Very kind super helpful. I seem to get everything in my tires. They have fixed me with a patch on one and the other they couldn t patch because it had a staple in it but they had taken it apart. Reviewed the entire thing and let me know what the issue was and they didn t charge me for doing all that work to find out they couldn t repair it, they offered to do a new tire but they didn t have mine in stock but they did let me know my warning that I should probably get it replaced. I found timely in completing oil changes and tire repairs. I definitely recommend them.

Second time there. Speedy service, great job on the oil change and tire repair. For those of you reading the poor reviews, keep in mind that this is predominantly a QUICK lube and tire place. That s what you re paying for. They don t have time to spend on the phone since they are usually in a rush. Also, they are good at diagnosing problems, but don t do repairs on a regular basis, so the cost is going to be more. Want a cheap fix for your car, find someone who does car work on the side and order your own parts. Or want to order tires over the phone, please make sure you have the correct tire size when you call.

I have used this business in the past for oil and tires. The service was never amazing but it worked. When I called today to see if they had my tires in stock and to see if they could do it today. I got the rudest man on the phone who told me he can t guess my tire size after I provided the make, model, and year. He did not suggest where to find the size just said he can t guess in a very snippy attitude. This terrible service is enough for me to never return and to ensure I tell my friends and family to actively avoid this terrible service. So many more friendly options who actually provide service.

It's a nice place to get a fast oil change but I wouldn't go here for anything else. I brought my car in to be looked at. It was making weird noises while I was driving. They charged me $600 for all new brakes and stuff but didn't tell me that there was oil and coolant leaking into the engine. A week later my car wouldn't even start and costed more to fix than it was worth. I spent $600 on a car that I couldn't even drive for a week.

Sorry, but $77.00 for an oil change is outrageous. I have a hybrid that only takes 3.5 quarts of oil, full synthetic. I bought top quality oil and filter and did it myself. $17.50 for the oil and 8.50 for top quality Fram oil filter , total of $26.00

Brought brand new tires to be mounted on trailer rims after I painted them, they chargered close to $50 for 10 min of work. Two days later I go to mount the wheels on the trailer and they were already flat. Called to see if they would help me out, and they said no, and that they would charge me again just to look at them. Won't be going back here. Thanks Valvoline Express! Great job guys

Do not go to this valvoline!!! In a matter of 1 hr they broke both my husband and my cars while attempting simple oil changes. They did not take responsibility for the damage to my husband s car. Bring it somewhere...meineke is only a mile away and the employees and owners have integrity.

Always fast, reliable service for an oil change. They make the whole experience effortless and you can rely on Valvoline to get you in and out of there incredibly quick. It is rather expensive.

Tried to contact this place while I was stranded with a flat tire to see if they could help before I paid for a tow. The guy was so rude and couldn t be bothered to help at all. I highly recommend going to Meineke if you re in the area NOT this place.

terrible service!!! i am never going there again... they charged me double for their mistake!!! and the mechanic came out and even laughed at me when i was complaining and saying that i wasnt going to pay then the store owner said that she will call the cops im 63 why would you need to call the cops on me! these people are morons and barbaric and the mechanics are grease monkeys that have nothing inbetween their ears at all! beware..... worst servce i have ever gotten and that says alot!

Oil change is in and out no problem. Free WiFi in waiting area. Reset oil monitor on car. What's not to like.

Always go there... Kind of expensive but super helpful, and being a girl they understand i don't know anything at all..... Go there for sounds i hear all the time without cost. Highly recommend!!
