My husband & I recently bought a new vehicle from Mitchell's Jeep - everyone we dealt with was very professional and very helpful. We didn't feel pressured to buy. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would recommend seeing Paul or Willis. You will not be disappointed. I also want to mention Lou the finance manager, he is truly a gem. Very dedicated to his job.Thank you Paul, Willis & Lou.

Never ever think you should use Mitchell Jeep service. I scheduled an appointment for 11 on Monday, two days later no status, no information, nothing. I was told two days later, even though I booked an appointment it would be two weeks until they could see it by the service manager after finally getting fed up with their communication. I had to tow my jeep to gengras in order to get service. Same day. Don't rely on Mitchell for (lack of) service

Eric is awesome!!! He goes way beyond. He taught me how to check my oil myself after I got divorced. He is always super accommodating and friendly. The new service department is like a spa and beautiful!! Thanks to all my friends at Mitchell Dodge

My appointment was for Thursday, so I dropped it off Wednesday night to get a speed sensor fixed on a Challenger. It sat all day.and they could not look at it until Friday. Friday, they looked at it but needed to order the sensor which would be in on Monday. Monday afternoon they called to say the part is in but the technician is busy and can't do it till Tuesday. Tuesday, they called that it was fixed but somehow the tech. broke the front mudflap on the car. They ordered a new pair, and it would be in on Wednesday. I stopped in Tuesday to look at it and was then told that it was hit by their "new" in floor lift. Either that was not true or they don't have very good equipment in their new location. It's a 2014 and has been a numerous shops without an issue and the flap is a Mopar part designed for the car. They told me they would call when the part is in. After no call on Wednesday, I had to call at the end of the day, and it was then I learned the part was there. They wanted to know when to schedule them putting it on. It appears there is no communication as I had told them I would put it on (at this point I was less than happy) and I didn't trust them to do it timely or correctly. If I could give them less than a star I would. Its too bad because they are closer, but Papa's Dodge has been better.

I dropped my Grand Cherokee Summit L off in the morning. Matthew and Carmen were very pleasant and helpful. I was sent a video of the inspection and everything was fine. The two recalls were checked, oil was changed, and the alignment was checked and adjusted to spec. The Jeep was ready mid day for pick up.When I came to pick up my Jeep, Matthew went over everything about the appointment. It was a pleasurable experience.

Could have been little bit more friendly on the phone. Spoke to Chris from the service department who called me back after a price inquiry for front pads and rotors. Was quoted around $900; when I told them it was around $700 at other local dealerships (I got quotes) I said never mind and thanked him for his time and I was immediately hung up on. Not a great first impression what so ever.I was shocked at the price given the fact I had a $700 quote from an another Jeep dealership and around $600 from an independent facility.UPDATE: Chris called back right after hanging up wanting my VIN number and that he d like to try to get closer to the $700 price. Don t appreciate being hung up on with no no problem have a nice day or just have a nice day . A little common courtesy goes a long way.

My most recent experience was at first not so great, it was a stressful situation with a newer truck and a possibly huge repair but, I do have to say, they really pulled out all the stops to make it better. They bent over backward to help me get my truck back lightning fast with a pretty major repair. After the first few bumps in the road, it was extremely smooth sailing, and the truck is running good as new (they even got the petrified french fries out from between the seats!) Thank you Matt in the service department and everyone who helped get me back on the road. 100% recommend!

Im not one to write reviews but was so impressed with my transaction at Mitchells I wanted to share with others. As you all know going car shopping is not something we look forward to. We have to listen to all the sales pitches like.."end of month clearance" , "my spouse has the same exact car", "at least 3 other people have their eyes on this car", or the ever favorite, "that car just sold but we have others". I have been looking for 4 months for a truck and I saw a nice Dodge Ram online at Mitchell's. I emailed and got a response from Kiley. Right away she was very helpful and no sales pitch whatsoever. Even sent me a few additional pics of the truck. I told her the drive there was well over an hour and i wanted to make sure the truck was still available and there were no issues with it. She assured me positively to both. So we made the drive down. We were met by Kiley who introduced us to Chris in the sales dept. Chris was so pleasant and we could tell he did his research on the truck showing us all its features and answered all our questions. We were still waiting some clever sales pitch or someone just put a down payment on it line but NOTHING of the sort. Long story short... Not only would we recommend Mitchells but we will be visiting next time we are in need of a vehicle..even though its well over an hour drive. Thanks for making our purchase a pleasant one!!!!Donny and Donna

I visited this dealership about a week ago. Making an apt was super easy and they worked with my busy schedule. Matthew in service exceeded my expectations when it came to helping me get my issue resolved! They even had a shuttle available to drop me off/ pick me up even though they only needed 1-2 hrs to complete my service request. I will definitely be coming back and only service my Jeep here going forward. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience! I went in to have my touch screen replaced. The part was ordered and received in a timely manner. Eric was wonderful to work with. They even vacuumed my car and washed the exterior after the part was installed . Very pleased and will be coming back
