Troy and the team at Reliable Auto are excellent. They fix it right the first time and at fair prices. Whether it s maintenance on my new rides or repairs to my older cars, I know I can trust them. I have recommended them to my friends, family and neighbors and everyone has been happy with them. Great job, and keep up the good work!!

If you re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, REALLY GOOD mechanic I HIGHLY SUGGEST you see Troy from reliable auto. He s the absolute best mechanic in my opinion. He will fix your car issue for a reasonable price. He s so good he normally has a couple week time gap to fit you in but TRUST ME, he s worth the wait. He s the Car doctor and will fix your car and leave you feeling happy you did business with him. I can t say enough good things about Troy. He truly cares about his customers. Even went out of his way to help me, a complete stranger on a Sunday, off business hours to help me with a car issue. I ll never use any other mechanic but Troy moving forward. If I could leave him 10 stars I would. Thank you Troy for all the good work you do for all of your customers. He s amazing and definitely knows what he s doing. You can put your mind to ease going to Troy if you have a car issue because he ll be able to fix it correctly for a fair price. Don t waste your time or money with any other mechanics. Troy s the best!!!

I have an older truck that has been restored and am very picky about who works on it. I took a chance and brought it to Reliable and they were AWESOME! They did quality work for a great price and I've been back twice. It's great to have such great service and a quality shop this close to home. Thank you Reliable!

Reliable is what it says in the name...reliable. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Service is excellent and prompt. The price for quoted services have always been what it is. I'd definitely recommend Reliable and I'll continue going back

I can't thank you guys enough for putting the 4th alternator in my car and only charged me for the first one. It's hard to find a good mechanic and I'm so happy we found one! You guys are honest and great to work with! Thank you again!

I arrived for my alignment service and was greeted by one of the employees in their garage. Afterwards I walked inside and was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and was immediately asked if I was ready to drop off for the alignment. It showed me that they are prepared ahead of time for the work of the day and I greatly appreciated it. Following the appointment I was debriefed on what the issue was and also given advice. They are a knowledgeable staff that is able to answer many questions with a great attitude. Thank you.Cheers.

Power steering switch was replaced. the plug to switch was never connected. returned car 5 times for the same problem. overheard boss, ask staff to pass keys to customer with attitude staff Says NO. I pay money to be treated with rudeness and unreliable work I do not recommend.

Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star to leave a review. They are quick when police call them only. I asked if I could get a ride home from Lebanon ct to groton ct with a nice 100 bill and I was told by tow truck driver absolutely not because we don't chauffeur people home. So I waited in below 20 degree weather for 2 hours for a uber . Great job Reliable. Please change your name to unreliable. Have a good day

They towed my unregistered car a neighbor called about but actually provided really agood service and were very reasonable. If i get another car towed in the future, i hope reliable auto gets hold of it!

Got recommended to Reliable Auto by a friend for fluid film frame treatment. Owner is very genuine and provides excellent services to his customers with a pleasant attitude. Wouldn't hesitate coming back

Brought in my truck to get a brake job. I dropped off on a Sunday before my vacation. Mind you my appointment wasn't until the following Friday. I didn't get a call until the day AFTER my appointment time asking what they were doing to my truck. Clearly they lost my appointment and the notes. Two days later I called and asked if they were done and they still hadn't looked at it. They were not apologetic and were rude, and did not offer anything for wasting my time. I got my truck without the work done and will never go back. Clearly these guys are too busy to care about customers so they obviously won't miss my business. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here!!!

I have had two trucks towed by them my IH loadstar and my F-350 both times I was very impressed by how professional and pleasant the employees were, I would highly recommend them if you need a tow I will be calling them in the future

usually have had good service with them, friendly. I believe they use crap parts though which reflects badly on them. multiple brake jobs on the same vehicle with a five year span. One set literally rusted out within two years.
