Jim, the owner is a really nice guy. Sadly my car that was towed to this establishment turned out to be totaled, and couldn't be repaired, so this review is solely about my interactions with the people who work there, and they were all very friendly and helpful. If you're ever in an accident and need to get towed and have a choice, have em tow it here. They are very upfront, honest and helpful.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!I had an extremely unpleasant phone call with Jim. He s very rude. I put my boyfriends phone number for later in the day in case I wasn t home from work. Immediately he calls me and speaks to me and i ask how his day is going to be polite and he says not well because your boyfriend isn t answering my calls . He was talking to me like I was ten years old and added in dramatics how he called my boyfriend multiple times with no answer (he only called once) and when he called me I immediately picked up the first time. There was no reason to be this rude to me at 9:00 am and it totally threw me off. Unfortunately I had to use their towing through State Farm which I will not be doing any longer. I d rather use anyone else at this point. Being just plain nice goes a long way. However, if you are looking to pick a fight without having to make any real effort, Jim can definitely help you out there

There are no words to describe how great the service is here. I have had a tow and two body work jobs done here, and wouldn't EVER use anyone else. Jim is totally upfront with info and pricing, and follow through. You will be amazed and happy using this place. Bravo.... Ten STARS wouldn't be enough.

This place is a complete scam!! They have fees posted for storage and charged $7 additional per day!! They were extremely rude and unprofessional!! Definitely do not recommend!!

Had an accident involving a deer. AAA towed me there on the advice of a friend. When we went the next morning to discuss the accident and the first words I heard....are you ok? We discussed the extent of the damage and he was confident he could bring my Minionmobile back to good as new. He gave us a very reasonable time frame and quote and worked with our insurance to get everything done. If he felt something was questionable, it was replaced. He went through and tightened everything and got rid of a few minor issues we had. He had it ready and painted almost a week early. I would recommend them to anyone. Super happy with the service

When my car was towed I was told by the driver that it was a 1 mile tow and given a quote, then told the overnight charges accrued at midnight. After reading reviews I was expecting the worst, and they certainly lived up to the reputation. Charged about $50 more and when I asked to explain the charges and why they were different, the clerk just said she did not know... I guess they don't need happy customersThey need to get their people on the same page, I never write reviews, but they deserve it.

I could not have had a worse experience than with this institution. I went back to retrieve my car the morning following an accident. I was set to pay for the expenses when I was shocked to find the charges to be over $200 more than I was originally told. I excused myself to call my mother, and when I came back in to pay, the man helping me slammed his fists down on the desk and exclaimed, "Are you kidding me?! I just made up a whole new bill. Do you have the funds to pay or not?!" I said, "Yes, but do you need to yell at me?" To which he replied, "Yes!" He proceeded to grab my credit card out of my hand to complete the charge.I am a petite, 21 year old female, and I was left absolutely terrified from this experience. I cannot believe that customer service could possibly be so horrible when I was simply trying to retrieve my car. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

Never a better customer experience than one with Jim and the crew here. The only body shop I trust with my car. Jim takes the time to go over what needs to get done with you and shows he cares about his customers. Always fast and perfect work and extremely flexible with everything.

My car was initially towed here by the police after an accident. Honestly I was very skeptical about trusting them to do the work on my car and was searching to see if I could find another shop. After going to the shop and meeting everyone I decided to give them a chance at doing the work even though I was still somewhat skeptical.After the work was done I was extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship as well as the time it took for them to complete everything and work with my needs! These guys really know what they are doing and go out of their way to make sure the work is done the right way the first time. If I were to get into another accident I would without a doubt have them do work again for me!People who are complaining seem to be the type that are never happy or satisfied.TLDR: Honest, Reliable, Good Quality.... would recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with this towing company the big guy I think his name joe he is the coolest and most flexible driver I have seen in my life I always had that impression that tow truck drivers are always a d*** he got got my car out of a ditch without any problem scratches or anything it took him about 10 minutes and I was in there about 15 feet in and he jus pulled over out of no were and helped me out I will say him and his sidekick are the best most respectful people . GO GET A TOW FROM THEM :)

I used my AAA card to get a tow, the driver loaded the car on a flat bed, and turned to me and said I'll follow you when I spoke to triple A they estimated it would be 12 miles. I used my odometer to check the mileage and it was exactly 12 miles but they charged me for the ful 12 miles they didn't honor their agreement with AAA have the first 5 miles no charge. I called and let them know that I was over charged and they told me that their GPS said the distance was 17 miles, if they were going to charge me for their route way did the drive just tell me to lead? I questioned the bill and I was told I needed to pay the full amount . That is theft This is not the behavior of an upstanding business. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE ROBBED I am also writing letters to AAA the DMV and the BBB please use extreme cation when dealing with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just looked @ some work done on a friends car years ago at this shop and was disapointed to see the poor workmanship.
