They were friendly and quick to see me but that was about it. They had very high rates compared to smaller shops. They also were intent on trying to sell me parts that were proven not needed at parts prices twice what I found elsewhere. I can't think of any reason to use this company over a small shop that gives an honest estimate and solid work.

Thanks much to the kind folks here!! They got me out of a jam, quickly and kindly! I got a screw in my tire and they could not have been more welcoming and did take care of the problem ASAP. Just super professional!

This was my first time at Meineke in Colchester. The staff was great, the place was very clean, and the work they did was efficient. They have a cool texting system that updates you with the process and they take pictures of anything found during vehicle inspection. Highly recommend!

First time going to Meineke and what an amazing experience. They were able to squeeze my daughter's truck in, fixed the brakes, kept in contact of what was going on. I will be back for oil changes and all other needed repairs. Jason, the manager was professional and a pleasure to work with. The mechanics were great to and showed us what the issue was. Thanks for s great experience!

It's a nice experience that I have with mini key. It was a very nice experience to have. My car worked on by monarchy. They know they're stuff and it really didn't call stat much and they're very willing to help and explain everything to me in detail. And they want to build and beyond to make sure that I get everything that I need it.

Unfortunately, they ruined my wheel locks. It was impossible for them to remove them so I had to myself and it was not an easy task. I broke my own tools trying to get them off. Bought new, non-locking lugs and went back to them again. Fool me twice, right? They completely striped another set so now I will be purchasing yet another set. I definitely will be going somewhere else from now on that won t be costing me more money and headaches. Not to mention, I always have to wait a long time when I make an appointment because they cannot be there on time. It s too bad because I like to support local businesses. Edit: all of the lug nuts are mangled! I have to go to two different stores to get the right ones. Ridiculous.

Great all around , professional, great attitude, attentive and Courteous. I assume the Corporation sets the higher than expected costs (your competitors as well as the dealership , later quoted the exact same service for 167, 204, and 88 dollars less respectively). Unfortunately, that is why I would not return- so it s on the big guys in the suits, not the friendly faces and hard working staff I found at the Colchester location. Good people

Jason is always been fabulous to work with. He always make sure my car is taken care of and safe. Right from the start of making my appointment for brakes at Meineke the experience was great! They were friendly and very good to explain what to expect. They checked everything out before giving me the quote. I felt the quote was reasonable so I went ahead with the repair. I m very pleased with how everything feels.

It s hard to find a place you can trust. As time goes by, I am less trusting, in where I bring my vehicles.I am at the point where I go to MEINEKE for something basic, like tires. I know when I go there, I will get good service at a fair price.

i had taken my car for a diagnostic at another garage and they came back with a $2,400 estimate. these folks were able to take my car in just a few days later and I got out for less than 1/3 of the cost of my previous estimate. It s been a while since I ve brought my vehicle to Meineke. I ve decided to go back as it s really the only place I trust. The staff there, are professionals, truthful and honest. The staff at the colchester location made my experience great. The manager there, educated me about several things that were causing major issues on my vehicle and instantly found the root cause of the problem. They weren t guessing, or making assumptions of what could be the problem. I felt very comfortable with the staff and very confident in meineke handling my car. I m so glad I went back to meineke. Looking forward to being one of their regular customers for life.

Five star location, Jason was super helpful and to the point about all repairs actually needed. Got my car in and out quickly for the job needed and kept me updated through everything. Highly recommend these guys!

We had a really great experience here! I unfortunately had to have my car towed due to a major transmission leak. They were efficient , professional, and upfront about everything. The service here was prompt and polite. I had to have my car towed to their shop and within a day they had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I ll be back soon for an oil change!

I never post reviews of any business, however after bringing my sons car in last week (for what we thought was a simple issue-but turned out to be a complicated one), I wanted to share how thankful my son and I are for their services. Staff went above and beyond to help with finding a solution for broken shocks / mounts (from a car defect which effected our make / year / model). Everyone was so patient, respectful and honest when helping us fix the issue. They worked with us to get the parts quickly (which we were told by the dealership it would take weeks to get some parts) by going as far as ordering each part from different places and helping us price shop to make sure we were not paying more than we had to. They informed us of price changes every step of the way and even got it lower than quotes from other places. Car issues are stressful and they helped make it bearable for us!

Everyone was friendly, service was quick but came home and found the dipstick wasn't inserted properly. The seal was not engaged with the tube. Could have created issues if we hadn't found it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've got the best of both worlds, the best car place and it's 10 minutes from my house. I've visited this shop twice since moving here and both times they were extremely friendly, with a very relaxed (but professional) atmosphere, and I feel treated me well. During my oil change they recommended a new battery. I went somewhere else to buy it (hoping to save a few bucks), and that place was sure I needed new engine mounts. So I went back to Meineke with this observation (and prepared for a high bill). They looked it over and disagreed. A less honest place would have probably happily taken my money for such a huge job and said nothing. I think it's important to trust your mechanic and I trust the crew at this shop!Services: Brakes, Oil change
