They did a great job on replacing the two front bumpers that were damaged on my car. They kept me to date on what was going on. Very good customer. Percy is great to work with. Highly recommend.

Best experience with Farmington Auto Body. My car was stolen from my driveway and the next day I crashed my husbands car . My car was recovered but had damage. After a nightmare experience with insurance company , Bill and his staff were able to accommodate all our needs and went above and beyond to help us out and get our cars on the road . They were fast efficient knowledgeable friendly and did an amazing job overall.I Highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honest as the day is long. What Mercedes estimated at $2500 to repair a rear view camera they did a diagnostic first and determined that it only needed a few parts with a final bill of $670!

Took care of the side door which was scraped by a mailbox. They did an excellent job in about 30 minutes and inexpensive for something that bothered me everytime I got into my car. Professional and friendly, I highly recommend!

Unbelievably was in two accidents within two weeks; both were not my fault. Went to Farmington valley auto and both the estimator and the gentleman at the counter were great! They understood my situation and I was in and out within 15mins, no appointment needed when I called ahead. Very happy after the two weeks I had been through. Thanks guys!!

I can't praise these guys enough honestly. Bill is the guy I dealt with he was very professional and knowledgeable. I brought in my black VW Jetta and got 3 estimates on a minor dent on my left back passenger door, Farmington Valley they were by far the lowest estimate, plus they took my car immediately. The other two wanted me to wait another month. I just got my car back yesterday, they even did some extra work I did not ask them for. I highly recommend Farmington Valley. They are awesome and honestly its hard to find people you can trust nowadays when it comes to cars.

Been coming here for 18 years. Brian's shop has repaired three of my cars, bpyfriend'car, mother's car, and coworkers car.Excellent in terms of quality and cost. Gets the best matches with the tricky pearlescent paint. Deals with the insurance appraiser and gets the approval for the most thorough and best quality work.Most appreciated when Brian worked to turn around repairs to my mother's rear bumper in record time. She had Alzheimer's and I need to get it back to her before she missed it!Cannot say enough good things about this place. I recommend them to everyone I know!!I recommend Farmington Valley Auto Repair to everyone I know.

I rarely do on-line reviews and almost never give 5 stars ratings, however I have been so pleased with Farmington Valley Auto Body I wanted to post my experience with them. I have brought my 2016 cherrry-red Mazda CX-5 in on two occasions for body work. The first time was a couple years ago when I had bumper and front quarter panel damage. The second time was last month for a damaged rear hatch gate. Each time I got several estimates from other local shops before giving the work to Farmington Valley Auto Body. The other shops felt parts would have to be replaced and their estimates were considerably higher. The experts at Farmington Valley were able to repair and not replace the damaged body parts and matched a difficult paint color perfectly with the rest of the car.

I have used Farmington Valley Auto Body multiple times over the past 10 years. I have referred them to many family members and friends. I have had the opportunity to work with Brian who is honest and friendly. My cars have always been fixed in a timely manner and returned to their original condition. I will continue to recommend them whenever I have the chance to do so.

The team at Farmington Valley Auto Body gives me honest high quality results. Our one year old Accord was close to being totaled by the insurance company, but Brian straightened the frame and delivered a perfect body and finish all on schedule. Since that major accident we have been going to Valley Auto Body for 15 years. I highly recommend the shop to my family and friends.

I had had a minor incident with my Mazda 3, which caused some damage on the rear bumper. I brought my car into three different auto body shops for estimates on repairs. I chose Farmington Valley Auto Body for several reasons: it had received a positive rating online; it was conveniently located and their estimate was less than half of those I received at the two other shops. Brian, the manager, said that the damage could be fixed without replacing the entire bumper as the other shops had quoted. And Brian was right!! My car looks brand-new again. Thanks to Brian and all the guys at Farmington Valley Auto Body for a job well done! I will certainly recommend this auto body shop to others.

These guys are the real deal.. A+++++++. I like to keep my cars clean and nice. I was hit hard and my car was a mess. These guys helped guide me with insurance details and the work to my car was absolutely perfect..

I'm embarrasssed to admit how many times I ve had body work done on my vehicles at FVAB, partly due to mishaps and partly due to me being very particular about my vehicles. I can t recommend this body shop enough! They do great work and they treat people right!

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST AND MISOGYNIST. Nasty owner and managers Brian Cannon, Jim Coen and Greg Obrizzo treat women like dirt. They yell at customers especially women when you catch their "mistakes" - when they are trying to scam you. Other auto body shops in town told me that they have customers come to them all of the time complaining about the terrible service and people at Farmington Valley Auto. DO NOT GO THERE!
