We had our car breakdown on 91 and called CAR to see if we could get it towed there. He had us bring it to him and did a full look through to find out the issue. He communicated with us and even sent pictures that helped us to understand exactly what happened. We will definitely be taking our cars to them going forward.

Car needed frontend work ; struts, swaybar bushings and more. Excellent work ; all repairs were done in one day. Had the rear brakes checked. Didn't need replacement, so they cleaned and adjusted them. Have used them last year with an A/C problem and this garage was excellent .

Brought my car to Complete automotive care upon recommendation from another car company. I am so glad I did. John was so nice and explained everything that was going to be done with pictures included. He did all the work in a timely manner and I was good to go that afternoon. I would definately recommend this company and plan on using them again when needed.

Very pleased with service provided, have been going to this garage since they opened for business. Owner has always taken the time to explain the problem and offer options. Customer is treated with respect and the work is completed in a timely manner.

The people that work here are wonderful! I forgot to warn them that I had an inflatable Santa that would slowly awaken and inflate in the back seat when my car was turned on. Unfortunately, Santa scared the spit out of the gentleman working on my car. On the bright side, Santa owes you extra presents. My bad, thanks again!

My car failed emissions due to an electrical problem. I have a 2015 Volvo that I have taken to the dealer in the past but I have been looking for an alternative and I believe I have found one. I wasn't sure what the problem was but John was able to diagnose and resolve the problem to my satisfaction and more importantly, I passed re-inspection. I plan to continue using their services. They are located in the same town that I live and offered to give me a ride back to my home.Services: Electrical, Auto emissions testing

They are super friendly, transparent, and fairly priced. The owners wife even gave me a ride back home herself after I dropped off my car. I'd definitely recommend and I'm glad I found my new mechanic

I have never reviewed a business before but felt compelled to after bringing my car here. I had an oil leak that multiple other mechanics couldn t/didn t want to figure out. John and the team found the leak, called to discuss with me and took the time to explain in simple terms what was going on. Without much knowledge of cars and engines, it s easy to feel vulnerable, John was so honest and totally gained my trust. They even offered to drive me home when I dropped off my car! It s so tiring dealing with corporatized dime a dozen shops so I m very glad I found this place that feels like a honest mom and pop shop that s dedicated to providing quality customer service. Great customer service. CARS took my vehicle right in and found all the problems. John called me and informed me of the findings and what i could expect to pay. Debbie even offered to drive my car to the house when the work was completed if needed. I will return with future work for sure. John was extremely time efficient with fixing my car. He was able to fit me in the same day that I called and had my car back to me by the next morning. He will keep you updated throughout the process, which I loved. I will definitely be using John and his team again in the future!

Thank you John! Once again 5 stars. My repairs were done exactly as required, exactly as requested, and on time! My car went in for the repairs right on time for my appointment. Your staff is friendly and helpful. I'm also impressed with the photos you took of the work that was done. I don't know of another shop that does that! Happy New Year! (January 2024)I took my old, old car to John for repairs prior to an emissions test. He did extensive work for me, after explaining exactly what needed to be done, with pictures to illustrate the problem. He did excellent work, his prices were fair, and he even followed up with a phone call a few days later to check if everything was OK! I will gladly refer friends to you. Many thanks, John! Called to see if I could get an estimate for brakes. They were able to give me ballpark estimate. Also they were able to fit me in the same day which was a huge plus. Within 4 hours my vehicle was ready. I was given a call prior to the work being done and also was explained the options and total price it would cost. They dropped me off and also picked me to pick up my vehicle this way I didn t get to use uber/lyft. Overall excellent service, experience, and excellent people.

While I was in CT for business, I had a tire with very low pressure that I have had issues with before, but never that low. As I had a 2 hour drive home, I really wanted it checked out. I reached out at 9:30 the night before for a 8am appt before I had to get to the office and then showed up at the garage at 8am. Even though they really didn t have room for me, they took a look at my tire which needed a plug and also let me know my brakes were in dire need of replacing. If I had time to wait for an opening on their schedule, I definitely would have had my brakes repaired with them. They were so nice, very informative and I couldn t have found a better place to care for me.Service: Tires

I found this company in search to repair the leaking transmission. I had contact them to get the estimate and make appointment . The lady on the phone was rude and hang up on despite letting her know I m hearing impaired. I would not recommend them if they gonna treat people with disabilities with their horrible customer service attitude because 9/10 they will take advantage of you

Many service places will up sell you on things you don t want or need at the time you go in, or play the game of not buttoning up your car before you pick it up. Not CARS. They saved me time and money by only doing the services that I asked for. They were very accommodating to my requests and changed just one bad tire, rotated my tires, reset my TPMS sensors.Service: Tires
