Had a battery cosy about $300 from AAA with 5 years warranty 2 years ago. Car could not start yesterday. Called AAA and was told $95 if needed to jump. If needed to change, it needs a writting ducumentation to verify. Took the battery to my local Autozone. Fully Charged and tested my battery for FREE. People are so nice and helpful in my local Autozoe!!!!!

You couldn t get better customer service than Canton Autozone.A big thank you to Tom H., who not only offered to help me find the correct screws for my license plate (as soon as I walked in the door) he actually came out into the parking lot and put them on for me!I couldn t be more grateful for that act of kindness. Thank you Tom!!!!

To AutoZone regional manager, this location while needs your oversite desperately, the staff is rude and condescending, and seems to be bothered and irritable hen they are needed to help customers. There is no customer service here and seem to have little to no workable technical background to facilitate anyone's request for assistance. This is not the first time that this has happened in this store but it will be the last time that I, and many others patronage this store again. thankfully there are other store with different employees just miles away.

Absolutely horrible! Website and sign on front says they open at 7:30. I drive 30 minutes to find the store closed. Tried calling then saw the two employees who were supposed to be working hanging out in their cars out back. I ask them to please open the store and they pretty much ignored me. NEVER GO HERE

Staff here is horrible mulitple times I have ordered parts for it to turn out they never placed the order. Seems nobody has proper training or they just don t care horrible experience every-time at this location
