I am very fussy when it come to my trucks I will look for faults in dealing with automotive shops . Qualty automotive has been servicing my trucks for at least a decade honestly a fantastic business Andre is world class guy and the mechanics are amazingly good and very knowledgeable in their own right

Tried to charge me double that another garage was asking. Andre was very unprofessional, horrible customer service skills, took 10 hours just to look at my car, and something tells me he s never worked on a car in his lifeHorrible experience, I d advise everyone to not come here EVER

Excellent service! I called Quality Automotive with a emergency on my vehicle and they were able to get my vehicle fixed on a Saturday with a reasonable price. I highly recommend Quality Automotive!

George at Quality Auto has been helping me get my sprinter ready for my cross country trek and let me tell you he is great. I could not have imagined bringing my van anywhere else. He knows what is he doing and does not overcharge. He explained to me every step of the way what was happening and is always responsive. I feel 100% comfortable making this long journey now because of him. If you need work done on your car do not hesitate to bring it to him.

The customer service #1 also work is quick and effecient. They always offer best options for vehicle repairs and parts. Also walked me thru every step of repairs how and what work was done.

George has been the most amazing mechanic for my son. He's very helpful and has a lot of knowledge to share. Since he had so many great experiences, I took my car there too. I'm glad I finally have a good shop in Cromwell I can trust. So many people in Cromwell recommend this place but I thought the were recommending a different shop on the same street. I went to this other shop and was lied to and taken for a ride.I'm glad I got straightened out on which shop everyone was praising.

The owner and the employees in this place are some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They're thorough, professional, ethical and fairly priced while they deliver only top notch service. I brought vehicles here on two separate occasions and feel great about the service I received

Al and Jeff are the best. Excellent work ethics, superior customer service and they are honest. They will tell you what needs repair and how soon the issue should be taken care of. Reasonable prices. Best mechanics in CT.
