Everyone from the moment you pull in to when you leave is really nice and helpful. My van has over 200,000 miles, and they give me honest assessments of the work that needs to be done. I never feel pressured to do further work that day. Let me schedule when it's most convenient for me, and they always offer a loaner vehicle. They now have a large waiting space with plenty of tables and chairs.

I go over there to change my brakes and the wiper blades . They bring the car outside and they said it s done. After a few days was raining and I realize they didn t change my wiper blades, So I went back to ask them what happened? They charged me for the blades.. The answer was they looks good. I m not gonna change your blades again. I change only the back one if you want this happen after like three days I mention I drive for 30 years and I know how a new wiper blade should be ! They are not serious people are stealing your money!

Excellent WIFI connectivity and comfortable seating & work desks make it convenient. Consistent, excellent service makes me a loyal fan.9.13.23 PURRING PERFORMANCE 199,000 MILES NOW for my RELIABLE 2014 PRIUS C thanks to proactive maintenance - this time for an oil change & for new air filters. Together, Service Manager Tigner and Service Rep Schwab help me plan yearly and key milestone service to accommodate my cash flow. Since 2003, Greentree's professional & timely service protects my autos and me - 189,500 miles now with another 100k + expected for my 2O14 Prius (like my prior 2005 Prius that I drove safely for 287,000 miles). I have had two interactions with Greentree service since I've had my 2023 Tacoma and both experiences have been top notch. The service has be great - efficient, stress-free and the staff could not be friendlier. I wish I remembered the names of the two ladies that I worked with - they deserve a shout out. A lot of places can repair new cars and change oil, but awesome customer service is a huge differentiator and Greentree has the best I've seen in ages.

Just want to say that Greentree Toyota Service Center is the best place to go for work on your Toyota. I got in an accident, got my Toyota Rav 4 towed to Greentree Service Center. My insurance company wanted to use old parts on my car and Greentree Toyota refused to use them. With the help of Kim, who was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure my care was done right. Just picked up my car and it as good as new. Thank you Kim and staff!!!

Nice friendly service but sometimes they take a long time. But at least they will shuttle you to work and back so that helps a bunch. My service rep is always Kim she is great at her job.

Management needs to understand the value and definition of an appointment. Vehicles taken back to the shop an hour after an appointment start time is inexcusable.

Paid over $1000.00 do diagnostic my Prius, the car was returned to me in pieces. They will take it apart to diagnose the issue but refuse to put it back if you don't do the job with Greentree Toyota.

Excellent service was the standard. Not sure if there s more than one Kevin but the portly, overweight Kevin is a poor representative of your company. Sadly you re better off going anywhere else for routine maintenance than entrusting your vehicle in his careless, unprofessional and dim witted care.

Awful dealship brought car here 4 times paid each time and they couldnt figure out it was my fuel pump, car was a toyota an when i brought to another shop they figured it out in an hour, when i requested a refund for there awful service i was given runaround for months dont do buisness here shop manager mark is a pos

Good service. No shopping store nearby so it is inconvenient if you want a drink or snack while waiting. Would be 5 stars if a coffee machine or vending machine is available

TLDR: Don't book your service here. Rude, incompetent workers, and high prices.Booked an online appointment for 720AM. Upon arrival, I was rudely informed that the Service Department doesn't open until 730AM. Bad start.I asked for an oil change and investigation of a squeaking noise. Oil and a belt were changed, and I was charged $350 for the diagnostics / Multi Point Inspection. Allegedly, all was good.The squeaking noise continued. Additionally, I was informed by a random fellow Tundra owner that my rear leaf springs were broken. I booked a follow-up appointment.During a 2 hour visit, I was informed that the squeaking noise was my alternator, which they would replace at the low cost of $1,300, and that my leaf springs - which "must have broken since your last visit" (LOL) - were both broken, and could be replaced at the low price of $3,700. Bottom line, I would not recommend this dealership - don't trust it just because it's Toyota vs. a third party. VERY dissatisfied. My family has been coming here for 15 years but recently something changed so now we deal with A1. Perhaps its the technicians. We had a coolant hose come off inside the intake. 3500 dollar fix only to experience issues like sloshing of coolant over the next two weeks before the engine on a 2017 140k HYBRID Prius Prime blew a head gasket, tarnished all the valves, and bent all the pistons. So we went from 3500 to over 10k in repairs because of a misdiagnosis. Then who knows what else they did to the car which they weren't supposed to.I feel a lawsuit coming.

I was there Wednesday November 9th for my wife car to be serviced, everything was great no problems. Justin was helpful, however at the end when i was given the paper work for the service i asked to schedule another appointment. I was told Monday the following week at 11am that he was going to schedule me in. I called this morning to verify my appointment but Justin never did set up my appointment. Good thing I called.Service: Oil change

I have brought two different cars to this service center, while a third and fourth one coming soon. The staff here are pretty friendly. Sometimes you get the odd ball out, but overall everyone is very pleasing. They try to get you out as soon as possible. Usually about an hour, a couple times was before that. The lady who picks up the call for service to make appointments is so sweet. I always bring my 3.5 year old son with me and everyone seems to enjoy making contact with him which is sincere that you don t get at a lot of places anymore.

I now have 3 Toyotas and while the repair was expensive the service was great.So in looking for a good service location they have been great so far.I know the loaner situation is subject to a ailability but Kim was able to work something out for me. I guess that would be the only thing worth looking into to make the customer experience better.I have an extended warranty which they worked with for some of the repairs, saved me some money.

Literally the service and work today was not good, I contracted a maintenance plan for two years or 50 thousand miles, but even so they charged me a value of 77 dollars just for changing the oil and filter, the attendant didn't even look the system, then they handed me a checklist completely in white, now the question is: did they have the car serviced correctly? How will I know if my brakes are good? COMPLETELY BLANK CHECKLIST!!! I already WORKED AT TOYOTA, and I learned to practice the Kaizen philosophy!!!

we requested a diagnosis of a problem with car and they charged a $149 diagnosis fee and then quoted an astronomical price for an exhaust system. We have been a loyal customer for many years and have spend alot of $ for my car. It's sad they don't value customers.

Went for service today. It was for my parents Prius and they had told me it was for an oil change which would have been about a 30 min appointment I had an 11 am appointment. They were right on time. I dealt with Justin. Once there he told me that it was actually for a tuneup and they needed about 2 hours. Ok no problem I could wait except I had not taken some medication before I left thinking it would only be 30 minutes.My parents have just the one car so they couldn t just run the meds over to me. Well after speaking with Justin he arranged for a shuttle driver (Frankie) to drive me back to their house (about 10 min drive). Frankie waited while I ran inside. He then drove me back to Greentree, even offering to stop and pick up some lunch on the way back!Overall everything and everyone was great! Great customer service, great waiting area, just a pleasant experience all around.The car was ready within 2 hours as promised and the final total was even less than the original quote!

They are liars. Mark tigner lies and covers up for the service department. I will never take my car here. Oh no! No service records for that name! Of coarse i have associates take my cars for service there. Never again. You will be hearing from my lawer. Disgusting thieves.

I am always pleased with the service here, dispelling the belief that car dealer service is a ripoff. I can say with conviction that my experiences with the Greentree service staff has always been exemplary and would recommend that anyone needing service to their Toyota vehicles service them here.

I went to Greentree Toyota for the regular oil change.Jeff V. was my Service Advisor.He took me through the process very quickly and treated me quite well.The car was serviced fast and before I knew I paid and was on my way home.I am happy to have my two cars serviced there.The waiting area was redesigned and it looks much better.

They are the very best of the best! I have a 2018 Corolla and after my accident they were absolutely amazing. They fixed up my car good as new and put me in a beautiful loaner while they did it. The customer service I received here was absolutely fantastic. I hope I never get in another accident but if I do I ll never go anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

I've used this place on multiple occasions, mostly out of convenience (they have offered a rental) and necessity. But I recommend to steer clear if able. Unless you purchased your vehicle at their dealership (I am not aware of this arrangement), they are very overpriced, even by standards within the auto industry. The work that has been has been mostly good, though one time they did not assemble the wheel bearings correctly, which damaged my car (though they did make this right). My issue is largely with the cost, which in my experience has been exorbitant.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change
