I had a great experience at the Brookfield Interstate Battery Center. Brian was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He diagnosed my car battery issue, and got me all set up with a battery that will get me through rough winter days.Thank you so much Brian for helping me out in that brutal winter wind!I will be back for all future battery needs.

Horrible place! Extremely rude staff and manager. They sold me a defected batteries. It happened to me twice. I went to the supervisor and she didn t even care. They refuse to give me my money back.

If I could give 0 star rating I would!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC business practices at this location. As you can see by the date sticker on the battery I purchased from this location. It was 6 months and a few days old!! Battery will not hold a charge!!! Been on a charger for a full week and was only 8 Volts. Checked by store employee. He told me all he could do was try to charge battery for me because my (6 month) warranty had expired. I told him I couldn't wait. I needed a battery to put in my SideXSide because we were loading them up for a trip. He shrugged his shoulders and said that was all he could do!!! NEVER do business with this store in Brookfield CT. They are CROOKS!!! B artery was purchased in Jan of 2021, Dead in July 2021. Correct me if I am wrong but Jan - July is only 6 months RIGHT???? $ 227.00 for a battery that don't last 6 months?????

I pulled up yesterday with a very weak (almost dead) battery in my Toyota 4Runner. Young gentleman came out to test it and then showed me my options and had it replaced moments later. Excellent service. Highly recommend. A++++

I needed to obtain a new battery for my mobility scooter. The staff was wonderful, kind, quick and answered all my questions. My scooter is back in action now. Thank you so much. This is the place to go for all your battery needs, especially hard to find specialty batteries.

This place....the staff and the service are outstanding. I walked in about 930a on a weekday with no appt and wanted a new battery for my 2019 GMC Yukon. The battery in these cars is a real pain to get out because of all the bars and fasteners that have to be removed to get the old battery out. I am not exaggerating when i say from start to finish was 15 mins...they absolutely know exactly what they are doing and were super friendly and helpful with the questions i had. did i mention the free install!!!

Do not go here. They installed battery without a tight connection and then blamed my starter. I had to contact a tow truck later to take vehicle for service and it was the battery connection. They do not perform work at an appropriate standard. Please save yourself the hassle and just go to Sears. I am always giving 100% positive reviews, but in this case I cannot pass up as I don't want other people wasting their money and time as I did in the same situation.

Quick and easy. They offered several choices and installed it on the spot. My old battery was a three year old Interstate purchased by the previous owner, so I got the pro-rated value applied to the new battery - no receipt or anything required.

I had an issue with a battery I purchased two months ago from the Bridgeport location. Tim the store manager here in Brookfield was excellent !! He determined it was a bad cell and replaced the battery and gave me a receipt. Great people!!

I was in there about 5 minutes. Checked my old battery (dead as I thought) and got a replacement. I've found that Interstate batteries hold up the best over time
