Absolutely AWESOME experience! I went in to make an appointment, but they got me in right then and there! Super friendly staff and awesome service! I highly recommend this place!!!

Had a flat tire this morning. I when in the soonest I walk in I felt welcome the store Manager took my information took my keys and got my tire fixed when I ask how much was it he said it was free thank you. you guys are awesome

FULL SERVICE AUTO REPAIRS!!!I only discovered Tire and Brake Clinic a few weeks ago after driving further away to mechanic shops for sixteen years because I didn't know they are a FULL SERVICE auto shop that does engine work, suspension, electric, etc. etc.So far doing two jobs for me they've been great to work with and I'm extremely pleased and apprecative.I have suggested they adjust their marketing so more people will understand they are a FULL SERVICE auto shop.I suggested they change their Google listing to:FULL SERVICE AUTO SHOP & TIRE AND REPAIR CLINIC LLC

My truck broke down. I had it towed to their place. They eventually pushed it in the garage. I wanted them to look at to see why it wouldn t start and a oil change. This place sucks. They have 0 rate mechanics. I don t know what they re doing they could not fix my car so it would start. They change the oil and filter. They had oil dripping all over the filter did not clean it up. Did not put a sticker in the windshield to tell how many miles are on. It did not recalibrate the speedometer to tell me how much percent is left in it Told me I need an alternator which I did not this place stinks. I would never recommend this place to anybody they charged me 80 some dollars just for oil and a filter. Most places get that much money for oil filter top off fluids tire rotation do not take your car here . It was Friday and I guess they were in a hurry to get out of there. They push my truck out of the bay left it right in the middle of the driveway. Close the doors and went home. Left me stranded till 7 o clock till I got my tow truck never again anybody that goes to this place. Be careful they try to sell you Parts you don t need And they are way over priced.

Mike is a wonderful proprietor, his tires are cheap and usually has rebates from the manufacturers to save you additional cash. My wife and I have been using him for the past 2+ years and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

They treated me very well there. They plugged my tire and put it back on my Jeep at no charge cuz I purchased my tires from them. Will take my tire needs nowhere else.

Been here a few times now. So far the service has been decent and very fast compared to the other local shop I came from that really went downhill over the years. Prices are average for a small shop (around $110 an hour).The only thing I d warn any customers to be aware of is the appointments they set are concrete. If you are even just a few minutes late they may ask you to reschedule. Went in recently for an alignment (had an appointment at 9:00) the person behind the counter gave us a little grief and almost asked us to reschedule because we showed up at 9:2something. This is a bit unusual as most appointments for repair services aren t this concrete but just something to note and be aware of. Otherwise I ve had great luck so far.

Good small local shop! Good fellas there. Swift quality service. Right on the raill trail, so easy bike ride from drop off/pick up.I'll definatel visit tire clinic again for brakes in a few months

Not recommend! Made an appointment for 0800 (brake pads), which I showed up at 0800 (the time they open), and nobody was there. Waited around for 20 mins and nobody showed up. I called and left a message, never returned my call. I took time off from work for this, and they stood me up. Better customer service at meineke right down the street.

Today I went in for an appointment at 10 am for a 4-wheel alignment, after 10 minutes the mechanic drove it outside and told me they couldn t perform an alignment because my inner and outer tire rods were frozen. They said it would cost between 500 and 600. So, I left the shop and went straight to my mechanic who without hesitation went under the car, used a wrench will little elbow and discovered that they re not frozen and no one previously checked to see if they were frozen.When a mechanic checks to see if you have frozen tire rods, the nut on the rods will have indications that someone attempted to turn the nut. In my case prior to my mechanic looking at them, there were no indications. So, Tire and Brakes Clinic didn t actually assess the issue correctly or professionally and instead tried to solicit services for something that didn t need to be replaced. Sounds like corruption to me or plain and simple immoral practices. Shame on you. You put me into a corner because you thought you could one up on me. Not acceptable or appreciated.

Fast, high quality work, great communication and reasonable prices.I recently had several repairs done on my Honda Accord and it now drives like new. I m fortunate to have Chris and his skilled team of mechanics nearby.

Great service and honest people, wouldn t take my vehicles to anyone else! Manager Chris is awesome and is a honest hard working guy. Will continue to use them as my go to tire shop

Chris is an honest ethical mechanic who has worked on a number of my vehicles over the years. Customer service is great, I've been traveling to him from Glastonbury and Manchester rather than go elsewhere now for a number of years. Service after the sale with tires is unbeatable and just having a mechanic who you trust is a huge boon especially as a woman.

Thought I needed brakes but after they checked I was told my brakes were fine and no work was needed. I really appreciated the honesty and would recommend this shop highly!

These guys are great. Went in to get a tire put on a rim yesterday, only cost me $55 to get a very good used tire, and took them no more than 3 minutes to do it. Cheap, quick, and always find a way to squeeze you in. Don t go anywhere else. Reviews speak for themselves.

I'm very disappointed because I made an appointment for a service and they had the car all day and they never gave us the service we needed, they never tried working on the car at all. If they weren't gonna work on the car today at all they could of gave us the plan of what was gonna happen instead of not notifying me. I can see on this page of reviews that it has a high review percentage but personally I don't recommend it.

Such a great experience when I needed my tire repaired. I was in and out within 20 minutes and they went above and beyond. I'm very grateful for their friendliness and will definitely be back for future needs of my car. I can't say enough good things!

I have been to Tire and Brake Clinic a few times. Each and every time they give me fantastic service at a fair price. For all the issues I have had with my car, Tire and Brake has had my car for less than 24hrs.Great guys, great shop. 5 Stars.

I went in with a not usual issue. My vehicle was over an hour away with a flat tire and I was stranded with my coworker at work until well after things close for the day. I managed to find someone who could put a tire on my rim if I got one, and the owner was so helpful he had a used one in my size and gave it to me and sent me on my way, wouldn t even take my payment. Told me to head back in tomorrow to get it balanced. He literally turned my horrible day into something so much better and saved me a ton of money and hassle. I will definitely be returning should I need anything for my vehicle even if it is a drive. This is the kind of service that people need in in their lives. Someone who helps and cares.

Ok. I needed tires and a front end alignment. I've been to good year before and had a few bad experiences. I've also used town fair tires which I always call home of the bait and switch. Town fair advertises sales but never has the tires. The people are rude etc. So my mechanic doesn't really deal in tires and agreed with me about town fair and good year and he suggested the tire and brake clinic in Columbia. I gave them a call and made a convient Saturday appointment. I was already on my full sized spare and figured it was only 4 days. Well fate hit me as usual and my other front tire blew. I called up Chris from the clinic and told him what happened. Triple a was coming and I have to have it towed to you a few days early. No problem was Chris's response. I can do the tires and alignment tomorrow if you would like. So yeah he did the tires the next day. Their prices were awesome. They had tires for every budget, even mine. And the front end alignment was awesome. When I picked up the car they were all pleasant and when I drove away I realized my front end had been really bad for quite some time. New tires, aligned front end and a great price. I highly recommend the clinic if your looking for tires and a proper alignment.

Chris was amazing. He got me in and out of the shop quickly and affordably, and gave me $25.00 off for being a new customer, and during a pandemic its greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service. I'll be back and recommend you to others.

Today Chris and his crew helped me pick out new tires and put them on my jeep right on the spot! He even offered to drop off my old set at my house. Great service and even better people! Thank you for the everything today. One satisfied customer.

The guys were great and passionate with what they do. I went there frantic about my tire with a screw, they took care of it immediately I was out and on my way in less than 10 minutes. A great big thank to them. Honest hard working guys!

New owner who is a very honest kid. He worked with me to get the best deal to replace struts and shocks on my 98 corolla. I live a few towns over, but it is worth the drive to save some cash and deal with people who try their best to help you out.I highly recommend this tire/repair shop.

A great crew. Have been here many times for all of our family vehicles and a public safety vehicle I maintain. They work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied, even with special requests. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to these guys for a few years now, and I am so impressed by their customer service, expertise, fair prices, and above all else, honesty! Some of the other shops around here could stand to learn a thing or two from Tire and Brake Clinic.As a young woman, they ve never talked down to me or tried to take advantage, a problem I ve run into my whole life with mechanics. Super awesome, love this place!!

I brought my car on oct 30th for a ball joint Chris called me and explained the car needed a lot of work. He worked with me and was able to help me out as far as payments go. Plus he let me know of a few other issues surrounding other areas! EVERY single time I bring my vehicles here I trust his crew. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Chris!
