The whole experience was quick and easy. I told them I didn t want all the extra stuff and they didn t try to push it or make me take it like every other car dealer I ve been to has done. Juan the finance guy was great. Julio my salesman was very personable and friendly. I felt comfortable and felt like I could be myself around him And Juan. Lots of nice cars there the car I bought is immaculate. Thanks for everything guys. I know that I will be going to buy my next car.Jim Angelo

Flew up from Florida to help my daughter find a used car near Hartford, and found some pretty shady places before walking into Faris and meeting Jeffrey Ransom. He immediately made us feel comfortable, and helped me select the best car for my daughter in our price range. He really took good care of us, and made me feel like he cared about making sure the car we purchased was safe and reliable. Ultimately, we got a great car at an excellent price. The entire process including the financing with Juan was painless. Jeffrey continued to communicate with me after the sale was complete to make sure all was good with the car and we were 100% happy. I worked with Jeffrey to purchase a new 15-passenger van for my organization. He was incredibly helpful, very communicative, and really went the extra mile. When a repair part didn t come in on time, he called and thoughtfully rescheduled a test drive. And, he helped make the paperwork as efficient and timely as possible. When I came to pick up the vehicle, he had the inside cleaned out really well, and it was all ready to go!When I have to purchase another vehicle for work or for personal use again, I would absolutely go back to Faris.

Julio is the best salesman there is. This is our second time buying a car from him and we will definitely be going back to him in the future. Julio was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. It was a pleasure working with him and we highly recommend him. Found the perfect truck I wanted from these guys. Will helped me from the beginning to the end and facilitated every need and more! He even came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of! I would highly recommend this dealership and again, Will was a fantastic person to deal with!

Lemons and fake reviews.Do some research before buying vehicles here. My only regret is not believing the one star reviews. If you look most of the five star reviews are from profiles with one review or reviews of the same places. These are paid reviews.The owner (Faris) is also horrible to women. He cussed me out because I requested that they get me an inspection sticker since the vehicle failed when I took it in myself. We ended up meeting at the Springfield police department in Massachusetts because I was terrified he was physically going to harm me. He had my truck inspected by his friend for a forged inspection and the issues were never fixed.Please for the love of God DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

I worked with Jeffrey and he is awesome. The car I initially came to see didn't work out. Jeffrey was diligent and made sure we found a good car that met my requirements and got a good rate and good price. When all was said and done I drove off in the perfect car that I love. I highly recommend Faris and Jeffrey. The entire process was relaxed and stress free. I would recommend Faris to anyone in the area looking for a good car from good honest people.

They re okVery nice atmosphere and fairly friendly staff in person but vehicles there were overpriced in my personal opinion some were almost double what the average selling price was. Vehicles had visible damage while we were there (cracked windshield, dented wheels, missing hub caps, dings, scratches, and rust on some)Of course they promise to take care of some of it but I don t personally understand trying to pawn off a 2013 year vehicle with a rust hole on the side for almost 20K with absolutely no included warranty of any kind.Our sales experience ended after our sales person left us alone in the middle of a credit application to meet with someone who called her upstairs and never came back before we left at least 20-30 minutes after last hearing from them.Left my ID in the copy machine unattended and another employee had to call the sales rep in order to find out where it was.Perhaps there was simply a miscommunication as to what was happening Which is why the rating isn't worse.I'm a little disappointed in the owners response to such a minor review becoming condescending rather than just apologizing. No way to treat your customers but I won't let it affect my original rating for better or worse my experience was my experience.Hopefully they use it to discover their weak points and improve.Ended up starting a purchase with Toro Auto in East Windsor for 12,495 plus fees.

Christian was great, very transparent and genuine. Process simple but long who is usual for buying a car. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to pick it up and they very good about calling and being Intouch so I could coordinate a way to come down and get it.
