I had never gone to Meineke before and decided to give them a try for new brakes. From the first interaction to the last, everybody was wonderful! Friendly, customer service focused, professional, and knowledgeable Overall I had a great experience!

Had a good morning and came to get my car aligned. I walked in and asked a question and was greeted with Who are you? . I nicely said wow that was kinda rude.Moving to the next issue I had my dog he is around 12lbs. I didn t think it would be an issue initially as I wasn t going to stay however my ride couldn t come get me. I said I would have to stay because I didnt have a ride.The guy who was already rude said I couldn t stay with the dog so I just cancelled the appointment.The issue I have is the RUDE tone from these staff/managers whoever. It makes no sense to be rude to people for no reason. If the conversation had started off nicely I would ve felt comfortable asking if they would give me 5 minutes to drop him at home. I had come 15 minutes early anyway.However the tone was just condescending and the guy has no interpersonal skills.I won t be back, neither will my family who was going to schedule an appointment for their car this week. We don t support Rude establishments. So many auto places with good customer service we can give business too.

I called ahead and book an appointment but when I got there I wasn t in the system because of an error but the nice guy still took my vehicle at the time it was suppose to go in. They fixed what they could and what they couldn t fix, I was given a complete reason why and all the methods they tried. Even offered for me to come back in if any problem persists. Will be getting more of my business, very clean & professional gentlemen!

The staff was super polite and friendly, even though it was probably a little stressful that my online appt. Didn't show up in their calendar until I came in today. Even so, they helped me figure out what I needed done and got my car taken car of quickly!

My experience at this Meineke location has turned out better than expected. I am very happy to know that the company has decided to begin a whole new service revamp. I was provided the best customer experience and advice made by the manager, Troy! He has shared all of his knowledge of cars and has made different suggestions in helping me through my trouble. The mechanic team also were very hard working and was able to provide custom adjustments to my car part so it could work properly! Thanks to the manager, I had felt confident in my transactions with how transparency was communicated, and illustrated; when I was shown my vehicle at the garage and the solution driven service that was described to me. Thank you so much again!

I spent approx 1,000 dollars to take the diagnosis and replaced the alternator here. However, the alternator went bad two months later and I had to back here. The officer was very welcome and the technician replaced with a new alternator again for free. It's not bad.

This is the worst mechanic shop in Manchester!! Took my car there yesterday 8/11/2021 for a inspection not only was I over charged but the mechanic left my manual car in first gear and didn t say anything to the front desk or myself ( and he walked right passed me) as I started my car and me not knowing it was in first gear my car jumped half way over the curb almost snatching my son out into the street with the car. The manager was told this and they re saying it s no one fault which is a lie because their mechanic was the last person to touch my car and it happened on their property; there was damage done to my car and no talks of them repairing it only to get themselves out of the situation I will be filling a lawsuit.I d advise anyone who goes here DONT the service had gone down 100% and I had been going here for years, I am no longer a costumer.

I brought my car in they made everything very convenient I couldn't afford the service so they directed me to a snap program that gives you loans I was approved in very few minutes and work began I am very satisfied with the customer service and friendly interaction I would recommend service here I will be going back for all my break services

Ridiculed with the technician and manager making fun of my budget, vehicle and condition of repairs needed. Only after already turning down the suggestion. I understand up selling and stuff like that but there s no need to make someone that went to a grungy Manchester lube spot to feel like they are the poor and Ill-prepared person in the situation

There were concerns with my oil pan and the team over here was more than happy to do some diligence to determine if I needed a new pan or just a plug. Within a half hour, they were able to diagnose my issue and replaced the plug with no further leakage. The team was super friendly and made the overall experience positive.

The store manager was the only person available. I scheduled my appointment online I guess there was a glitch with the system and my appointment didn t go through but Troy ended up doing my oil change. I believe he was getting ready to finish his night but decided to do it anyways thank you

Brain was able to do my alternator on my Osmoblie with no problem an an normal helping the customer the young lady up front was also a great part of it as well. The. Manchester location is just great an. I trust them a real lot well. Wednesday the 21of. February. Brain changed a axle seal. Like always he did a great job an Troy was good with customer service end of it like always

Good experience. The headlight assembly I had purchased for installation was incompatible but rather than scrap the job, they arranged a replacement bulb for my existing assembly and got it done quick

Came here for an appointment for brake service on our 2007 Sebring, only to be told that the brakes were brand new and completely fine. We trusted the mechanic and left. $680 later, Monroe is replacing our brakes because they were completely shot, as were our rotors, and our brake fluid was contaminated. Our rotors are almost completely gone! The mechanic was surprised we haven't gotten in an accident. I will never be back here again.Service: Brakes

Temperature in the 90s and I needed a battery installed in my wife s car. Requested and was informed that only one technician on duty and he was busy at the moment. Decided to wait. 90 minutes later the technician freed up and completed removing old and installing new battery. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. Would definitely use them again , with an appointment.Service: Battery

I had to bring my car in twice. Can't say the problem was resolved. The 2nd time, some how the screen on the console went black. They looked at the car a 3rd time and couldn't resolve the issue. Don't think I'll be using them again. About the only good thing I can say is the desk person was friendly.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have a company vehicle that I had been bringing to Monro and I was not pleased with their service at all. It took them all day to do an oil change on my car and I had to call them to see if it was done. I brought it to Meineke and it was done in just over an hour. They called me and told me to come pick it up. Now I am getting my brakes done and we have run into a small problem. First of all they ordered the brake pads after I dropped off the car. I made the appointment on Monday so they knew I was coming. Why did they not already have the parts? Second, the company they ordered them from sent them to Avon because the guy who ordered them forgot he was supposed call a specify which store. I dropped my car off at 12:30 and it is now 3:30 and it's still not done. I had such high hopes after the oil change.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance
