I had a misfire issue on my Cruze. When first visiting the service department, I mentioned that it might be the spark plugs. However, replacing the spark plug and coil pack still cost us over $700. The service rep explained that the labor is $185/hour, and it took an hour for diagnosis, one and a half hours to replace the spark plug and coil pack. Two and a half hours' labor is crazy for spark plug and coil pack replacement.
