My complete experience with Troiano Auto Group excellent. The preparation of my new car was perfect. My negotiated trade in was fair to me and them and was honored with no discussion. The price of the new car was proper and I was treated very nicely by Meredith and the sales manager. I would certainly recommend them and would deal with them in the future.

We searched for the perfect Ram for months and were discouraged by the prices in New York; then the absolute perfect truck for us came up at Troiano Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in Connecticut.My husband spoke with several reps from the dealership before he went down to pick up the truck and they were incredibly helpful. Knowing that we had a 2.5 hour drive to get there and we were due for a nasty snowstorm, they did 90% of the work before my husband even arrived on the lot to make sure it was a quick process and that he could have plenty of time to get home safely.We also struggled to find someone that would give us a fair price for our trade in, but not with Troiano; they didn't try to lowball us, and gave us a reasonable and fair offer for our vehicle.On a personal level, my husband drove down with our two daughters and my mother because I was too ill to drive, and they were so welcoming and friendly to my family. The truck was for me, and they even gave my husband a bow for the hood so that he could put it on before he pulled in the driveway to show me.We cannot recommend this dealership enough. It's powered by truly kind people who clearly value their customers and offer fair, transparent pricing as well as fair money for a trade-in. The truck itself is immaculate and exactly as described.If you are searching for a vehicle, you can do no better than Troiano Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We will bring our business back to them again, no matter how far the drive is.

When I first reached out to Troiano, I was not sure what to expect as I do not live in Connecticut. When Troiano responded, it was a lovely woman named Meredith. Meredith answered every question I had without any hesitation, if she didnt know the answer she had no problem finding the solution. Meredith handled my purchase from A-Z, showed me every single detail on my new Ram 3500 and gave me the sales experience that every customer deserves. I would borderline call this a 'disney experience' when purchasing my truck. I never once felt like I was pressured into anything I did not want, thank you Jym in finance! As time goes on, I hope I do not need to purchase another vehicle for quite some time, but if I do I will not hesitate to reach out Meredith and her team at Troiano CDJR!Thank you!!

Best car buying experience I ve ever gone through, hands down. I worked with Dave and he was very accommodating and was respectful of my time and schedule. Between the paperwork and reviewing all the functions of the car, we were in and out within an hour on the day of pick up. Very happy to have chosen this location.

Always so happy with this local dealership! I just purchased my fourth car with them - this one for my daughter who just earned her license. Working with Anthony Wilson at Troiano to purchase my first new (to me) vehicle was great. I told him what I was looking for and test drove a few different options based on his suggestions. His honest feedback and general knowledge about the vehicles gave me the confidence I needed to make a decision. The purchase process was quick and easy too. Troiano was exactly the customer service experience I needed. After a terrible experience with another dealership in the state, this was such a relief.The moment I drove into the dealership, no one rushed out to immediately to harass me about anything. For me, this was welcoming. I walked into the showroom where the sales team kindly greeted me and simply stated if there was anything I needed to reach out (which again, was a welcoming response for me personally).I had a specific truck I found on AutoTrader in mind from the lot that I inquired about. Meredith was my salesperson and right away was super warm and genuine. No bad salesperson vibe during the whole experience. She brought me to the vehicle and asked if I wanted her to give me a rundown or if I all ready knew the details of the truck. I told her I would love to hear about it. She went over in detail about it. We went for a brief test drive.After that, I had what I felt was a fair and cordial negotiation about the pricing, which included a trade in as well. Once everything was figured out, they were able to walk me through the whole experience and had me in my newer truck the very next day.I would highly recommend anyone that isn t a fan of the high pressure sales environment from larger dealerships to visit Troiano. They pride themselves in being a smaller family oriented company. I greatly appreciated it.

I was interested in a certified 2022 Ram 1500 Limited that I saw online. Not a lot of wiggle room on the advertised price, but the number was fair, as was the value they placed on my trade in. Vehicle was in excellent and very clean condition. Dan and Frank were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. All in all, I recommend Troiano and would not hesitate to shop with them again should the need arise.

Just recently, I purchased a vehicle from Troiano Auto. I had been looking for a wheelchair accessible van for our daughter and they were so expensive. Troiano Auto Group happened to have one and at an affordable price. The general manager was very patient and helpful. The sales staff are great and I highly recommend Troiano Auto Group. If you need a vehicle, this is where you should go!

Long story short (long story below) - This dealership is excellent, one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Props to Frank, Nick, Phil, and Jym!!!Details -This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had (and I have gone through many cars). I have just about to close a deal with another dealership when I talked to Nick on the phone about a Wrangler they took as a transfer from another dealer that I had looked at and was interested in. It was already sold but he said they have connections with many dealers and could get me what I wanted. I went down, work with Phil Mathews (Sales Rep) to find a couple of options that fit my needs; Phil was very helpful and knowledgable. The Sales Manager Frank Portonova was beyond helpful, extremely easy going, not pushy and genuinely showed passion and desire to win my business. Frank and Jym were able to get a great price on the exact vehicle I was looking for. They did the dealer transfer the next day and I took delivery the day after that. Jym was great at explaining the financing and I could tell he did a lot of leg work to get me the best deal possible. Papers were signed, Phil helped me set up everything in the jeep and off I was. If you take away the socializing with them (cause they are a fun dealership) I would've been in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

Had the pleasure of purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cheerokee from Troiano CDJR last week and honestly cannot recommend buying from them enough. John Troiano (the salesman who I worked with), was extremely knowledgeable on all vehicles that the dealership had to offer and was able to guide me to the perfect vehicle based on my individual needs/preferences. The process of buying my new vehicle could not have been easier. I went in talked with my salesperson Phil Matthews. Told him my situation and my budget. Told him about a few cars I was interested in that I had looked at the day before. I went and looked at them with Phil figured out the price ranges. Took a test drive on the vehicle that I liked and decided to get it. Within 2 hours I was approved and in my new vehicle. Highly recommend Troiano and Phil Matthews. The entire staff there was very friendly.

I had my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe serviced today.I'll admit I didn't buy my Jeep here, but I can say that I'll buy my next one here if the sales staff is as great as the service department.What an incredible experience. My Jeep was serviced when promised and I felt like a part of the family. They did what my current dealership/service department couldn't.Very happy indeed. I'll definitely drive the 35 minutes to have my Jeep serviced here from now on.Also, if Ash is still the GM, you can't go wrong. He likely won't remember me but he sold me one of my favorite all time vehicles (88. Olds Calais) over 30 years ago. I remember that experience vividly to this day. Amazing!
