Do not shop here. Closes before the posted closing time and does not get your order ready when it is supposed to be.

Stopped by for brake pads, and a few other things. The guy saved me 4-5 bucks by giving me a $2 packet of grease, when I was about to spend 7 on a tub.The employees are positive, which I think always makes for a smooth interaction. High morale behind the counter, that sort of thing.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices are sometimes a little bit higher than some of the discount auto parts stores, but you won't have to deal with some sixteen year old kid who doesn't know a wrench from wrecking bar. The parts are all quality and they really understand cars. You are much less likely to have to return parts here than the other places. I won't go anywhere else.

Friendly service and they usually have what's needed. If not, they can always order it. Prices are sometimes a bit steep, but other times more reasonable than their competitors.

employees are very helpful but it's amazing how many people at Napa don't wear masks and they let customers in without masks

Service was inattentive and had no help when I asked about a truck door handle. Went over to Marks auto who actually helped me and had the number to order the part I needed
