This is a great body shop. If you are in this area, I would highly recommend seeing the people here for your collision repair needs. They do top notch work and everyone here from front to back is just awesome in attitude and skills to match. They really care and will do everything in their power to assure you leave here with your car 100% satisfied, within reason.Certainly one of the best collision repair facilities in the entire state of Connecticut.If you re in need of such services, I would start by giving them a phone call

The repair work they did was good, no quality issues. However the communication was terrible. I had to call for updates which they were unable to give with any certainty. This resulted in my being out of town when they completed the repair.I told them I might be out of town when I dropped my car off, the lady at the counter assured me that it wouldn t be an issue. Well as soon as they got done with the car, my being out of town was an issue. I was told that they had already notified my insurance company and that if I didn t pick up the car that day that I would be charged for the rental. The guy who called me was rude, condescending and an all out jerk (ray was his name).I would not do business with this company again!

If you enjoy being talked down to or talked to like you're an inconvenience this is the place to take your car. Not only do they not update you on the progress of repairs to your vehicle, when you do call to ask for an update you are met with attitude and told to stop "bothering us" and then get hung up on. My car had been in their possession for nearly 4 weeks getting repairs after an accident and was told the hold up on the last part was my fault because I didn't disclose the headlights in my car had been changed from factory to dark housing when the car was dropped off to them. not only do they show no remorse or apologize for the way they treat you, they do not disclose anywhere that they only take cash or personal check because they're too cheap to afford the fees associated with accepting card. Take your car somewhere you will be treated with respect and to somewhere that values your business because this place, is not it.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Outstanding is the word that best describes this business. From my first call to have my car towed in the people were very nice and helpful. I forgot my $300. Oakley sunglasses and gave them a call, they found them in the car and held them at the desk for me. I was told the repair should be done by the 18th but no promises as I had extensive front end damage. I just picked up my car today six days early. The repair is great and the car looks and drives like I just drove it off the showroom floor. They detailed the inside and also waxed the car as standard practice. This is great shop to have work done and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Went here to have repairs done on my bumper after i was rear ended. Very professional, they work fast and Stephanie was very nice, helpful and informative . Went here because they were a preferred shop under my insurance. After having the work done, I would come here anytime regardless of insurance. Courteous and professional staff, excellent coordination with a rental and perfect workmanship. Throw in a nice exterior bath and interior vacuum and it adds up to a 5 star experience.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Got into accident and brought it here for first time, and it will be the last!! Never ever again. It's taking longer than needed to fix my issues. And extremely rude customer support over the phone. Let alone their website doesn't state they don't accept credit card and I was starting to get a attitude from the guy and got hung up on. Over 1k worth or work iv had to pay for and 6k+ from insurance and got treated like I got a oil change and got blamed I'm the reason it's taking so long bc after market parts. Came in for an estimate on some rot repair as well as a rear bumper respray. Owner said we don t repair rot, and told me because my car is a Saab, parts will be hard to find as the brand isn t around anymore, and therefore refused to give me a quote. Are you kidding me?? For a shop that touts themselves as a restoration shop and restores old, rare cars, and does body work on newer cars, that is not acceptable. Most restoration shops aren t afraid to tackle jobs like these and are able to source rare parts. Didn t give one star because the owner was nice and somewhat apologetic about it, but for a shop that says that about themselves, that is completely unacceptable.

I went in today for the first time. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment for an estimate on body damage to my front bumper. Karl, the gentleman doing the estimates was very kind and helpful. Amazing customer service and very workable schedule wise! Thanks guys!

I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and quality of work of Prestige Body Werks, Canton, CT. It was the fourth time they have made repairs to our automobiles, having gone there for the first time recommended by my insurance company, USAA. Prestige is always so thorough and meticulous - always puts my mind and wallet at ease. This time was special because I had scrunched the tailgate of my wife's Honda Pilot, aka "her baby." Seeing that the tailgate would not close, Mike, the Assistant Manager, asked Jesse, one of the car fixit guys, to see what he could do. He worked on the car for 25 minutes before he got it to open and close. Prestige is the only place I will go to for body repairs.

As a business, they are inflexible for timing of repairs. There is no key drop the night before and if you need 3 days of work it can only be dropped off on Monday or Tuesday. They have shorter hours than most companies (8 a to 4 p), so it is a very inconvenient service to most people who hold jobs.

Owner, technicians & office staff have major attitude problems. Rude, smug and unhelpful! Do not care about you or your auto body needs. Terrible customer service and poor relationships with their customers. Save yourself the stress and pick any place but here.

A+ work by the folks here. Came in needing one door replaced and another buffed, and everything looks good as new! Staff was attentive, called to inform me that it might take an extra day so that I could plan ahead. Excellent all around.
