Horrible Customer Service! 20 year member who shops at Costco weekly is almost always disappointed when at Brookfield Costco. Called at 4:42 about purchasing new tires, we were told we have them and to stop in. On arrival at 5:15 we don t take walkins after 5. One employee said no, one said we can after the next appointment, then it was after several appointments with no guarantee. The lack of customer service is so disappointing even at the assistant manager position. Check out the photo as the shop is empty - car on the lift is done. The other bays EMPTY. Stick with waterbury costco - never an issue. Very disappointed with the staff at the tireshop and the store manager.

Just wanted to say thank you to the crew at Costco s tire shop. They did a great job on my dads jeep! We were very happy with all the work they did, including putting nitrogen in the tires and the warranty that comes with the tires that includes tire rotations and re airing the tires for the life of them all for purchasing the tires from Costco , thank you again

Wow, won't come here again.Special ordered tires, no problem, but then they wouldn't install them because of swollen lug nuts or some lame excuse. I had to return the tires and leave on my old tiresWent to Mavis discount tire and got the same tires replaced that day

worst tire center i have ever encountered. that is saying alot as i have been using town fair tire and they are known for sub par quality. buy tires from costco if you want to make multiple trips waiting mutiple hours only to get turned away because of there inability to remove a lug nut. my first trip they could not find my spline adaptor for my after market rims and lug nuts. it was usually in the glove box this is a common adaptor used on alot of cars you would think they could invest in a set to make customers lives easier. ok fine so i bought one and then made my second trip i waited over an hour just for them to tell me one of my lug nuts was stripped and they were not able to do the job. i took the car home and my 9 year old son and I were able to loosen all the lugs by hand and then tighten them to the proper torque. i then called the service manager to to see what happend and he just gave me the run around about how it was difficult. bottom line is alot of wasted time and a returned set of tires.

I urgently needed my tire to be replaced the same day. Costco went above and beyond to help. The wait was super long but not complaining since I didn t have an appointment.

All 4 brand new $$$ michelin tires were not balanced correctly, One was so out of balance car was not drivable over 50mph. While it took 2 tries, they did get the balance right on my tires the second time. The tech who handled the balance the second time was outstanding. One tire was balanced by Costco the first time and was almost 4 ounces out of balance which points to the tech who handled the first time was clueless, untrained or careless not sure which. Frustrating it cost me yet another half day to get this right, but gave them 3 stars since they got it right the second time.

Horrible horrible horrible. I guess you get what you pay for. After messing up my appointment once, they finally took my car in and after about an hour, they told me that they were unable to undo the lug nuts on the tires. They wanted me to take my car to a mechanic, and half him do the nuts, before they would change the tires. It cost me an extra $310 to get my lug nuts loosened and replaced before Costco would even touch it. The mechanic there arrogantly told me that he was not going to break his back for me. That sounded a little ridiculous, especially after the mechanic loosened them up pretty easily.Costco also does not do wheel alignment, and now I have to take my car to another mechanic to get the wheel alignment done and pay extra for that. The money I saved on the tires far exceeded the additional amount I had to pay to other mechanics

Went to Costco Tire Center for the first time on a very busy day and they were able to squeeze me in for a walk-in appointment. Their staff is very friendly and they got my car done before the approximated time. Will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience at a Costco. Anything you want to do here. Anything. Will take 3x longer than expected. Even returning a battery took about 30mins.

I had to get all 4 tires replaced. I called to get details and then ordered them online. It took about an hour for them to install all 4. I hit a pothole a week and a half later and blew out a tire. I called Costco since My tires were covered under warranty and was helped by A gentleman named Win who was extremely polite and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He also called me back to give me updates on my order and explain the process and everything I will need to bring with me. He personally then took the old tire and replaced it on his own since they were very busy and he wanted to get me on my way since I only had one tire. Will definitely go back for my next set of tires. Plus you save about $175 as a member compared to the next cheapest option.

If you don't buy your tires here, you are missing out on quality, value, and great customer service... Once you make the change to Costco, you won't do shopping the same again! Thank you Costco!

I was very happy with the service. The manager on duty (Orlando) took care of me directly because the tires were run-flat (a bit more difficult to install). He was professional and courteous to me, and respectful of our car. I was very pleased overall.

showed up on time for a 5:30 PM appointment. Five other customers waiting in front of me. One guy working there. Phone calls coming in constantly. The one guy gets paged over the loudspeaker. 15 minutes later and not one person had been helped. Left frustrated and found someone else to rotate my tires

My frustration with Costco tire centers is that they sell you tires with what seem to be wonderful guarantees and value added benefits, but try to get a tire fixed or your tires rotated at their center and you better schedule several hours...at least. Yesterday I went in to get a nail puncture repaired for 'free'. "2hrs" with a grimace. I went next door to Firestone and had it repaired in 10 minutes. Costcos are understaffed and frustrating. By the way, if you don't have Costco do the repairs or if you can't schedule the 2hr wait for a rotation and you are late on the rotation then surprise, the guarantees are voided. I wonder if anyone has ever collected on a guarantee? I've bought several sets of tires and each time toward the end of their life I heard, "There seems to be a slight alignment issue with your car", and guess what? Guarantee is voided. I wonder if every customer magically has a slight alignment issue? I'll go elsewhere next time. I might pay a few dollars more but get so much better service.

Your tire center customer service is just terrible. It seems like you try harder to make buying new tires as difficult as possible, than you ever do at making it a seamless transaction. What is the purpose of a warranty, if you only honor it when the tires are properly rotated but your tire center never has availability to do the rotation? I have bought upwards of 40 tires from your store but will be looking for a new dealer for my next set.*****Update:Just tried to get one of these tires under warrantee (19,000 miles, wire showing in the middle of the tread); I was told that there is some other problem but not the tire. This Costco never stands by their warranties. Just a terrible tire shop.

it always takes a long time when I go into the store even just to register.people who work there always give impression that they don't care about ppl who are waiting. don't call!! they won't answer the phone or put you on a long hold. after I changed my tire, I realized that they didn't put my wheel lock key back. when I went there to tell them, they DIDN'T CARE.they just told me there is nothing they can do about it. I had to order the key, I paid it. I would go to somewhere else next time.

This tire center was very knowledgeable and kind. I had a flat on a Sunday afternoon, every other place was closed and this Costco was able to help me. Just keep in mind, you must have the Costco membership to go to the tire center.

I waited more than 20 minutes just to register. There is no point of making an appointment. I was told that with an appointment, my car would be ready in 1 or 1.5 hrs. I waited more than 2.5 hrs. Also, the employee to whom I spoke was very rude.

I love Costco and have saved LOTS on money on my mortgage (saved over $1300 in closing costs and fees) and products. Their return policy is great, never a hassle with a defective product.So why only 3 stars?Parking is such a hassle. Literally have to flight for a space. Insufficient handicapped spaces. Checkout lines are LONG.I like their cash back.Excellent quality products like prime meats, quality olive oils, great cheeses, speciality foods (tabouleh and hummus. Great fresh bagels. Good selection of smoked salmon.I prefer BJ's, almost next door which is similar and fast less crowed in store, checkout and parking.Check out BJs reviews.

Amazing service. I went to Connecticut for fun but one of my tires got messed up and they were the only place that say "we'll fix it" other local shops were like, "we are too busy" really!! The guys from this place saved me that day.

What a great group of individuals. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They never try to sell you something you don't want or need. Unbeatable prices, selection, and service. When you want things done right the first time, this is the place to go. And they stand behind their work and then products they sell.

Reliable service. Takes a little while for installation, but not a problem when you need to shop for 7. Also. No alignment service.
