Honestly, if I could give my experience more stars I would!A few months ago, I got my motorcycle license and was recommended to check out Brookfield Indian Motorcycle and boy am I so glad I did. I went to another dealership where I am and I felt rushed. It was not the case here!I was met with a smile from Amanda at the front desk with her two sons and Dog, Coco.(the most beautiful and friendly French mastif) I shared I m a new rider and she warmly called over Eric, her husband as he knew more about the bikes.I explained to Eric that I m new to the world of Motorcycling and I may ask some dumb questions. He laughed and told me to ask away. At no point did I feel like I was asking a dumb question! I feel in love with some Royal Enfield s and since it was raining I was about to leave and said okay I ll come back. Thats when Eric offered me a test drive whenever I wanted to come back! I scheduled it for that Friday.Of course this is New England and it rained. I went in and asked if we could move it to another day to which Eric said of course! I asked if they are open on Sunday and he replied with for you, yes we are! Talk about top notch customer service and accommodation! On that Sunday, I was deciding between two bikes and took them out multiple times. Eric never made me feel rushed and I settled on a Matte Black Meteor 350. We worked through the paperwork but due to it being a Sunday, one thing needed to be adjusted with the financing. Not a big deal and out of their control so I told him we d come back Saturday. The only caveat was I couldn t make it till after close because my husband was working. Eric didn t even hesitate to tell me not to worry and get here when I can.The entire paperwork process was such a delight and I didn t feel rushed at all. When I was getting ready to leave, I noticed the bike I got didn t have a GPS like the others so Eric said he d look into and call me back Tuesday. What I didn t expect was an update the next day to let me know he s looking into it! On Tuesday he called to let me know that he was told that they didn t include it due to the chip shortage but he didn t like that answer and was going to look into it more.Listen, we are about and hour away, and I could have gone much closer, but being in customer service, I value the interaction over distance. Eric made this process so enjoyable and I ll be making the ride to Danbury to visit them on my new Bike. Do yourself a favor and come here, ESPECIALLY new riders!

Very easy going shop. They let you look at their bikes, answer your questions but don't push you hard. I am a prospective customer but I felt I was not being pressed at all. I don't know if they have what I am looking for but I would definitely purchase a bike from them.

My wife & I bought a new Roadmaster from this dealership. Our experience all around had been pleasant and that of a customer who buys a premium product. It started with talking to Mr.Robert Gaulin, who explained the products and choices.Austin did a wonderful job of explaining the bike, its features and details. He got all our questions answered patiently. Great Sales job.Jeff, the senior manager, was very helpful in putting some anxiety (about the size of the boke) to rest, with my wife.Eric Gaulin was meticulous in giving us all the details and choices we had. It is good to see a person passionate about riding doing his job.We appreciate our experience.

Bought a motorcycle from them last fall. Team was super nice and family oriented. They honor their warranty and are easy to get in contact with. Service manager is also great!

The sales folks are great and knowledgeable about their product and their competitors products as well. The showroom is welcoming and they have a great selection of products. There's a reasons these folks are a top dealer for Indian, they're wonderful to work with and honest folks. They've convinced me that an Indian could be my next motorcycle purchase.

I have to give a shout out to brookfield Indian motorcycle. the moment I walked in the door, i was met by Dave, who showed me the used motorcycles I was interested in. I ended up buying one the next day. It was just what I was looking for. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I'll go there from now on..Much nicer than when I walked into Harley Davidson and was completely ignored by all 6 people on the showroom floor. Totally awesome staff..

If you are a person like myself, you want the straight up honest truth. Then Brookfield Indian Motorcycle is exactly where you need to go.I was in the market for a new motorcycle after a few years with my 2007 Suzuki C90T, I wanted to go American brand for sure and be on a bagger. I was really stuck on Harley Davidson for reasons of my childhood and because its a Harley. I've rode the Street Glide before this year but a lot of people at my job kept saying Indian Chieftain. I ended up going to Brookfield Indian Motorcycles website and noticed they had a 2018 still on the floor. So, I inquired online and spoke to Jack within the hour to setup a day to meet. Finally the day came and took the drive down from Stratford. Entering the dealership I was greeted by Dave who was very pleasant and I informed him I was meeting Jack. During the wait Dave and I went over the Chieftains features and what it offers over the Street Glide. Dave explained he was a Harley rider so he was able to provide a great comparison. Another great part of the dealership is they have Harley's on the floor to compare to or test ride especially Street Glides or Road Glides. I finally met with Jack who was very pleasant and extremely honest since he is an experienced rider. We sat and went back and forth on things and never once did Jack push a sale. Jack basically talked to me as if I was a guy he knew for years. He set up a test drive for me with Eric, which he rides the next model up the Roadmaster.Lets just say after that the awesome route Eric took me on. I was in a serious toss up between the Chieftain and Street Glide. I of course was leaning Indian for sure after the comfort and handling it had. Of course I wouldn't tell that to them haha. Jack and I spoke again, again never pushing a sale. He simply said to go home and sleep on it and he would hold the bike as we planned to communicate on Saturday. In the end Jack wanted me to be happy with my decision no matter what. I definitely tried to sleep on it, but of course I am a research machine started Google searching everything and watching Youtube videos for a mass amount of time. It definitely make the decision more concrete. The reason I went Chieftain is because of its comfort while riding, it has enough power for sure. Of course the competitor has a few more horsepower but I rather take 4 inch of suspension over 2 inches over 6 hp difference. Plus with a little extra $$ that 6hp can be obtained quickly. Additionally, bang for the buck!! I went to Jack on Saturday to inform him of my decision. After having both test rides done on the 2018 models, I would keep saying Chieftain to friends and family who want a Bagger bike. I can honestly say this dealership was very honest, straight to the point, and didn't do any credit checks until my decision was made on the Indian. That is providing a lot more customer service then other dealers in my book. So, to the next prospective customer you I highly recommend this dealership, you will not be disappointed at all and will be blown away on the Chieftains ride quality! From the owner Rob, Jack, Dave, Eric, Melissa, and the rest of the Brookfield crew that made the delivery experience very special. Thank you very much! I look forward to stopping in for some upgrades in good time.Indian Motorcycles thanks for supporting the Veterans as well with the give back on honoring the Heros'!!

Don't buy from here! I purchased a 2023 Indian Scout Rogue about three weeks ago, on 07/19/23. The process seemed okay at first. When it was time to start the purchasing process, they ran my credit through places I couldn't get approved for since I don't live in CT (CT credit unions won't approve NY residents). I paid the full price for the bike and didn't attempt to ask for any discount. I wanted to buy a hat and a few other things, and no discount was offered on merchandise after spending 20 grand on a bike.A few weeks passed after leaving the dealership with the bike, and I still had yet to receive my plate and registration. I called on 8/01/23 and spoke with the office manager, Evalese. I was advised, "Oh, we did everything. We are just waiting on them, and you have some time until the temporary plate expires." I said okay, that should be fine, trusting that that was the case.I then brought the bike in for the first 500-mile service on 08/05/23 and was told the tires may need attention soon, and I needed to "lean the bike more because the center of the tires is seeing some wear." It doesn't make sense that at 500 miles, the tires are already being marked as "may need attention," considering the bike didn't go above 4,000 RPMs due to a break-in period, and most tires are expected to last 1,800 miles (front) to 3,700 miles (back). Now it's 8/10/23, and I still haven't received the plate or registration. I reached out to DMV myself, as it seems to be the only way to figure out what's happening. They tell me that the dealership never even registered or submitted the paperwork. I then called Indian and spoke with the office manager again, asking them what was going on. "DMV is saying you never registered the bike. Can you please follow up and call me back?" An hour or so goes by, and I get a call that the dealership forgot to sign a document and that she expects me to get the plate by next week when the temporary plate expires. I said, "Shouldn't I have had it on August 1st if that's the case? And what do I do if I don't get the plate?" She responded with nothing. So I asked if I couldn't ride the bike at that point, and she confirmed yes. I said, "No offense, but due to your mess up, I can't ride the bike. This is ridiculous" She rudely said, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I then asked for Eric, the owner's son, who we had worked with originally to figure this out, and was abruptly told he was not there. I then disconnected the call and have not heard from anyone regarding this. This experience has been unprofessional in that they needed to be clearer on the communication when I first addressed the problem. They continued to decline in professionalism when they were given some pushback because I was improperly informed that the paperwork had been put in place when it, in fact, never was. I could now have a lapse of bike use until I receive my registration and plates from NYS. This place doesn't deserve your money. Go elsewhere!

I dealt with a salesman by the name of Dave who was great and the reason for the 4 stars. The issue was the guy in finance named Paul. He was rude and not the best person to work with, ask for someone else if you can. You don t yell at your customers for asking questions. Dave is supposedly no longer there I was told, sad to hear honestly. I had to call a few times to get my plate updates since temporary ones had expired already. Chris helped and overall it was an okay experience other than finance rep.

Had my Indian Roadmaster serviced at Brookfield today. Frank, the service manager, could not have been a nicer guy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership was spotlessly clean and had alot of bikes for sale. I even met the mechanic, he also was a very nice guy. Had a great experience there. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales or service for your Indian.

Best Dealership you can possibly ask for! Very professional and kind staff. Just bought my first motorcycle from this place and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Besides getting a beautiful Indian motorcycle, everyone there was so nice which made the experience SO MUCH BETTER. I dealt with Dave and Jack the most over the phone and in person and they were always so helpful! Never felt any pressure from anyone there, or them trying to sell a bike or merchandise quickly. I had a ton of questions about riding/ and motorcycles in general and everyone took their time with me to explain. Prior to this discovery I had gone to other dealerships but this ranks amongst the top! Really are a handful of people who are responsible for this! Rob and Eric also a pleasure to deal with in person! And for the venue itself, it will not disappoint- spacious which a big showroom, clean. and pretty much anything you are looking for you will find here! Thank you Indian Motorcycle Brookfield!

Had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and informative. Jeff took me and another person for a test ride that let us feel out the bikes. After that he explain many of the bikes features and set up a game plan and time frame for when I was ready to buy.

My experience at this dealer is bordering on terrible. Sales person was awful and rude. Purchased a new bike with cash almost 2 months ago. Paid 300 for dealer prep. The bike was delivered with every sticker from the factory still on it. Took me almost 2 hours to remove them when I got home. They never touched it before I got it. Then, I realized that I wasn't given the instruction manual or ANY papers other than receipts. I called 10 minutes after I left and was promised that the books would be sent out immediately. Rachel, the sales person had the nerve to blame someone else for not giving me the books. 3 weeks later I still didn't have the books. Called (repeatedly) to speak to Eric who NEVER returned calls. He told me he would send it right out and promised to give me a store credit (not what I want). It's now almost 2 months and still no manual for the brand new bike. Terrible customer service. Owner seemed nice when I met him when I bought the bike but he is never there. I have left 2 phone calls for him to return the call. I was interested in getting another bike (bought this one was for my fianc) but that would be impossible from them now. Insulting how awful the service is. They clearly don't care after the sale.

This is my honest opinion based on my experience at Brookfield Indian Motorcycle. Facility was nice. I was very impressed with Alex, the sales rep. He was professional, responsive and eager to please throughout the entire sale. Service guys did a great job installing my aftermarket parts. Frank from parts was very friendly and quick to get back to me on estimates etc..HOWEVER, I was not very impressed with the manager of this dealership. Im sure he is a very nice guy, but it didn t seem like he was very interested in the customers on the sales floor. Spent most of his time pacing around the store on his cell phone. I sensed a little dishonesty at times and he was not very accommodating with an issue I had concerning my parts order. Certainly not a terrible experience, but felt it was necessary to justify my score. All in all my experience was ok. Definitely room for improvement on the management side of things. I still referred 2 of my friends to this dealership, as I m confident Alex will make it a great experience for them.

The team at Brookfield Indian Motorcycle is top notch. Friendly service, fast response, and they worked with me to purchase my scooter without me stepping foot in the store. All done remotely and from out of state too. From video walk arounds, to detailed pictures, to expediting paperwork, they made the process very easy and made me feel comfortable.

Drove 2 hours to go here and check out a bike that was shipped to them 2 days prior. Spoke to scott witch told me the price of bike and specs. I said great lets run the credit. Scott comes back saying your credit is great but we need to add saddle bags, muffler, different lights to the bike witch brought price up 5000$. MY CREDIT was ran before any of this was told to me. Manager was also horrible would not talk to me face to face and avoided answering any questions i asked scott. What a ripoff.

I came back to this family owned dealership for my 500 mile service on my 2019 Cheiftain that I bought earlier this year because of the wonderful experience we had in the past. Mark in service is great and will give you his honest opinion on what your bike needs or what you think you might want done to it. All the staff and family members I encounter are always friendly and not pushy. We will be buying our next Indian and servicing my current one at this location even though I have 3 other dealers that are much closer to my house. Highly recommended!

It s sad to say I can t do business with Indian ever again my exhaust broke after six months of ownership and I asked what they could do and was told it s my fault and I d have to pay for all of that. Also when I got done talking with customer service I could still hear him on the phone talking to someone else about how it s my fault and where did I keep the bike Very bad service all I have to say. And another thing is I couldn t ride this winter and I realized my tire was bald

I want to start off saying that I had the best experience at Brookfield Indian motorcycle. My sales guy was Dave, sales general manager Jack and those 2 guys are the best. I purchased the 2018 Indian scout sixty and I m so excited about my purchase. They made it so easy and fun to purchase my bike. It was laughs and smiles the whole time. I really can t wait to ride my bike on the road. And I m definitely coming back to ride with these guys. They make u feel like family. And I m just so glad that they was apart of it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had an issue with my bike, they stayed in constant contact, keeping me updated, and did their absolute best to accommodate me and my schedule.EDIT When I bought this bike, it did have some issues that were addressed. Not long after as the weather cooled, the bike started leaking oil. It seems to be a fairly common issue with that year, all over the internet. I brought the bike back in, said what I thought it was, and they insisted there was no leak. Brought it home, and again it dumped oil. Then the fork started leaking oil. Unfortunately I work in healthcare and all this was happening during covid. Now I have a bike sitting in a giant oil spot that I can't even ride to a closer mechanic for me.The motorcycle itself is beautiful, and maybe Indian ironed out the kinks in later models, but I'm not happy with a 2017 scout 60, and wish I purchased somewhere else. Especially since the service manager looked me straight in the face and said there was no leak. I'll attach a photo tomorrow

This dealership is great!!! The people there are wonderful to deal with. Jack is the man to deal with. He was understanding and patient. He helped me trade in my 2018 scout 60 for a 2019 Springfield dark horse matte white on an excellent deal. So deal with Jack when you go down. He is so polite and professional I mistaked him as the owner. You will not regret it, trust me.
