Yknow I thought this place was good. They did work for me and we came to an agreement for me to pay monthly for the services. Not only did I pay monthly but every two weeks consistently. NEVER missed a payment. I injured myself to a degree where I had to switch jobs, leaving me out of commission, unable to move correctly and it put me back financially for weeks while I sorted the issue out started physical therapy leaving me unable to make it all the way to Columbia to pay in person. Not only that, but now I m getting a letter saying this family company got lawyers against me! Real nice. ZERO attempts at contacting me, can t get ahold of them due to my new work schedule and the fact their VM box is ALWAYS full and they barely answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting thing to do to a customer who quite literally never missed a payment and only spoke highly of the company but no more. I m absolutely taken aback, shocked and angry. I guess they don t have any issues causing problems for hard working people who live paycheck to paycheck. No family or community values there. Ridiculous.

Great mechanics and the owner is hands on. Did a great job replacing my fj rear axles and breaks. We had a sight issue, but it was quickly fixed. They're at capacity so appointmens are tough to get, but I hope they are able to expand.

Terrible mechanic. Car wasn t starting so I brought it to them. Checked everything and claimed it was my starter. Paid $500 for it and sent me on my way. Days later it wasn t starting again, so I brought it back. They then said it was my battery and they were not going to compensate me in any way and tried to manipulate it as they never diagnosed it. Front desk was rude, didn t take any accountability for making the wrong repair. Terrible customer service, terrible work

Needed some work done on my car. They had been recommended. Staff and receptionist were amazing. Went over estimates and came in considerably lower in price. They were professional and courteous. I feel they went above and beyond for me. Ive had my car their twice now am extremely happy. I would highly recommend them.

Josh was very attentive and walked me through my repair step by step. He did not try to sell me unneeded parts and was more than fair with the price. Honestly, this place is the best! I stumbled upon them after following a thread on Facebook about how good they are here. I walked in, introduced myself as someone who s been raked over by numerous other garages, and had the pleasure of Rob coming out of the office to chat with me, and from that day, I ve brought my 2 vehicles there- they ve been great each time. The people I ve referred have been equally as happy. From the front desk on back, these folks are TOP NOTCH. They re honest, reasonably priced, and do a fantastic job.

I was so hesitant to trust someone new to work on my car! I was in need of a really big/expensive repair. Josh was so PATIENT and helpful during my decision process. He never refused a call from me and answered my MANY MANY questions with professionalism. Rob was also wonderful helping me arrange and rearrange a rental car. They both worked diligently to help give me the best price and supported me when working with the rental car company! I had to bring the car back for a follow up and they took great care of me while being fair! I am grateful for all of the recommendations from other people in town! It gives me piece of mind that our family has found a honest and fair auto repair company so local to home. to ALL of the techs who worked on my car - you did a great job! Thank you for doing your best work! I have to drive my kids in this car and I appreciate your time and knowledge!!! To the front desk and back office staff... thank you for always being so nice and professional!

This shop just opened 2 weeks ago. Don't believe the fake reviews. Devon swapped engines for me. On the test drive my alternator blew. He did not test anything obviously. There is so much smoke coming out of my tailpipe I can't even drive the car. 2600$ I got beat for. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I was having problems with my brakes and they fixed me up in an hour! I lost my keys the first appointment I made and by the time I found them it was too late they still fit me in the same week. Thank you guys! You rock! They also confirmed my wheel bearing was going. I didn't want to hear that but I knew it was coming. I'm thankful for them always working with me in whatever situation I fall in. A vehicle is necessary. Having good people do good work is important. I recommend certified auto!

You couldn't ask for more in an auto shop. They're fast, friendly and reliable, but more importantly, they never up-sell. I've had bad experiences in the past with mechanics pushing unnecessary repairs. In contrast, these guys will tell you straight up if you don't need work done. They'd rather lose out on the money than sell you on a repair you don't need. More ethical than 99% of businesses out there.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The guys here are great!! They have great prices and do great work, if you are looking for a place to do work on your car or just a check up I recommend this place . They are honest people and made me feel very comfortable. My car shut off when I was on the highway, I had it towed here and they fixed it the next day! Not even 24 hours. At a reasonable price.

John, Josh and CrewI wanted to send a great big thank you for the super brake and rotor job you did on my truck. I know it's been a couple of weeks but I wanted to be sure all was good with my truck and I can honestly say I have not had a single issue. I am so glad I came across you guys. Not only did you diagnose the rotor issue when other shops didn't, you took the time to explain why I was having the problem in the first place. Again, thank you for your honesty and patience with me. Knowing my truck is my only means of transportation you found time to schedule me in. I am truly appreciative. You definitely stand behind your word, you fix it right the first time and your customer service is above all the rest. You guys are a first class team!

I can't speak highly enough of this place! My starter broke at midnight on my way home from work. I had my car towed to Certified Auto at around 10am and by 5pm the same day my car was all fixed! They even picked me up when my car was ready! They also did an oil change and whole work up. Price was very fair, everyone was so nice and my car starts up without any issues! They took the stress out of what is normally a huge hassle. Guess I found my new car shop.

They were a great help. I failed at replacing my AC compressor because I couldn't get one bolt out. They gave me a good price and didn't even complain too badly when they discovered the chipped tensioner bolt I wrecked. Rob even showed me the tool he used to get that stubborn bolt out (although the PB Blast probably helped too lol)

I will definitely be a return customer. Everyone I spoke with was professional & courteous. Within an hour of calling they came & got my truck. They kept me informed of what was going on & when I got my truck back it ran better than ever. One day I was driving by and I had to stop and check my oil and my car at the time had almost no oil in it , josh went out of his way to check it and gave me a quart of oil to get me home safely. Ever since that day I ve been back for continuous check ups on my vehicle. Josh and Rob have always been helpful and honest when he comes to my vehicles maintenance. They are also affordable . Thanks guys for always doing a great job and making me a happy customer.

Originally sent a message via Facebook. Received quick and courteous response- setup appointment for two days later, truck was dropped off for morning and ready for pickup in the afternoon. Ended up being charged less than the original quote. Great shop, great communication, great work. Glad this is my towns auto shop.Review 2: still FIVE stars. Had truck towed there Thursday evening. Friday received call on diagnosis, estimated to be done by Monday, possiblity Saturday AM.Received call Saturday morning 8am saying truck was repaired!These guys are awesome. I feel sorry for people who don't have a shop in their town like Certified Auto.

Got rear ended pulling into the gas station parking lot right next door. The guys in this shop tied up my exhaust for me so I could drive my car temporarily and not have to get towed home. Still made it to school on time because of them. Good people working at this shop.

The people are so nice and friendly. I thought I was going to be there for hours on account of the scary noise my car was making. They took my car for a spin and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. I would love to have them as my permanent servicemen, but I live a little further out and it might not be feasible. But maybe! I would recommend them to anyone

Best place around for automotive needs. John is a master mechanic and a trustworthy person. He insists on finding the real problem before fixing a thing and always insists on the quality of his work. Went there to have u joints put in my rear axle, upon inspection said they were not the problem and sent me away free of charge with advice about what the real problem was. Told me to come back if anything persists of gets worse. This place is looking for long term customers, he definitely has me.

Great mechanics and everyone I had contact with was great to work with. My truck had many front end problems and Josh was more then fair with the costs! Would highly reccomend them.
