Paul was wonderful! I was searching for a mechanic to complete a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle and he was my man! He was incredibly responsive and efficient and was able to complete the inspection the very same day.I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. I was in the middle of a 4 hour drive (2 hours in), when every warning light went off in my car at once. I pulled over and looked up auto mechanics in the area. These guys had great reviews. I was basically stranded, but they prioritized me and fixed the problem. Turns out the coolant for the inverter was empty. They said they didn't notice any leakage, but even sent me on my way with additional coolant just in case. They even gave me peace of mind, since they could tell I was stressed out. For example, as they were in the middle of the work, they took the time to me know that it looked like the problem wasn't too severe. They were honest, diligent, excellent mechanics and kind. I was soon on my way. Can't recommend P&P enough. Great guys, and great at their job.

Best garage there is! I have been bringing my cars here for years. Great service, great customer service, and very reasonable prices. They get the job done right, the first time every time. Have adapted their pick up method to maintain social distancing/no contact, which is very much appreciated.

We have always had excellent service at P&P. Very knowledgeable, honest and forthright. I once had an unknown problem on my car, they spent about an hour diagnosing it, then did the research to find out it was covered under manufacturer extended warranty- they told me right away and suggested I contact the dealer. They ve also fixed less than stellar work done by another mechanic. Highly recommend!

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it wS important to me to find a mechanic that was trustworthy. I left Hoffman Ford because I was treated badly. I am very very satisfied with work and the people who work at P& P . I recommend them highly!

I have been coming here for service and repair for about two years now, and I highly recommend P & P Auto.First, I have experienced 100% honesty and clarity in communication. My car has had multiple, chronic issues, and they have always helped with communicating the technicalities clearly, and given excellent suggestions while honoring my budget.Second, they truly treat your vehicle with respect. I have tried pep boys, and some authorized ford service centers, no one ever cleaned up under the hood. When I got my car back from them, the car looked cared for.Last of all, the service shop has a simple, welcoming atmosphere.Be warned though, you typically need to book at least a week in advance. They are quite busy. And they are closed Saturday and Sunday.

They troubleshot the low brake pedal problem on my 09 Trailblazer and determined a brake line had rusted-through and was leaking brake fluid. They fabricated a replacement line to replace the rusted leaking one, and after installing the new brake line, bled the brake system. The work was performed in the scheduled time-frame and at a reasonable price. Yes, I would recommend P&P Auto Repair to friends.

Took my car in today and they did a wonderful job with it. Left it feeling brand new. Excellent service and reasonable pricing too! Definitely recommend it and will go back if I have to!

Would give them more stars if I could. Had my car towed in and these guys got right to work figuring out the problem then did a great job of repairing it. We have been using P+P to handle our mechanical needs for nearly 30 years. Paul, Phil, Pete the entire group are good people to deal with and do solid mechanical work. They will tell you what they have found and you determine what you want to be done. They are always correct on the estimate that they give and have been very helpful when I have had an emergency mechanical problem.Mike Cusanelli Manchester Ct

I was hours away from home for business when I had an urgent issue with my breaks. I pulled in and was helped immediately, I m almost 100% positive that the technician chose to forfeit his lunch to work on my car. Very caring, explained everything, trustworthy, family business. I can t express enough how amazing this place is and would suggest this business to everyone!!

If you have a Ford transit or big Vehicle's they will Not service you!My van broke down on the highway and I had it towed here and I was denied service because my transit was too Big. I have to pay the tow to another location. I'm traveling from out of state.

i took my Mazda there this month because my car had been making a sound. the owner said it was probably a wheel bearing and they'd check it out. he called me back and said the wheel bearings were fine but I needed all new tires and the sound would probably go away.$850 later for an oil change and 4 new tires... the sound was still there. yesterday I took my car to the dealership and guess what, it was my passenger side wheel bearing.the guys at p and p are nice but i don't know how they missed the problem they assumed was happening....

If you want the job done right the first time go here! They specialize in foreign cars but can work on anything. They are exceptionally honest and posses a very good work ethic. I have been going here well over 20 years and havr never had an issue with anything they have done to my car.

I just would to say Thank you So much helping me out when my car died! The guys working were amazing! Forgive me,But I have forgotten the trainees name that took me for gas ! But Xtra special Thank You to him especially for returning my phone I dropped! Now a days you don't see many people do kind things like that! Asked to get oil and struts replaced, asked me to drop off the car 7:00 am. I arrive 7:10, and he says he has 3 cars ahead of me. 4 pm, they call and tell me i need struts done... will take another day for that work. Ended up just picking up the car and leaving.

I'm from out of town and I was unfortunately down the block attending a family members funeral. The night before I noticed the parking brake light indicator on, but my parking brake was not engaged. Afer jiggling the brake it shut off but then came back on. My day was packed with the services and I was heading home to Baltimore that afternoon. I was referred here and I am so glad I went! I explained my situation and they immediately gave me brake fluid, free of charge, and sent me on my way. 2 days later - parking brake is still off. Thank you for making a sad stressful day a little less so.

Great people had noise in power steering. they came out put power steering fluid in at no charge noise stopped.i brought it back for oil change flush.will definitely be back
