Today I used this car wash for the first time. Something malfunctioned, my car was covered in soap. When i attempted to get support to reenter I was verbally abused by the attendant. No refund, no support simply a screaming attendant. Don't waste your money. Very disappointing as a regular customer of Shell.

I was verbally assaulted and threatened by an attendant. I went to get a car wash but my truck Wasn t lined up in the track Properly. The conveyor kept pushing my truck back and pulling itForward etc etc finally I backed up to try to realign and the attendant came running out screaming and ranting and accusing me of driving back and forth. I was terrified that he was going to physically assault me! I left without my truck getting washed needless to say and deeply shaken and in tears. My husband suggested I file a police report-I was that frightened! If it were possible to give negative stars I would.

Nice set up for gas. Four islands but not the newest pumps. Still need to use a card.
