I went to the Wile Hyundai dealership for the business of selling my truck to them via the KBB dealer's buying program. The process was fast and easy! Papers signed and check cut the next day! Remainder of my loan paid off in less than a week. The whole process was not at all stressful, highly recommend!

My Experience at Wile Hyundai was excellent, I told them exactly what I wanted and where I wanted my payments to be, they worked with me, got me into the New Vehicle I wanted and the customer care was excellent. They helped me with ANY questions I had or still have.. I will recommend everyone that asks me to go to Wile Hyundai

Yesterday afternoon I took my girlfriend to Wile to look at a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. I had made arrangements the day prior with Paul and he arranged for Jesse to be our point person. No gimmicky sales talk, no trying to sell us extras, no pressure at all. They let the car and warranty speak for itself. In and out with a brand new car in under 3 hours. Finance person was also very helpful. I highly recommend!

Had trouble with my vehicle today. Went in without an appointment and Brent with his service team went above and beyond to have my vehicle back in working order within a few hours. I cannot be more impressed with this dealership and quality of workmanship. If you're looking for a reputable dealer, look no further. They will continue to have my business!!

I had a great experience with Wile Hyundai. No silly pressure tactics. Everyone was straight with me. No gimmicks. Would definitely recommend Wile. And the car is amazing! Nicest car I've ever purchased, and I've bought several, including some purportedly "high-end" vehicles. Very happy with how the sale went down.

Best car buying experience we have ever had from top to bottom. Professional, friendly, transparent and completely thorough. GM Paul Smith lived up to his pledge of providing us with a good experience and finding the car we wanted. Elan (salesperson) was super thorough, very friendly and his follow up was exceptional. Finance Manager Jeremiah was extremely transparent , efficient and free of pressure.I would recommend Wile to anyone and would definitely shop there again.

I was really anxious coming in to see if I can get a new car. I had bad experience at other dealers but Wile Hyundai were wonderful they were so nice and patient with us everything was smooth they were upfront with us no hidden lies.shout out to Thomas,Mario and Dan thank you guys for making this happen and getting my dream car ! I would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat.

Excellent car buying experience! Jesse and Dan were excellent at listening, being flexible, and applying NO pressure.I totaled my 7 month old 2023 Santa Fe purchased from Key Hyundai last year and wanted to replace it with the same model. I just needed to know the best price for the model I wanted. I didn't need to visit the dealership or test drive it. Just a price, please. Reached out to Key via their "iQuote" button explained in the comment section what happened and asking for best price. They wouldn't talk price over the phone and wanted me to make an appt. Nope!Checked Wile, found they had the model I wanted, and reached out via their website. Within a few hours I was on the phone with Jesse who listened carefully, checked with the manager and called me back with their best price and offered to get me any color I wanted if it was available in our area. He did! No going back and forth on price.Jesse was really easy to get hold of by text and ph. Dan explained the different warranty and other options to us and let us decide the options we wanted to include without any pressure and the signing process was very quick.Best car buying experience I've ever experienced! I feel like I got an excellent deal, quickly, just by asking and without having ANY tension. Bravo Wile! Can't wait to visit your new showroom later this spring.

I live in Virginia and I found the exact car I wanted at this dealership in Connecticut. I flew into Hartford airport and they had someone pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. I had already filled out paperwork ahead of time so the process of buying the car was so easy. Jonathan and the business manager were so friendly and respectful and never pressured me. The whole experience was great and I love my new car!

I couldn't be more happy with Wile Hyundai. I started out a few months ago looking for an EV but I just couldn't pull the trigger yet. My salesperson, Andre, stayed in touch and when I was ready to adjust my purchase he was there to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I've never had such a positive experience in buying car. If you are looking for a car, I can't recommend Wile Hyundai enough!!!!

George Sfakios Amazin guy is super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend him to take care of you, and if the vehicle you're looking for is not on their lot, they have different dealerships. He can help you find the right vehicle for you! George's Manager Mohamed, he's was very kid and polite, and he will also help you with your needs.

I ve been here only once, and I had a great experience. They made the process to service my Tucson so easy and painless. Cayenna assisted me with the entire process and even made some recommendations along the way. She communicated the entire time and made sure we were okay in the waiting room.

In the last year, I purchased three new vehicles from Wile Hyundai in Columbia, CT, despite having at least five Hyundai dealerships closer to my home. I find myself coming back to them even though they are a bit out of the way. The overall experience, from selection, sales and service is the reason.

Sometimes deals don t work out and things happen. But Mario and Jessie are the guys you want to go to. Up front and honest from the start. And they actually care about you as a person. I won t go to any other dealership. Once I m ready to buy again, This is the place I will go for all my vehicles.

Had to change my review after my most recent visit. I came in to look at options since the car I purchased is hemorrhaging money from me and has been in the shop 3 times since I ve gotten it. Walked in and was immediately yelled at by one of your employees I believe his name was Mario but I could be wrong since I walked right out no hello no nothing from him. It s a poor way to act when it s completely unprovoked.

Kayleigh, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, very attentive, and gave us all the information we needed to make our car buying decision. Wile hyundai is a bad place to buy a used car and a bad to place to have service performed. They sold me a car with 10 year old tires and it was just fine to them. That same winter my subaru didn't drive well on snow due to severely hard rubber. They didn't care said it was as Is. They place is full of premadana techs that only want to work on new cars only. The sales team is good but the service dept needs serious revamping. Only if you knew the people that are touching your car beating on your car behind the scenes. Good luck to anyone buy or beware and use central hyundai for service.

Awesome dealership, phone calls are answered by a human, no voice prompts to deal with. A few weeks ago, I called about asking about the availability of the new Hyundai Santa Cruz. Steven Cortes from sales answered my call, he verified that the vehicle was in stock then made an appointment for me to come in later that day. When i arrived he greeted me in parking lot (recognizing me by trade in vehicle ). He already had my new truck washed and cleaned ready for me to drive away. Sales manager was ready for me as well and gave me a reasonable offer for the tradein vehicle. Negotiations took less than 30 minutes. Also the finance manager was able to register my new truck in Florida as per my request. Other hyundai dealers were not as accommodating that's why i drove an hour from rhode island to buy the exact same vehicle that available at dealers considerably closer to me.

This was the eighth dealership that I attempted to purchase a new vehicle at, all the other dealerships offers on my trade-in were ridiculously low. This dealership was more than fair on my trade-in and straight forward with their pricing. I love my Hyundai so far and will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I no longer needed 2 vehicles, so I sold my 2022 Elantra to Wile Hyundai and it was by far the best car dealership I ve dealt with in my 45 years of buying or selling vehicles!!! Paul and Steve were incredibly friendly, honest, and straightforward in their approach to me. They beat every other dealership I went to and honored their word every step of the way. Steve even took the time to walk me through the paperwork for my town and DMV!! I highly recommend Wile and will absolutely be coming here when it s time to buy my next Hyundai!!

I was looking for a very specific car and was standing in the lot of another dealership when the sales person tried to back me in a corner and say I couldn't find "this" car anywhere else. With that challenge, I went online and found the exact car at Wile. I called to see if it was still available. Jonathan answered my call and said it was there and asked if I wanted to see it. Other dealership had me wait 2 days for an appointment. He said it was available and to come down anytime, he was free that day!!! I told him it would take me about an hour to get there but I was on my way. When I pulled into the parking lot the car was sitting in the front waiting for me. I test drove it and I bought it. I love when things are simple. Thanks Johnathan for being kind, considerate, respectful and professional.

Me and my father had been in the market for a used car. Jonathan and the staff at Wile Hyundai were not only polite but also totally accommodating when we noticed a few blemishes/issues on the pre-owned we ended up purchasing. Broke down on the highway about 10 miles from Wile Hyundai. I was towed there. The next day on Monday I called them to find out what had happened and they told me my engine had seized up. I was devastated, but they assured me they would do their best to help me through this ordeal. Delt with so many wonderful people, Samantha, Alyssa, Paul the GM to name a few. Everyone was so helpful and so nice and treated me like I was there only customer, and by that Friday I had a brand new engine installed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. If I ever buy another new car, it's going to be there! Thank you all for everything you did to make a hard situation a really great one. I sincerely wish you all the best. Thanks, Lori E
