Helped me get a new bulb for one of my front lights and helped me replace it super quick! So very grateful for the quick work and helpful clerk, took about 20 minutes total to buy and have it installed with their help! Definitely need to return a get more lights so I swap out the old ones with new ones before they all go and so ill definitely return here !

I shared a similar experience to what someone else had posted on here recently about this AutoZone location limiting the amount of used oil they would accept. I went in there last weekend with my 5 gallons of used motor oil like I have done many times in the past and was instantly greeted by 2 employees who said they would only take 1 gallon now. One of the employees identified himself as Dylan and the store manager. Dylan called me an a-hole and said I was being a d..k because I said it said nothing on their website about limiting the amount of oil they take. He also said I was being aggressive which was laughable.I pointed out the fact that he was the one who was being aggressive by calling me names. The thing that irked me the most was this was all in front of my kid. This kid has no respect and should definitely not be in customer service. I did what the other guy did too and drove a half mile down the road to Advance Auto and they were more than gracious in there to help. I was absolutely disgusted by this whole experience. Auto-zone has lost a long time customer with this experience. I also reached out to corporate and spoke to a district manager. He told me sorry and they don't want to lose me as a customer, but offered nothing else. He told me it would be handled internally which I'm sure means that they won't do a thing with this kid. I asked to let me know when it was handled supposedly and have yet to hear back from anyone. Bring your money elsewhere. They definitely don't care about their customers.

Went for a scan. Was able to find the issue, ordered a few parts. Went home, found a few more things called and they ordered those as well. 1995 Mercedes, so parts are a bit hard to get ahold of. Just thankful their scanners worked with my vehicle.Mackensie was very knowledgeable in regards to vehicle issues and a pleasure to speak with. Will be sure to stop in again.

I have been shopping here since i moved to colchester almost 3 yrs ago. After performing 2 oil changes on my vehicles in the past several weeks, i attempted to take my used oil in to recycle. I was informed they would accept only 5 qts. My 1 vehicle takes almost 9 qts for a single oil change and i explained that to the very apologetic workers to no avail. They insisted they could only accept 5 qts. I then drove to advance auto where they accepted the rest of the used oil. I now shop exclusively at advance auto.

Super quick, super helpful. In particular, I was floored by Nick's level of knowledge and expertise. He was not only able to expertly diagnose and assist me solving my original problem, but was on top of subsequent issues that I encountered like battery post corrosion and difficulty aligning the bracket. I have never been so floored by a level of customer service that I feel the need to immediately pull out my phone and write a review, but I am sitting in the AutoZone parking lot in my (now running) car, writing this review. Thank you Nick and AutoZone.

Without Dylan at this store, it would fall apart. He is always there, and always so knowledgeable and friendly. As a women, it's nice to be able to go to a place that you trust with people that can assist in a timely manner.

Noah the manager is awesome. I've come by twice now with check engine light issues. An associate and himself immediately came outside to check out the codes. Then they researched it and gave advice on possible issues. Noah came outside after listening to recent issues with my vehicle - he came out, checked out the part in question identified it and pointed me in the right direction.Best piece is I have basic mechanical knowledge and there is no judgment here. I verbalized what I thought was the issue they heard me - asked additional questions and gave a precise diagnosis that I was able to repair on my own.

the people here are truly the best. Jack was amazingly helpful and answered all my questions, and did a great job changing my cabin air filter and wiper blades. As a woman, going to auto shops can be intimidating but the employees made me feel safe, comfortable, and respected. I ll definitely be coming back for allof my auto needs!

So thankful for this Auto Zone location and the employee, Dylan. I got off of the highway with a flat tire and asked if they could help me at all. Dylan came out and inspected my tire, filled it with air, offered to replace it, and recommended a local tire shop. Thank you!!

Surprisingly enjoyable experience! The person at the cash register greeted me, asked if he could assist with finding anything, and already had the gift I was envisioning already in a neat package at the register. I wandered through regardless and was pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness of the store. The recipient of the gift was also very pleased.

I came here to get a replacement bulb for my headlights. John from Autozone was AWESOME. He checked the make/model/year of my car and then walked me over to show me all the options. He also made sure the bulbs we picked fit properly in my car. Fantastic customer service. Thanks John!

Cannot say enough about how helpful Noah is. Replaced plus installed a head light on my Ford edge. Also took a look at the entire rest of vehicle for any potential issues. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be returning customer. Thanks Noah!

I went there to test the battery on my car. It turned out to be more of an issue with taking the old battery out and putting the new one in. The store manager went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciated his help so much. He could of easily told me to get my car towed since it was such an issue getting the battery out/in and my car wouldn t start after testing the battery (battery became completely dead) but he didn t, and he completed the job from start to finish. Definitely will only go to this store for my automotive needs!! Highly recommend this place. Again, thank you! I left a very satisfied customer.

Great first time experience today. I had a dead battery that was jumped successfully and I stopped in to see if they could check the battery code. Employee helped me and checked the battery within minutes and sent me on my way with piece of mind

I went there, needing some wiper blades. The staff member was able to look up the size blade my car requires online, he helped me pick out a blade for the type of driving I do, and even installed it for me. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend them for all your auto needs

I've been to this location 3 times now and every single time I am amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff is. The minute you set foot in the door someone greets you and asks how they can help. Two of the three times they even went and snagged what I was looking for so I never even made it past the register. That's spectacular customer service!

They were so nice and helpful when I went in urgently needing oil after a mechanic forgot to put my oil cap back on after a filter change. My engine was covered in oil and they gave me great advice on what to do next and even helped me fill my oil back up in the rain. Above and beyond. So grateful for your help!

Outstanding experience. I needed a battery for my wife's car. I got the car started and I got it to the store in Colchester. It was so cold....like 10 below with the wind chill. Ryan put the battery in my wife's car in that cold. The old battery wouldn't come out because of corrosion and he had to fight with. He was freezing cold but he got it done. I cant compliment him, and the store enough. Marie runs a great store and I will be a customer from now on.

The group of guys there took their time to ensure I got the right part. Unfortunately the right part for my 2009 VW EOS was not available in the store but they found the right part online and I was able to order the same day. They were very polite and help, can t wait for my next visit.

We stop by a store on way home from beach due to having hard time starting vehicle. We used your free battery service to check our car battery. Checked it , your man said battery good and alternator good. Battery was bad. You missed it.

Dave the parts sales manager is the go to guy! I had an issue with a pair of headlights I spent almost $100 and had one blow out in less than 10 days. I had a small issue with one of the employees to get an exchange and it was all resolved and I am very happy and will only be shopping here just for the fact of how fast the problem was resolved. Very pleased

I was looking for an adapter with led's that tests trailer lights at vehicle end (see picture). They didn't have it. First time I struck out at this store. Should have believed my google search. Usually everything you can think of is on the shelf. Still a great store.

Noah at AutoZone Colchester ROCKS! Delivered and installed a battery for me so that I didn t have to call a tow truck ! Highly Recommend - - excellent customer service !

All right! Finally AutoZone in Colchester. I don't have to go to Middletown anymore and deal with nonsense over there. Colchester place is a nice, bright new store. You can still smell fresh paint in the air. Young guys working there are friendly. First impression is good. You can see right a way they are new to the business and struggle with parts locations. Five stars for good start. Good luck to you.
