Great experience overall! Jose was my salesman and I must say he did a great job in keeping in touch and also gathering all the information I needed as well as doing everything in a timely and prompt manner. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big deal and could cause some stress although my experience with Jose and BMS was a very smooth transition and virtually no stress.. I would recommend BMS as well as my salesman Jose to my friends and family and to anyone else that matter!!

I could never ever had my forever dream car if it wasn t for the above and beyond that Phil went to for my vehicle. There are no words to express my appreciation for Phil after he made my dream come true! He did everything he promised me and so much more. My gorgeous BMW X1 is the most beautiful vehicle that I have ever owned. Again my dream car! He went beyond that extra mile. Thank you Phil and Merrianne for everything! I will never forget what you have done and how happy you have made me! Thank you BMS!

The best service I have ever received from any car dealership ever. Jose was my guy, he was very helpful willing to help me figure out the best options for me and my family. We got a solid vehicle for a great price. They even cash match your deposit up to a certain amount. We definitely will be coming back for our future car needs. All the staff in BMS was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you all!

Good Morning, we had a great experience with BMS looking for a vehicle and we came across Marianne chaos coordinator at BMS. We went through several vehicles and found a vehicle we wanted, we asked questions she answered all of our questions and we were able to make a purchase and she was thorough with every aspect of our sale. When we came in to sign the paperwork it was all outlined and made the process quick and easy. She is great at her job and we will be back to possibly buy more vehiclesThank you Marianne

It was a very simple process. If not for my own personal reasons, I would have been able to take the car home with me the day I walked in. Phil and Jose were very kind and patient. No fuss and no swindling.

Great experience. Merrianne was very responsive & helpful. Very smooth process. Also found it very unusual that they have no problem with you bringing the vehicle to an independent mechanic (out of state) for a review...not your typical dealership.

I bought my 2nd car from them within a Month the serpentine belt went and a week after that the belt in the engine went and it messed the engine up and it went and got it fixed after not having it for a month know my heat and ac don't work I just got it back 3 weeks ago hmmmm very disappointed right know

Bought my jeep back in May. Not even a week later it was in the shop. Then after that almost every other week it was back in the shop, from cylinders , to the radiator, to an oil leak. All within a month and a half. Now warranty is up. And I now need new Piston rod bearings. I am never going back. And I would not recommend it to anyone. I just had to replace the starter, and my front passenger caliper started sticking and smoking. And now my rear caliper started smoking. It s one thing right after another. Definitely DO NOT GO THERE!!

They play to many head games. You can never get a straight answer from them or they take days to answer a simple question. They care only about themselves. Merrianne Dingwell need to work on her customer skills

DO NOT GO HERE! Bought a car 4 months ago, to start the car is only worth like 6k they sold it to me for almost 16k after gap insurance and their scam warranty service that you cant even reach out to. Car has a transmission fluid leak and engine oil leak. Air filters look like they were never replaced, broken A/C. Cracked Skid plate. Camshaft Timing Errors, the car shifts rough and who knows what else. They make the cars look pretty but most of them are junk, they wont give you a Carfax report and all the cars are stupidly overpriced.

Smooth and great trade in experience! I traded in a 2002 Cadillac devile towards the Subaru legacy and got a great value on it! I was pretty confused but Jose and Mary Ann was very hopeful every step of the way! Thanks guys for my third car!
