Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with the purchase, install, and alignment of 4 new tires. Helped price match all 4 and get a great deal even after my mistake of purchasing elsewhere, which he helped me with the return process. Will definitely return to do future business!

Ed took care of me. Always great service from these guys. Quick update. Caught a pothole bent. Two of the rims was able to bring it in and they fixed it. No charge. Love these guys. Brian was super helpful

Just wanted to leave a quick review and a big thanks to Dave. They were the only tire shop that had the specific tire I wanted same day and on top of that I got a good deal on it. Dave got one of my tires re-patched which was a great help since I always have to refill it.The service i received was straightforward and honest. Dave knows his stuff and it shows. They even did a bit extra for me, which I really appreciate. The shop wasn t too busy when I went and that was reflected in the exceptional customer service and thorough inspection of the car and tires, which shows that they care since they could have just rushed the car out, but they really took their time to do a good job. If you need tire work done, this place is worth checking out, good service and fair prices.

I had a medical emergency and when I explained the situation to the front desk they immediately put my flat tire up front for service. It relieved me of a tremendous amount of stress and I am eternally grateful to the employees at the Brookfield location. Keep up the great customer service.

So grateful for Dave. My tire went flat the day before Easter Sunday and he was so patient and helpful on the phone, ordering me a new tire for Monday morning. He was efficient with getting me in for an appointment on Monday and getting that new tire on - super knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Thank you, Dave! I will highly recommend you and Brookfield s Town Fair Tire.

Dave was the mechanic I spoke with. Greeted me as soon as I entered. Found the problem I can in with right away and got things rolling to fix the problem. It was a nail in one of my tires. I would give him seven stars of there were seven!!!. Would definitely recommend town fair tire... Great job!!!

Dave helped me out I was sent down the road from the dealership that I had a tire replacement deal with. Got me set up real quick and on the lift to get everything done right away. No complaints thus far.

Ed was great to deal with. I had a specialty vehicle with a flat tire. The vehicle has a unique tire and size. He found me a tire ASAP and had it mounted/balanced quickly. When I came back with the vehicle to have the donut removed and the original wheel/tire installed, he had it done in just a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the tires and process. I m extremely happy with Ed s service and the shop. I highly recommend them!

Nick and Brian got me in and out in under 30mins. They were able to accommodate me as a walk in customer. This is my second time coming here in 3yrs and these guys really care about customer service. I will continue to come back for any tire related need.

Brian was an outstanding gentleman! I work nights at the hospital so I woke up to a low air in tire alert I called and was in the garage within 15 mins and that s a 10 min drive to the place. Brian took his time and answered all my questions and was able to take care of me without all the nonsense selling you would expect. 100% recommend!!

I had great service for replacing a donut with a tire. They actually found another defect with a tire that could have been unsafe. Great prices and Nick was very friendly, informative, and reassuring.

Town Fair Tires of Brookfield is phenomenal! On the phone, Nick went above and beyond to research the most reasonably priced options for our car. He also gave us the opportunity to come right in! He was patient, understanding and kind. We even left some personal property there and Brian held it for us. Can t say enough about these competent professionals. They will be our new go to place for our vehicles.

Immediate welcome upon arrival from Dave. I came for tires changeover and alignment. Had two tires almost worn out not available from the store. Dave looked in the computer. These tires were available at a nearby place. He got them within the next 20 minutes. Car was ready one hour later. Great service at very decent price with lifetime tire warranty. Well done!

The staff there is wonderful. Went in there yesterday because the pressure in my tires was low. Right away, they had me pull up to the side of the building. Double checked all my tires, and were super nice. The service is free, but I tipped the guy who helped me because he went above and beyond.

The service is fantastic at the Brookfield, CT store. They are friendly, knowledgeable and give you the best deal they can while being honest about it. I will never go anywhere else in this area for tires.

I had to get winter tires for my car, Ed helped me out and was very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each of his recommendations. He was able to order the tires in and get them put on my car within 2 days. Their team also inspected all 4 of my summer tires for damage/wear free of charge, which was very nice of them.

Dave at the Brookfield store Helped me so much at the counter as well as Terri who initially took my phone call when I contacted them were able to not only put my mind at ease that they would be able to help me, but did so quickly and professionally!!!! absolutely phenomenal group of people would highly recommend going to them for all your tire and alignment needs!!

Ed and Brian were AMAZING!!! I have a service business that keeps me busy and my time is important to me but when it comes to service and efficiency, Ed and Brian made my service fast, effective and flawlessly amazing! Thank you guys so much for a great job!
