Our salesman Jeff was wonderful. There was no high pressure sales, he listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions completely. The dealership is clean and easily accessible. I would have given a 5 star review but on our way home we received a call from someone that was in charge of detailing the car. We had already declined the Simonize option but he stated he didn't know we had. He then began aggressively pushing an extended warranty on the car. He would not take no for an answer. I requested that we not have to deal with him when we picked up the car. The Mitchell people were wonderful and followed my wishes.I will definitely consider Mitchell for my next new car also.

Prompt service! Walked in the door and someone immediately helped us. I drove multiple cars until I found the perfect one! Pleasant atmosphere, everyone so nice! I highly recommend this dealership, and will return for my service. Nicholas our salesperson was professional and very knowledgeable about all the cars, and helped us make our decision with no pressure. Thank you Nick and Mitchell Subaru, I love my new Outback!

Me and my girlfriend had gone in this past month to get help on our upcoming lease-ends. We had some not so good experiences at other dealerships but had heard raving reviews from friends and family about Mitchell Subaru and upon going in were greeted by Jeff sales associate. From beginning to end we were treated amazingly with all of our questions being answered in full (no beating around the bush) by Jeff as well as his associates. I cannot stress enough at how happy me and my girlfriend are in our new financed Subarus and would recommend coming in and giving your business to Mitchell Subaru, the experience is definitely well above par in comparison to any other dealership in business nowadays.

Had great experience with JP and Joe both addressing questions, making good on a few small requests with warranty and small things on car, and just overall being patient and nice during what can be a stressful process. Appreciate how straightforward these guys were, Joe and JP were decent humans and didn't push. Highly recommend!

Jeff was GREAT!!!. No pressure, no hassle, super responsive, really easy to work with and provides you with a ton of information. The price was the price on the car I bought. So without Jeff my sale doesn t happen. He alone is responsible for me buying my daughter her first Subaru. If you are going to Mitchell Subaru to look for a car I highly recommend asking for Jeff when you arrive.

Nicole is great she takes the no pressure approach she is like talking to a friend not your stereo type car salesman. She made us feel comfortable and no pressure, no added in extras that we did not want just honest through the whole process. Nicole has been the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. Bought my Forester used (3 years old) in 2011 and have been taking it to Mitchell for service since then. I find the service staff organized, efficient, and very personable. I trust them to give me the straight scoop on any issues with my car, which is important for me because I am definitely not an informed consumer and rely heavily on their expertise. The new facility makes the experience of waiting for service work to be done much more pleasant. Meghan took care of my last visit and did an outstanding job.

Ms. Tori Rivera is the best service representative I have worked with since Angus, who retired about 10 to 12 years ago.Unlike another representative I encountered when I was at Mitchell Subaru on 2-5-24, who put me to the side to interact with another patron who I had been in front of, Ms. Rivera was polite, kind, willing to look into my service record to help me understand a notation there that was unclear to me, didn't lead me to feel that I was just another widget in the service process while I was there and was willing to do whatever was necessary to help. Excellent employees like her are also good people, and I hope Mitchell will recognize her and how she helps make an impersonal often costly process for vehicle owners like me that much better.After that experience on 2-5-24, I was dead set against coming back to Mitchell, but then, I thought, let's give it one more chance.Ms. Rivera saved you a customer. Think about it, management.

Meghan Roberts, Express Service Advisor was wonderful! She was very accommodating to meet my need for a loaner car for the day. Craig, the Service Manager, had 3 valves and sensors replaced on the car's tires. Mitchell Subaru is a great place for service.

Great experience best yet at Auto Dealership. Our salesman, David K. was very helpful, answered all our questions; the sales manager and accounting department were also very helpful, explaining our options and no pressure!I recommend Mitchell Subaru to anyone!

Service department was great! Got my car in that day, set me up with a rental, and had my car back to me the next day. My only complaint and reason for knocking a star is from the sales department. The only reason I had to bring my car in is due to their negligence with ensuring that the car passed their CPO inspection before being sold as almost new. How does a car with less than 1500 highway miles driven from purchase and 5200 miles at the time of purchase need the rotors turned and an alignment? Do better sales! Service department, keep carrying and being awesome!

Had a very positive experience with Mitchell Subaru. Pricing was extremely competitive without much need to negotiate. Several other dealerships in the state were priced several thousand higher on the same exact model with the same options but negotiations were less straight forward and easy. My salesperson Jeff Schmahl was very easy to communicate with; responsive, respectful and honest. I would recommend doing business here

Our service advisor Ben and the whole shop was absolutely incredible. We had some very particular needs that we need to taken care of and it was spectacular to work with them. They really took great care of us. Everything went very smoothly and they went above and beyond. Definitely will be coming back anytime. I m here in the area thanks so much Ben! Very grateful that we are lucky enough to have these guys in this corner of the neighborhood!

Two consecutive Subarus bought new and serviced here since the mid-nineties were always well maintained by this dealership. They are good with customer communication with reminders about your vehicle checkups and courteous follow ups for any work that has been done in terms of repairs or replacements. A very professional dealer for a reliable product.

What an excellent experience my service coordinator Meghan communicated very well from the start of scheduling the service all the way to walking me to my car when the service was finished. Everything was explained and performed on time and was the cost as described. Great customer service.

Great experience.my car had some issues and Vinny got me in asap and stayed in touch the whole time. I can t say enough about Vinny and Mitchell Subaru as a whole they are very personable and reliable they never tried to sell me anything other than what I brought my car in for and made sure I was still able to get around while they were working on my car 10/10 recommend.

This Subaru dealership is OUTSTANDING. The customer service is amazing and I promise, every person you'll encounter at Mitchell will treat you like royalty. We've needed alot of service on our vehicle which was tough to diagnose at first, but Mitchell persevered and never gave up! And through it all, we were not stranded without a vehicle. I highly, highly recommend Mitchell. Their business ethic is outstanding and they go above and beyond for their valued customers. Thank you, Mitchell!

Really nice dealership. Nice people. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. This simple regular maintenance service should not cost $150. I will seek alternatives for future services.

The Fob to start me car stopped working and I could no longer start the car. Mitchell took my car in immediately and determined it was the fob which failed, they were quick to replace the fob re-sync it to the car. It was all done with efficiency and understanding.

I enjoy and trust Mitchell Subaru because they work openly with you. Their service advisors tell you things that should be done but leave it up to you to decide what you want and can afford. You can sit in the waiting area and watch your car be worked on or in my case they knew it would take some time so they offer you a ride or a loaner car. I HIGHLY recommend Mitchell Subaru for purchase and service they are great caring people.
