The staff are courteous with their time and professional, they routinely will take the time to answer your questions in detail even while the phones are ringing in the background. I ve had 2 cars worked on over the span of 6 years of being a customer at this location and have yet to have any issues with communication or professionalism. I ve looked at my bill and often seen -$10 or -$25 discounts due to a promotion I didn t realize was active. These acts build trust and repeat business.

Well I know I say this every time but the store manager Marc V. is the best!!!! He is someone who is perfect for the job at hand, just the way he explains things to everyone he deals with and his sincerity on getting your car to be the safest while there is just incredible. He is the only reason I go to Firestone and especially the Brookfield location, please don't let him go!!!!! This time around I also dealt with Damien before my visit when I called looking for a tire that I now know is a very rare size and the one tire that was on the site of that size said it didn't fit so when I called and spoke to Damien he explained the Load rating of tires and was the reason for it not being approved for my car. So he told me that he would look into the tire and other options if available. Within the hour he called back and said that tire was unavailable anywhere but gave me a quote for 2 tires that the warehouse had..I selected one and he had them at the store for my visit! TOP NOTCH!!!

When I called the day before, Firestone understood my situation with a dead battery and then later possibility of tow truck not arriving on time. Regardless of the time for the appointment, they took my car in immediately even though it was 1.5 hours late from the appointment time.I've been using Firestone BROOKFIELD, CT for several years. They are wonderful -- always polite, listen, and explain charges.The only thing this time was I thought they were going to update me on the oil change.Firestone BROOKIELD, CT explained very clearly -- without selling me anything -- about my costs. I asked for extra services, and they made them available even though that was not on their calendar. They looked at what was needed for my car and suggested -- but did not push -- what was needed at my milage. THEY DO NOT OVERSELL. I had already dealt twice that day with overselling from the battery charger and tow truck companies.I don't go to the extreme expense of the dealership; I prefer Firestone. They look at my history with them and ASK if there have been any updates. They don't judge if I have done work elsewhere. Additionally, they honor their services.Firestone BROOKIELD, CT, is honest and reliable. As I sat waiting for my car, I heard them talking on the phone and in person to other customers. They were polite and kept people updated about their situations.

Tech ripped my interior air filter and rear windshield wiper. They must work on commission. So disheartening. They are supposed to work with integrity and honesty, as the sign says that is hanging on the wall in the store.Very dishonest shop and worker.I went to get tire rotation. Why would the technician tell me my interior air filter is ripped along with my rear windshield wiper ? Why was he in my glove box when I went for a tire rotation? I know he sabotaged the wiper and air filter because 2 days before, I had an oil change at a different establishment, and everything was perfectly fine ... no ripped airfilter or ripped rearwiper. How does an air filter sustain a rip and a windshiled wiper???? Ironic, huh ?Might i mention that on the day I drove my car to get the tire rotation it was raining outside and I used the wiper and it was not ripped whatsoever. I had no issues AT ALL ! Now when i drive in the rain i cant even see out of the rear window due to this indiviaul rippimg the wiper. I called corporate to make a complaint and got a file # but still l have yet to hear back from anyone and it's been 3 weeks.

Mark is very nice employee in middle rainy day Saturday with fifteen cars in parking lot helped for three minutes to get car hood unstuck from Toyota dealership last oil change. Toyota refuses service at 3:45 pm before closed at 4pm from mistake made last time working on car to get free charge help from mark at Firestone fixing easy problem! They also did great inspection on used car bought years ago to save me time and money ! Go mark

Terrible work don t come here the techs that worked on my car were searching my vehicle and even stole $13 out of my center console the manager refused to fix my wheels and wouldn t refund me for what I paid for after I was robbed and had my property vandalized DONT COME HERE THEY HIRE ANYONE NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED the girl at the counter with miss match hair also gave me back a front tire and a back tire when I asked for the 2 front tires very unprofessional and uncaring and rude

Scheduled an oil change online as I wasn't sure how busy it would be on a Thursday at lunchtime.No issues getting in and out within 30 minutes.Staff was easy to understand and clearly understood speaking to customers in a polite professional manner.No need to present or apply coupons, as the staff did it for me :)The wifi was pretty flakey, but since I didn't come there for that I didn't hold it against them too much. Not to mention they topped off the air in my tires without so much as a nod. Kudos to them!Recommended.

I had a great experience today at Firestone. They did a very thorough inspection of my car and found that my brake rotors were in two pieces. I m glad they had found that and I was able to get them replaced, if I didn t replace them worse things could have happened. Customer service is great at Firestone in Brookfield, I highly recommend using their services!!Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Update: After my initial review, Firestone contacted me, and refunded the 70$ I asked for considering what should be fair. I am satisfied with this.I was quoted 110$ for inspection of my horn not honking and wiper not spraying. They said they need around 400$ to open the front bumper to detect/ diagnose whats wrong with my horn. The windshield wiper nozzle needed replacement and they said its not available. So I paid 110$+ tax for a diagnosis that never fixed my problems. If you cannot tell me whats wrong with my horn not honking, why did you charge me the amount? They waste a lot of my time even after 30 minutes of the technician was done. I am unhappy. Totally unhappy. Ill recommend others to avoid this place at any cost.

Had a tire patch done here and it did not hold at all. Got it done 4/30 and the tire was flat a week later. Filled it up with air just to make sure and 3-4 days later it was completely flat again. The lugnuts for that tire were also extremely loose.

I have been using them since 2009.They do good work in a fast and efficient manner.Just went in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I was in and out in about an hour.I am happy with the work that was done as always.The service advisor Marc was very polite.Their Technician Mike does a very good job. It is obvious he takes pride in his work.They have a good crew at their Brookfield CT location and I would suggest you give them a try.Also there lifetime wheel alignment special is worth the price for a vehicle that you plan to own for a few years. Evey time I go in for an oil change I have them set my alignment ( you pay for 1 alignment and they will continue to do them for as long as you own that car at no extra charge ).Now my car always drives nice and strait as well as my tires wear nice and evenly.

Horrible place. I have been taking my cars to Firestone for service for 18 years. But this place, they scratched my car, and every time I went there, they would tell me I needed tires and breaks when not even 2 months had gone by that I got new tires for my car. To get all my doubts out of the way, I went to another Firestone in another town, and the service person there told me I was good, no need for new tires and / or breaks. Horrible techs there running that kind of business. Be aware car owners, definitely dishonest shop.

Friendly staff that did they re all for a tire repair. Free of charge for being unsuccessful due to extensive damage but provided me a lot of info on tire options & pricing. Clear & easy communication.

Associates recommended a synthetic oil change blindly over a standard oil change without telling you the difference in the cost. Also, stated that your car manufacturer recommends synthetic. I fell for this trick, I will never go here for oil change. Car dealer can do the oil change for less. Please get a second opinion/quote for your work.Service: Oil change

Great customer service! Had a flat on the way to a wedding, they had my tire in stock & got us in & out on a Sunday in a half hour! We went to 3 places before & no one had the tire or ability to change it. Highly recommend this tire center!

Came to get the emissions test done so I can't remark on their "normal" repair work.As far as emissions goes, i can i , they took the card and my Keyes and even though there was a bit of a line (i was told 40 minutes or so} i was done by the time I came back from Chick-Fil-A next door.Waiting room was large and clean. Some seats were set separately for those who want to sit away from others (nice touch). Didn't use the restroom so i can't comment on that.

This store didn t do their job well. I had spent $900 to repair my car brakes, but it didn t resolve the issues. When I called back about the unresolved issue, they ask for additional money about $700 to fix it. I feel, got cheated by this store.

These guys were great. We came in 20 minutes before they closed and helped us out. Our tire got a flat 150 miles from home and we didn t want to drive the whole way on a donut. They gave a recommendation of 4 new tires, because of the AWD on the Subaru, but didn t push it. They respected that we just wanted one to get home and did a great job.
