Popped my tire on 84 due to a huge bump from construction and called AAA for assistance. While I was still on the phone with AAA, Lakeville had called me to let me know they were sending someone out. They arrived quickly (even before the cop did) and safely got me off the side of the highway. They changed my tire and had me back on the road within an hour of the whole thing happening! My tow truck driver was extremely nice as was the other tow truck drive who towed another driver off the road right behind me. Thank you Lakeville!!

The driver that came to tow my car - Tarik - was friendly and very responsive in making sure my car was carefully loaded. We talked over the safest way to do it and he took extra time to get everything just right - even as his boss was putting a little pressure on him about their busy schedule. I appreciate that even under that situation he took time to listen to my suggestions and preferences and was extra careful with my car. That type of service matters.

My tow truck driver Tasheem was great. He was very accommodating, reassuring, respectful and polite. I ve had other situations that the driver made it like it was a burden to do their job or just overall nasty and rude. It was nice to have someone who made a stressful situation much more manageable and pleasant. Wish there were more people with his work ethic. Thank you sir!

According to AAA when I used their website requesting a tow the arrival delay was just under two hours. A minute later my phone rang where Aaron from Lakeville asserted I should expect him to arrive just over thirty minutes later (an hour and a half ahead of schedule!). Soon after he arrived on-time as promised, Aaron mindfully paid close attention to what he was doing as my vehicle was a low profile car and loaded it on his flatbed without incident. I followed him in my other vehicle to my mechanic where he honored my request to back it into a particular parking spot without a hitch. His professionalism was top notch. Well done!

This business has the best costumer service I ve ever experienced, my car was having a bunch of issues and I called for a different service to come out, eventually they couldn t do anything, come to find out the first place was trying to scam me and this place came out at 8pm and helped tow my car all the way to Middletown CT from basically New York. 10/10 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone, I don t remember the truck drives name but he called me on site and talked me through why he was doing and going to do. Thank you so much!

DO NOT USE LAKEVILLE TOWING . OVERPRICED FIRST OFF. INCONSIDERATE< UNORGANIZED, I DO NOT RECOMMNED ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM !If i could , id charge them a star.LAKEVILLE came out Monday , came to conclusion it was the starter needing to be replaced. we agreed that yall would come out first thing in the morning Tuesday ,Due to mother nature taking its course and the weather being bad we postponed the repair until today. This morning , we called made arrangements, Paid in advance the 50 percent yall require. And still were the last truck to get worked on today , since this morning my driver and team have been getting the run around , oh the service truck will be out there in 2 hours, another even stated that they had to go and buy the part but we initially had been told you guys had the part, its 10pm and truck is just now getting up and running . customer satisfaction is completely unsatisfactory , least that could have been done here was some type of discount being giving for the time lost. Not to mention the professionalism and attitude of the guy calling for payment , 0 stars.

They (along with AAA) left me stranded for 6 hours. Then after picking me up told me they couldn t tow my vehicle or take me to the shop because they were too busy, so they were going to drop me off at a gas station and would bring my vehicle later. 45 minutes after being left at the gas station and finally getting a ride to take me home, I saw their truck just sitting in the parking lot, empty. Looks like they weren t actually as busy as they said.Service: Car towing

Angel Marty put me at ease straight away. He was very professional, and extremely efficient and helpful. The office was also very helpful overall a great experience. They were here quick and I was ready to go in 5.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Stranded on side of the road in a highway and driver was en route to help me. Then when they spoke to me and was trying to persuade me to have them tow my car to their shop to fix a tire and pick it up in the morning. When I asked how much, they said it ll be discussed in the morning. After I declined, they changed their ETA in helping me to now 90 plus minutes as the driver John stated leaving me on the highway at night for almost 2 hours before someone arrived. Had I said sure row my car to your shop, they would ve been there in less than 10 minutes. I will never use them again!!!

The gentleman whom you sent out was incredibly professional, kind and compassionate. He was reassuring that the car would re-start so that I could get home, and that is exactly what he accomplished! i cannot say enough good things about him - truly what you need when you are so anxious about your car! I discovered this service through AAA. Angel and his co-worker immediately called me to confirm my location and quickly came to tow my car. They were so nice and respectful. They called me up afterwards and told me they left the car in the shop. Angel is a mechanic and knows a lot about cars and gave me some good advice. Thank you!!

Had a tow from Aaron tonight, 1/5/24 and he was just fabulous. I didn t have to wait long for him to arrive and he had my car loaded within minutes. He was very personable and friendly. Got my car dropped off at the shop very quickly. I Will definitely recommend Lakeville Towing whenever the occasion arises. My hats off to Aaron and Lakeville Towing!!! Thank You!Dan Sniffin

Angel was super nice, respectful, and cared about my wellbeing. He made a terrible AAA experience much better just by being a good person. I waited 3 hours for AAA to send a tow truck, but when he showed up he was very apologetic (even though it wasn t his or the company s fault) and said he didn t care about anything but getting me and my vehicle home safely. I d recommend using lake view if you request Angel!

If you use this towing service, ask for Angel! What a great guy. So helpful, professional, and nice. I live in a confusing development, but he had it figured out. Angel was extremely careful with my car at every step! If this company loses Angel it is their loss. The stars above are for this great service man.

These guys are lifesavers. Aaron is a super friendly guy who knows his stuff and got me out of a tough spot. I've had bad experiences with other towing companies in the past, but Aaron made great time, made sure I was all set and got me on my way quickly. This is the place to call if you're in need.

We called AAA for service and the driver responded promptly, and was there within 10 minutes. We needed a tow and he quickly and efficiently got the car on the flat bed. The technician was friendly and professional.

The service was excellent, Driver Dakota was very safe & professional and I recommend them highly. Only one problem - distance from Danbury - not their fault. I will contact AAA about more local resources. But Lakeville Towing is excellent!

What a joke. Waited six hours for a tow. Called them for updates & would say they were finishing up on their current job, and I was next. This happened for 3 hours after waiting for 3 hours. Boss told the driver to bypass me & go onto other jobs even though I was next. I needed a tow 44 miles away. Only reason I gave Lakeville 2 stars because of the tow operator, Aaron. He's a hard worker & stand up guy. If you're stranded, don't call Lakeville.

These guys are the best. Aaron came all the way from Brookfield to Westport to take care of me. Even dropped my car off at my house with a donut on my car, totally turn-key for me. What was a stressful night turned into an easy fix. Thank you so much.
