exchange it.I went down to AutoZone on main St. and picked up a blade for my mother there.

I was traveling from Maryland to New Hampshire when my battery light came on the dashboard. I stopped in CT to get it checked by Danny and not only did he help with finding the problem (my alternator) but helping me find someone to replace it for me last minute on a Saturday so my journey could continue! Thank you so much!

My husband nust went to this store for a battery for his work van. Now working in a retail store myself I understand that things get tough when an employee calls in sick but that should not give anyone the right to be rude to the customers. We walked in and the manager along with 1 other employee were at the counter. My husband asked for the battery and for someone to install it (since it is advertised that they check AND replace batteries). The 1 guy turned to the manager and stated that he had to go out and replace my husband's battery to which the manager replied "no you won't, we have had 1 employee call in sick and you are not leaving me here at the counter by myself". I can understand if there were a bunch of people in the store not wanting to be left alone but I turned and looked only to see NO ONE else. Whatever happened to GOOD customer service??!! I know that if I ever treated a customer like that where I worked I would most likely not have a job anymore. And to be talked too like that by a manager is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Advanced auto seems like they are doing a good job, and of course if they are advanced their service are more effective and reliable so then they should be providing a great deal and services, costumers are depending for that quality. Continue the good work.

Today my car battery was dead so take my old battery back to the shop then I spoke to Mike & Shane both employees are very helpful they gave me brand new battery free because my old battery has a warranty thanks guys

I find that place very interesting .that warm approach from the workers when you enter.how can i help you.they patiently listen and assist you in a friendly manner and make sure you get wat you order. i wil recommend any one who needed auto part to Advance Auto Parts they got the right parts all the time.

Tip order what you need online then ho pick up...you can save between 15% to 25%. I do this every time. I have even been in the store and did an online order. Only had to wait 5 min for it to process.

Convenient location. Large parking lot. Kinda small store, but the staff here is deserving of a great rating.
