It s was one of the best, honestly. We negotiated over email and text. We walked in, Jake had the car ready, we took it for a spin, we loved it, signed the contract and we were off. I don t think we spent 30 minutes there. I get anxious when it comes to visiting dealerships. I loved the experience so much I only want to ever do business with Vachon!

This has been the best dealership experience I've ever had. Polite, prompt and excellent service from the sales team and the car my wife and I were looking at was exactly as described with no hidden issues brought up at the sales desk or during walk around. Will be the only dealership I buy vehicles from now on.

Alex our salesman was absolutely fantastic. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever have in my 30 plus years of buying vehicles. He was awesome to work with, no pressure, honest and forthcoming. Will 100% be buying from Alex and Vachon again.

Don't visit anywhere else- for the team, the knowledge, they know their stuff and they make you feel "ah, okay we can do this" at ease.The respect given to every kind of age, buying status, that enters the building is incredibely heartwarming especially in today's insanity.Recently this winter break, my dad raved about his experience here while we were driving his getting his new Silverado and how they treated him with dignity and respect, weren't pushy or demanding. I told him "Nice truck!" - and he goes "Heck yeah I got this from Vachon Chevrolet, those guys were the best!"After visiting another dealership traveling through Ohio for Christmas myself with my grandpa, I saw how they were dismissive and talked over him. Nope, not a 5 star experience.Other places can feel like the guys are irritated with helping you or answering your questions, but these guys at Vachon Chevy were top of the line class acts.Fellow review readers, go here for your next Chevy, or used BMW, Benz, VW haha.

I can t thank the guys at Vachon Chevy in Brooklyn,Ct enough for making my car buying experience so easy. I needed a car before I started a new job in just a few days and the GM, Joe actually brought a car that I was interested in from their Buick dealership so I wouldn t have to drive another 40 mins. Joe, Kenny and Jake were all friendly, helpful, and above all professional. I love my car and I ll be telling everyone about this great experience

The sales rep was great & the GM was extremely knowledgeable.The sales rep was very patient and went over the whole process with me & took us for a test drive . He even helped me set up my phone to the car and helped me set up Onstar and was able to answer a lot of my questions .I believe this Dealership went over and beyond with helping me and patiently waiting, while I was on the phone with the insurance company. Also helping me to register my vehicle and helping me cancel my old plates & walking me throughout the entire process.This was my first time leasing a vehicle, so I was very apprehensive and asked a ton of questions. Again the GM Joe Simon & sales rep Jimmy Silveira were wonderful.I ve already recommended a friend to go there.My mother, who came along with me that day said that she would be back next year to purchase a vehicle from them.What a wonderful and painless experience .

Eric and Mark are extremely helpful going above and beyond to solve my problem. They were both friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. Whomever was at the counter when I picked up my car DID have an attitude which I was surprised after how pleasant Eric was. He snapped at me several times. I would definitely recommend asking for Eric if you want friendly helpful service.

I found the perfect car at Vachon Chevy, I bought a 2024 Chevy Trax, Its great on gas and had all the options that I wanted, I went to the dealership on a Saturday and drove home our new Chevy the same day, I purchased it for a great price, And Jimmy and Matt were great sales man, (no pushing extras I didn't want) I would highly recommend Vachon Chevy for a new or used car for a great price. I had the best experience today at Vachon Chevrolet with Jarid Leo! I've been to other dealership's in the past and had horrible experiences and still not had issues resolved. Today I came to this dealership and had professionals treat me like a person and not number and gave me answers to all my questions. I'll definitely be back!

Was not overwhelmed with a salesperson in the lot. We went inside to find someone. Salesperson was friendly, answered our questions, worked well with us to get within our budget and there was no pressure to make a decision on something we didn't want.

During the oil change with "safety point inspection" the defective directional signal light was not changed. The customer had to inform the Service Advisor when she stated the truck was checked and ready.Disappointed in the new service advisor experience this time.Service advisor experience prior visits was much, much better and personable on prior visits where service work was performed on all three vehicles at different times.

Jimmy Silvera was amazing. I am not sure I would have bought the car had it not been for his work and integrity in this purchase. While so many other dealerships felt like that I was just a random customer, Jimmy made the difference in providing access, information and support.

These guys are great. So we were out of town with our Chevy diesel and travel trailer when serous warning lights came on. They fit us right in the next day. And when we got there the light quit. They gave us a good checking over and told us we were fine and NO CHARGE ..when does that ever happen!?! Good people!!!. Enough to make me want to move the Brooklyn CT just so I could support them and feel safe at a dealership. Thank you Vachon Chevy!

Jimmy and Gary did a great job. I flew in from Dallas to purchase a vehicle. Jimmy drove over an hour to pick me up. Very knowledgeable staff. Over and beyond.

I recommended Vachon to my son, he brought his chevy Malibu there for service. They put the air filter in backwards. The air induction has been sucking in dirt and debris for over a year as he continued to have other service work done there. He was willing to pay more for what I thought would be top rated certified chevy service. I thought they would somewhat rectify their mistake and pay the $260 induction cleaning by another garage but the manager refused. The manager said they can't tell if someone else went in there and flipped it around since its been so long since they installed it. Maybe (but still questionable), if they hadn't seen the car in for service since they installed the air filter but it was in for oil every 5k miles. Thanks Vachon.

My father recommended me to bring my chevy Malibu to Vachon in Brooklyn for service. The vachon service department put my air filter in backwards. The air induction has been sucking in dirt and debris for over a year as I have continued to have other service work done there. I was paying a substantial amount of money for what I thought was amazing, top rated service for my vehicle. I thought they would do the least they could do and pay the $260 induction cleaning that another garage recommended but the manager refused. This mistake of putting in an air filter in backwards probably caused irreparable damage to my engine, however I only asked for a simple cleaning. The manager said they can't tell if someone else went in there and flipped it around since its been so long since they installed it. Maybe (but still questionable), if they hadn't seen the car in for service since they installed the air filter, but it was in for oil every 5k miles. They are also supposed to do a multi-point inspection every oil change that would have found this issue at the next oil change, but apparently that is just another lie they told. Thanks Vachon for your poor customer service and deceitful business practices.In response to Vachon s reply: The response they gave is the exact reason we do not bring our vehicles in for service here anymore. Attached to this review is two pictures of the engine air filter housing and the actual air filter itself. As you can see, there is a black tab that extends out farther than the rest of the square shaped air filter. There is also a cut out spot for the tab facing the passenger side. When Vachon replaced my air filter, the tab was not in the housing area for it, thus meaning it was incorrectly installed. Their reply is another lie they told. I highly recommend not going to this shady dealership that lies to their customers, and on google reviews in attempt to save face.

Basic GOF experience was good. Understood additional issue but could not duplicate. Issue has been brought up on many GM blogs with no bulletin or fix by GM.
