I wish I could give 0 stars, but that s not an option. I bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty 2 years ago almost to the day from this establishment. The car had 35,000 on it and i paid 14,000 dollars. For the first 4 months of owning the car I had to bring it back multiple times because the heat wasn t working. I used my car for a living so I needed the heat to be functional. They kept slapping a bandaid on it and calling it a day. When winter was almost over, the cracked heater core finally gave out and they replaced it. Fast forward to two weeks ago. The car now has 60,000 miles on it. On the way home from work my engine blows. Still owe an obscene amount of money on this hunk of junk sitting in my driveway. We then called Jay and explained everything that happened. He acted like he cared and then claimed he was going to help us find another car and would call us back. It s been a week and still haven t heard from him. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy another car from them and recommend you don t either.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a jeep liberty 2 years ago with 35k miles on it. It lasted till 60k. The car had regular oil changes performed yet the engine blew after 25k miles. (still owe 7k on a car worth 6k, paid 14k) So I called jay to see what we could do about the situation . I figured he might try to rectify the problem. He said his shop wouldn t want to put an engine in it. I suggested putting me into another car that I would pay for in cash maybe at or as close to cost as possible to make it right. Jay suggested a Kia that he took on trade listed for 10.4K at 9k. The car had frame damage and I didn t think that was the right car for us.He said that was the best he could do for us. He assured me that he would look at some of his other cars to see what he could do. That was the last I heard from him or anyone from CAE. You would think a car dealer that buys cars at auctions would be able to get us into a car, relatively cheap and sacrifice one cars profit to make a customer happy. We thought they would care more about their customers, but I guess not. Needless to say, I will not recommend any of my friends or loved ones to find a reliable car here again.0-5 STARS

I received exceptional service during my vehicle purchasing process at Canton Auto Exchange. The entire team was extremely nice and welcoming. I was given the space to pick a vehicle that would best suit my needs and I never felt pressured during the process. After a few visits to the dealership, my son and I felt as if we were visiting old friends. Their commitment to providing excellent customer service and the fact that they stand behind the vehicles they sell is why I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Friends and family included. I would like to send a special thank you to Nick! Thank you so much for your kindness, compassion, and generosity during a very difficult time in my life. Someone I know bought a car from here and they have been having issues with it ever since he bought it. Dealer also said they would order a part to be put on the car and after purchase, part is on back order . No follow through. This oil light will come on when you drive it for not even a 40 min drive, yet the car history report said it was used as company vehicle, no issues.This car is a lemon.

6 stars. 10/10 would buy here again. Quality vehicles, reasonable prices, but most of all they stand behind what they re selling. They found an issue prior to sale and fixed it. I found an issue post sale and they fixed it. Couldn t be happier. Glad honest people still sell used cars. Big thanks to the sales team.Edit 3/24: 12 stars. Unheard of? So is their commitment to taking care of their customers. I m genuinely impressed.

I live out of state and purchased a used Saturn Vue and had a great experience. They were extremely helpful during the purchasing process and even after I picked the car. I had some questions which they were so helpful and willing to answer. Thank you for all your help and support. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time! I can say that the service here was much better than a dealership were I bought a brand new Honda off the show floor that I had to take back several times for issues that were under warranty. they wanted me to pay for items that they broke... Highly recommend Canton Suit Exchange. Thanks again!!

My family has bought four cars from and sold two cars to Canton Auto Exchange over the past 20 years. Each experience has been positive. They sell quality used cars at a fair price. No games. No 'let me ask my manager.' We have complete confidence in buying a used car from this locally owned business because we know they have already made sure it was in top shape before the sale. Once, there was a small issue with an inside door handle a few months after we bought a car and they replaced it at no cost. If everyone ran their business like Canton Auto Exchange, we wouldn't need a Consumer Protection Bureau. We also have full confidence and trust in their auto repair business, Canton Auto Exchange Service.

These guys are the best. My car buying experience was excellent and I never doubted they were serving my best interest. My other family members have bought from them in the past, and I will definitely be doing to them in the future.A year after I bought my first car from them, I locked the door with the engine running in a parking lot. The owner was so kind to come over and help me out! They go above and beyond!

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Jay was very easy to talk to and didn't pressure any type of financing or hidden/outlandish fees. Car bought was exactly as advertised. They even fixed minor brake wear, changed out all filters, gave the car a fresh oil change, and detailed/cleaned the entire car free of change before picking it up. Will definitely be doing business here again when the time comes for my next car.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had making a vehicle purchase. Jay and Jonathan are just good people, and I don't say that lightly. Jay took care of me and made me feel 100% comfortable from the moment I walked in to test drive some cars until the moment I drove off the lot. I can't say enough good things about Canton Auto Exchange and will recommend them to anyone who needs a quality pre-owned vehicle.

Bought my 2002 Toyota Celica GT-S here. Nick was awesome and extremely accommodating. No one here hid anything or used sneaky tactics; they were honest and upfront about everything, and genuinely cared about helping you. I definitely recommend buying from here.

Had the best experience ever with this dealership! The guys were extremely friendly, down to earth, and the least bit pushy. You got a feeling that you could trust them right away! They stated more facts about the cars, than anything! They were willing to accommodate you and their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I got referred to them by my uncle that has bought 4 cars from them! I will definitely referred many people to them!!! Best dealership/experience I've had in a while!!!!

I have been hunting for the right deal on a Subaru for 6 or 7 months now, and I found a great deal at Canton Auto Exchange. Nick worked incredibly hard to get me and my husband financing, and he made everything as easy as possible for us. Super down to earth, great prices, great communication, and no pressure! Would recommend to anyone.

We got to deal with Nick here, but everyone is incredibly friendly. Nick has a great personality and doesn't come across like most pushy salesmen at other companies. Canton Auto Exchange was great to work with, and I would recommend anyone I know in the area to go here for their next car!

Excellent. The best car buying experience I've ever had. Jay and Nick were very accommodating and not pushy salesmen. I have a lot of respect for their organization and would definitely recommend them.Keep doing what you are doing! Honest business men, who earn their respect.

I just bought my fourth car from Jay. He is great. I send all my friends to CAE and they all have had a great experience. They sell good cars then back up what they sell. Go see them. They make the car buying experience hassle free.

A tremendous experience from start to finish. Everyone, and I mean everyone, at Canton Auto Exchange is incredibly kind and helpful. Nick was my sales associate and was very professional and knowledgeable. The selection was full of outstanding cars, but I settled on a fantastically clean VW Passat, beautiful car. I decided to shop locally, because that is important to me, and I'm very happy I went to Canton Auto Exchange. Before...or after you've been everywhere else, go here!

I did my research and came down to the exact kind of car my family needed. I was paying with cash so I knew exactly how much I wanted to spend. I searched all over Connecticut and found the exact car for the exact price literally right down the street at Canton Auto Exchange.I've never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. With no pressure they let me take it out for a few drives, they fixed even some of the smallest things I had questions or hesitations about and when we were ready I signed, paid and drove away.I will update if I have any issues with the car but really I could not have asked for an easier stress-free buying experience. Car we wanted for the price we needed. I will keep this place in mind when it's time to replace our other car.

Really great people to do business with. Found car on internet from my home in South Carolina for my 90 year old mother. My friend drove my mom from Woodbury, CT. to dealership to test drive a used Malibu. The salesman Jay treated them with the up most respect. No pressure to buy. The car was totally checked over and things repaired or replaced that needed doing. Dealership even delivered car to my mom's house. My friend and mother said it was totally a pleasant experience in purchasing a car there and they wouldn't hesitate to go back to buy another car. I purchased a GTI in 2004 from Jay and John, an Accord in 20011 and just last week I picked up a Subaru Outback 3.6r. They're good guys at CAE, I worked with Nick on this one and he was great. Thanks again, love the car!

Best place on the planet to get a car, no kidding! Johnathan and Nick are uniquely knowledgable, kind, patient and no pressure guys who will make certain nothing is left incomplete when you decide to purchase a car from them. It's the 2nd vehicle I bought here and the first one lasted me 13 years. My recommendation is : don't go any place else, it will be a waste of time.

Canton Auto Exchange recently performed a service on my car. From setting up the appointment to picking up the car when it was finished, I haven't had a better experience ever at an repair facility! The friendly staff fit me into their schedule at my convenience, and performed the service for a very fair price. I will highly recommend Canton Auto Exchange to anyone I know in need of a repair, regularly scheduled maintenance, or for a vehicle purchase. Thanks Canton Auto Exchange!

Really awesome staff. They let you look on your own and they don't follow you around. If you have any questions, they are right there and happy to answer. They were able to get me, someone just out of college, into a newer used car for a FRACTION of the price it would have cost at the dealership. Love these guys, will be recommending them to all my friends and family!
