Colchester facility is top drawer!!!!!! Stopped in with a trailer jack issue (btw) not their trailer jack and Ernie said bring it to him and he would see what he could do. Dropped it off next am and said he would get parts and hope it would be available Thursday. Got home and had message it was ready. ....went back picked it up and it is now installed and working like new.... great place , great service and outstanding people !!!!! Other shops should take lessons on customer service from this group !!!! I'll be back and certainly will recommend them !!!!!

salespeople very nice, responsive over the phone and super helpful. Just bought a dump trailer there, they helped me get the new ball on my hitch and registered the trailer right on the spot.

We were heading out of town on a camping trip with our two small children and I noticed the lights on our trailer weren t working. I stopped in at G.H. Trailers and the gentlemen helped us troubleshoot the issue. Checked every fuse and connection possible. Once we figured out it was a blown fuse, they replaced it and gave us extras (just in case). All done in the rain!!! They saved our trip!! Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Ordered an enclosed trailer from someone else and the manufacturer kept delaying it. Decided to call another dealer and found GH Trailers in Colchester Connecticut. I'm from Vernon so it was close by and when I called they had exactly what I wanted on site. Drove down and bought it. I asked them to put on a electric trailer jack and they went above and beyond what I was expecting. Great place... highly recommend them. I will do business with them always.On July 11th 2023 we had an electric issue with our trailer and no way to get it to GH trailer. The owner of the company came to our house personally and towed the trailer himself. A day later Ernie called and said our trailer was all set. All the wiring was replaced.Again they went above and beyond my expectations.What a great place and people who work there.If you need a trailer or work done go with GH trailer.

Just picked up my horse trailer from the new GH Trailers in Colchester CT. Excellent experience. Easy quick scheduling for it s annual inspection. Thorough safety check, straightforward recommendations, reasonable competitive pricing. Staff even checked my truck plug to ensure proper connection. Really great customer service beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Commercial Landscape Company - Needed Heavy Duty Dump Trailer... Stopped by GH TRAILERS in Colchester... Met with Ernie the General Manager... They had EXACTLY what we were looking for IN STOCK... We negotiated a Fair Price... Took Delivery the NEXT MORNING... ALL SET... Super Happy.... P.S. It's a large purchase... We did due diligence and made a few comparative phone calls... Same Exact Trailer $1,000 More at another dealer... No point in wasting time... Ernie and his team delivers...

Last week I was heading out on vacation at the Cape. I had hitched my trailer up and did my last walk around. As I started to drive forward my hitch and camper didn t feel right. My son looked over the union and had asked me to go forward and stop. Come to find out the hitch was improperly installed. I was just down the street from GH Trailers that had just opened. I explained my dilemma to Eric and he called his head mechanic Wayne. They looked over the hitch and explained it wasn t bolted to the car frame just a brace.Eric explained he didn t think it was safe towing my camper home and to leave it there. I came back the next morning and the hitch was installed properly.I can t say enough about this business. In this day and age of flat customer service GH Trailers surpassed my expectations in every way.

We took our two work trailers there for maintenance. Very friendly staff very professional service done on time. Just super experience for us we will use them again next year for the maintenance and any other issues we might encounter during the year.
