I came in for a recalled brake lamp switch. To my knowledge the repair was timely and done correctly. However; I had never been to this location before and the address listed on this Google maps location was, and still may be, incorrect. I originally pulled into the Subaru dealership to see a small building labeled "Service" on my left. I parked, walked to the door, to see a sign that said "Service has moved up the road" and listed an address for the dodge dealerships service center. This written address was, at the time, the listed location for the Subaru service center.The folks at the dodge service center explained that I had the wrong place. That the Subaru service center was attached to the Subaru dealership.It was quite an annoying experience. Had I approached the Subaru dealership from the other direction I would have clearly seen the service center and known where to go. But approaching from the direction I did, your first instinct is to go to the building still labelled service, that is no longer in use and has a sign stating to go to Dodge.Also; the technician that worked on my car knocked my wiring for my dashcam power loose and it hung around the brake pedal my entire drive home before I could zip tie it back to safety. Not a huge deal but it wasn't dangling when I brought it in. I understand I had a simple recall service that doesn't bring any funds into your service department; but you could at least tuck my cables back where they were when you started.

New building is impressive. Service, as always, depends on people and I received friendly, courteous and prompt service. Work done well in a timely manner.

Their new service building is ridiculously nice, and the people up front were very helpful. There s a big window in the waiting area where you can watch the work being done on your car, and afterwards they text and email you a video explaining the work they did and their findings. Holy cow! I m Subaru for life.

I had a great experience at Mitchell Subaru in Canton, Connecticut. I took the Outback in for some neglected routine maintenance and servicing and was presented with a package of services at a price that was less expensive than a couple independent garages. The interior needed to be cleaned as well as it had been my son s car and pretty much neglected and abused. When the servicing and cleaning was done, the difference in the vehicle was like night and day. The vehicle was like new! So all in all, I m very impressed with the prices and the service! Mitchell Subaru service: Today I had an excellent experience at Mitchell in servicing and repairing my 2020 Subaru Ascent. Besides having a standard oil change and tire rotation I needed to have them look into a problem regarding my vehicles battery system as well as a problem with one tire leaking air gradually. In less than 2 hours wait they not only completed the standard service but also determined I had a bad battery which was covered under warranty. Then my service rep showed me an item which appeared to be a screwdriver tip that was pulled from my tire. He said it was pulled from my tire and caused the air leak, and to my surprise he said they were able to safely plug it and best of all he said I would not have to pay for it! Wow what a deal. I have to compliment my Service rep Michael and the others who worked on my vehicle I truly recommend Mitchell for any service.
