An amazing experience at Acura of Avon. The service was remarkable and we left with a beautiful MDX! Our salesman Dan and the manager Ron were incredible and super helpful throughout the entire process! Would definitely recommend and will continue to spread the word that Acura of Avon is the best in CT!

I bought a certified used 2017 Acura TLX in 2022. The service was excellent up until the last two years.Then this last week I m told my care guard, warranty and free oil changes (which were suppose to be free up until 100,000 miles) all expired in February, which is obviously untrue because the just did my last oil change at no charge and did not mention my warranty expiring. Well I spoke to the finance manager and I asked why I wasn t offered another warranty program and he blatantly said well they run close to $2400-3000.. like I didn t have the means in doing so.Needless to say. That moment. I drove off went down the street and traded in my car to Hoffman for a new 2023. Guess what Acura of Avon. You lost a customer for life now. Good riddance2/23: Update. I guess the sayings true, the grass isn t always greener. So I ve had the Camry for 3 months, no issues, but it s no like my Acura so I started looking again. I got approval from my credit union and lo and behold, my credit score is way higher than whst Hoffman said it was!!So this brings me to now, I m livid. I see a TLX at Acura at Avon and boy since the finance guy left.. what a difference. They were awesome to me!! Monica the sales person, what a pleasure to work with. Finance, business manager. Everything!Now let s keep this pace going and you got me for life!! Here s my new 2023 TLX A Spec. I m in love

I had an amazing experience at Acura of Avon! My salesperson, Monica, and the finance person, Rick, were no-pressure, genuine, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 5th purchase at Acura of Avon and this has been my best experience yet. I recommend these folks all day long and I m so excited to drive my new Acura RDX.

Recently bought an Acura RDX, as this is my 5th honda vehicle reliable and long lasting. Meeting with Natalia was simply amazing, extremely professional and negotiations were reasonable and fair. Best experience I have ever had buying a used car. If they had another one like it, I would ve gotten two. It was nice to be in a business again that functioned like a well oil machine, and it seemed that everybody working there loved being there. You know, like how things used to be.

Extremely helpful Andrew Pimental and the team at Acura of Avon CTAndrew very patiently educated us on the different styles and packages available for the Acura MDX. We even drove the S Type complete with massage seats. I ll buy that model when I win the Megabucks.I can t say enough good things about the service and attention we received. There was no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I went to Acura of Avon instead of the dealership that I purchased my Acura from. The team here went above and beyond what I ever expected. They found specific issues with my Acura Certified car that the other dealership completely missed. The team at Avon was so on top of everything. I wish that I purchased my car here.. long story short, come to Avon for all of your Acura needs!

I recently leased a new RDX from Acura of Avon. Jerry was an excellent ambassador that helped me decide on a vehicle that was right for me. I loved meeting Ron (The Manager) and working with John on the financing part of the transaction. It was like watching a US Team 4x400 relay....The handoff between each person was seamless and efficient. I'm so happy with my purchase...See you in the road !

I was in the market for a Acura TLX A Spec OR a type S. I was doing research on the vehicle while away on a work trip. I also was talking with multiple dealerships as this is a hot car right now and just about every Acura dealer has these in the lot. So when I landed back home I went from BDL to the closest Acura dealership so I could see the cars in person. I also wanted my wife to see and sit in the car too. Acura of Avon was the closest. They have in the show room 2 brand new Acura TLX type S. One is a 24 and was is a left over 23. Ran some numbers with Monica who was great. We ran Numbers on the 24 type s but we were a little to high so she suggested the 23 as it had a dealer special. She didn t know the price so we asked Joe and he said go look the prices are on the cars. Looking at the 23 Acura there was no where that said what the special mark down was. Monica sat us down and spoke with Joe because she didn t know either and it was $3000 off. Numbers were still to high so Monica suggested to a new 2023 A Spec TLX. They had a few on the lot. So I requested information. When Monica came back I noticed the 2023 was the same price as MSRP so I asked what the discount was. She compared the sale price online and saw that there was no discount so she asked Joe. Joe offered a $750 off.. so I question that and said look I only ask because Manchester Acura has a few 2023s with 3000-4000 off. She went over to Joe and asked if they could do the same special on a left over 23. Joe then came over introduced himself said he was the sales manager and pretty much said there is no way to do that discount because dealer would not make money. If Manchester is offering that discount then go buy from them.So what did I do? I went the next day to Manchester Acura and bought a brand new Acura TLX A Spec and got 3500 off of MSRP as it was a left over 2023.This dealer was very rude and dismissive and flat out disrespectful. I could have went to any Acura dealer but I choose this one first and not only that I came with my wife and kids just to be spoken down to and honestly I was embarrassed by Joe.Monica was great and friendly and she did try to help as best she could.I will never return to this dealer for service or sales

This is my 3rd Acura from Acura of Avon. Every interaction and service I have had with this dealership has been positive, fun, professional, and easy. Their service department is excellent as well! Natalia, Joe, and Rick made exchanging my current lease for a new lease seemless. When I called my insurance company to change my coverage to my new lease, the agent said, "You sure love Acuras!" I told him that it was Acura of Avon that I loved - they are why I keep going back. I don't even consider another dealership. Thank you to everyone who has provided amazing service throughout the years. I look forward to many more to come!

Acura of Avon always comes through. I had been using the same sales person (Mike) who finally decided it was time to retire. When I decided to purchase another MDX, my 7th MDX and my 14th or 15th Acura purchase over 30 years, I was apprehensive about using a new sales person. Jerry McCormack immediately eased those fears. He is everything I expect a professional to be and then some. Kudos to Jerry and the new MDX.

I recently purchased a 2022 Acura MDX aspec from Mickey Marrero in August and I couldn t be happier. Mickey knew exactly what I wanted and he notified me as soon as one was available. He made the process so easy and pleasurable. He walked me thru all of the features on the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. A few months later he still makes sure I am happy and asks if I need anything. I highly recommend this dealership and Mickey as a salesman!!

Awesome place to shop for a new or used vehicle. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and never felt like they were being pushy.
