Celine was fantastic to work with from when I first contacted the dealer about a vehicle. Was able to put a deposit down, which a lot of places do not do now. Drove 3 hours to find a great deal on a 1 year used, 4600 mile vehicle. It was in amazing condition minus a small scratch which they were not able to get out. So far so good!

This was my third used car purchase at a Blasius dealership and it was well worth the hour drive to get to Blasius Federal Road! From the test drive, getting information and completing a purchase it was a seamless process and I never felt pressured one way or the other! Not to mention the excellent deal on my new Cadillac XT5. Thanks Celine and Tony for all your help and making my car buying process a positive experience! I ll be back in a couple years!

Great experience purchasing my son's first car! We came from NJ. Olivia Loomis was professional and responsive to deal with from the start. She answered all of our many questions and provided clear pricing. We were able to schedule pick up of the car and we were out the door quickly. My son loves his car and Olivia has earned loyal customers.

I HIGHLY recommend coming to this dealership. There was a vehicle I was interested in here that I found online and almost immediately upon entering the dealership I knew I made a good call coming to check it out. Celine was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process as easy as possible. I was very emotional as I was only searching for a vehicle to replace my failing first car that I've been driving for 8 years. If I didn't absolutely have to get a new car I wouldn't have, so the whole process was overwhelming for me to think about. But Celine was so genuine and quick to offer me comfort and kind words, thoughtfully listening to my story when she saw me holding back tears. I truly can't thank her or Tony in financing enough. They both went to bat for me and did absolutely everything they could to get me something I could afford and rely on for years to come. I haven't been to many dealerships, but I know the standard salesperson is typically kind of soulless and plastic, just trying to make a sale. But the people here care, and I've seen it firsthand. I will certainly tell my friends and family to come here.

Celine our salesperson was wonderful!! This was by far our best experience buying a car. Celine is so personable and there is no pressure. She made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and taken care of. Tony who helped with the financing was also great to work with. We are so happy with our "new" car! When we need to trade in our other car we know where we'll be looking:) Thank you so much Celine for everything!!!

I walked in with a terrible story about my car that was recently totaled and everyone there was very empathetic with me and helped me. Eric was great! He allowed me to take my time to think and not make any rush decisions without the pressure sales you get at other dealerships. The financial managers were very nice and patient and made sure they got me the best deal. I would recommend this place to anyone they turned my sad story into a new beginning. Thank you Blasius!

Really treated me like more than just a guy getting a car from them. They even gave me a call after I purchase my car just to check in to see if everything was fine and if I was enjoying my new car. I would highly recommend people to come here to purchase a car.

Was well taken care of. Travis our salesman was great. Love the car I got, they did an amazing job detailing the car and making sure everything was set to go. I would definitely recommend Blasius and will probably be back when I m ready to trade in my other vehicle.

Had a great experience. They were extremely attentive and polite. Answer all my questions. The salesman Karl who just started with the dealership is great salesman who has plenty of patience and provided great customer service. Tony the financial manager took care of me and my transaction. He was great provided all the answers I needed and provided a overall great experience

Now they lie saying i use the car to uber and that my bad review made them no longer work with me!If I could give ZERO stars, I would.Salesman sold me a car new to the lot and never made sure it was looked at.Less than a month, and the car is driving terribly.They fixed my breaks all the way around but ignored the major issue of the oil leak.Now, here I am 2 months later with an undrivable car sold to me by ChrisThe service manager Nancy was very rude in saying I didn't deserve all new breaks and now they do not care that the extended warranty won't cover the work cause I bought it as is.Now they are trying to say the 2000 miles I put on it caused these issues, and the car was sold with bad spark plugs, a bad cat converter, and much, to say the least.These photos were from a different mechanic when I tried to get a NYS inspection 2 weeks after buying the car CHECK OUT THE OIL MESS!Sure Chris was friendly, so was Tony in sales. But the dealership is not somewhere I'd ever recommend anyone to go to!I wish I read reviews before go there at all!A hood salesman will back up with great service!This dealership definitely has horrible customer service, just read the other reviews!

Celine was amazing throughout the whole process. She is the most down to earth, personable sales woman I ve ever met. Her vibe (and everyone else in the dealership) is unmatched. The vehicle was ready for us when we got there and she answered any questions we could ve thought of. She also walked us through the vehicle itself and extra features available to us. I couldn t recommend her or this dealership enough.

Expertly handled my purchase (I had researched my purchase in advance, test drove, and bought.) I really would like to give 2 1/5 stars. Understanding that I m not purchasing a new vehicle, the check engine light came on within 24 hours of leaving Blasius. After explaining my dissatisfaction with the assistant manager, the manager was on the phone for what seemed like 90 minutes and was too busy to speak with me, he assured me I d be put in a loaner while the vehicle I purchased stayed on site but they wouldn t be able to get to it until 7 days later. I previously purchased a bluetooth scanner to read the codes prior to purchasing the car and now that scanner is missing. It was only $50 but it was $50!! Now I have to go purchase another one to make sure the car isn t showing any codes for my upcoming inspection. I ve purchased and sold vehicles at Blasius in the past, they will not be on my list when I go for my next vehicle.

Karl was my salean and I had a pretty poor experience with the dealership. The truck was well priced for what it was advertised as and the trade in pricing was on part, so no real issues there. But they tried to force some add ons like blinking brake lights which is illegal to do. They waived that without issue, but the principle. Truck had a very cursory wash, definitely not a detail, which was to be expected from the type of dealership. Now the issues, first off they didn't even fill the gas tank, the motor and undercarriage was completely coated in a white sand/salt powder (march purchase) which hadnt been pressure washed. A few days after buying I had a turn signal warning which I brought it in for, could not diagnose the problem and never got back to me. Within two weeks my entire center stack started going out intermittently, no climate control, windows, radio... They said I needed a new radio and it wasn't covered. Complained again to my salesman that I wanted out of the deal and I'd buy something else from them. He promised to look into it and get back to me right away. Three weeks later and I have not heard anything.BTW fixed the center stack with Google and a hair dryer within a half hour of leaving the dealership. Prices are good but know that they didn't do anything to check the vehicles out, and once you pay you are dead to them. Definitely will never go back.

This is the second car I purchased from Blasius, and what a great car buying experience once again, Olivia and Zach were a fantastic, totally up front with me and no games. So if you are in the market for a clean used car, I highly recommend Blasius, and dealing with Oliva and Zack, you wont be disappointed. I will be back when my Daughter is ready for a car.

Chris was great to work with, knowledgeable and professional, while maintaining a very friendly and pleasant attitude. He was very attentive and quickly moved the process along. After the sale, he followed up with us on a couple of things that still needed attention. He always quickly responded to our emails and texts, which we appreciated.

Chris McDonough helped me buy my new Jeep Sahara. I was coming from North Eastern Massachusetts so we did a lot of the details prior to me arriving. Chris was very responsive and helpful throughout that process and when I arrived he wasn t pushy or aggressive at all which I really appreciated. He gave me plenty of time with the car to make an educated decision and negotiations were fair and easy. Overall a great car buying experience. Thanks Chris!

Celine was great in assisting me find and secure a new vehicle. She was excellent to deal with and easy to communicate with, even prior to my appointment. She was not pushy, or made me feel pressured at any point during the sale/ test drive. She did her best to get me the numbers I requested for financing. My experience with everyone at Blasius was great.

Purchased a Mini Cooper from this dealership 2 years ago and I m still paying thousands for repairs! Make sure you bring a mechanic to check the car that was my mistake! Day after I picked up the car every single light turned on even though they said they would repair anything other than cosmetic issues. After purchase since I did not get the warranty they would not help me. I even had an issue with my one of my keys I went to speak to the man that was only there once a week he said he would give me a call back to repair the second key but never received a call back!Thank you for your response I tried speaking to Pat O after every light turned on day after leaving with the car :I do not know what the light on in your dashboard means, and I am simply stating to you that the car was sold as is. I'll see if I can get you a copy of what we did to the car. If something failed after we did a safety inspection, and it was after you drove away, it is simply not covered because the car was sold as is, we did offer you an extended service plan didn't we?I never received a copy of what was done to the car I guess I should have purchased the extended warranty I didn t think I would need it right away! I m not sure why there is no record I have an email chain about how upset I was about this purchase! Terrible communication, if something failed after leaving the lot the day after wouldn t it come up on a safety inspection? He did say they would take a look at the car but I would have to pay for parts and labor. Car was never able to pass emissions.

Just bought a vehicle at Blasius. We were told the car would be inspected as thoroughly as a certified used vehicle would. Left the lot and on the hour drive home the tire pressure light came on. Blasius told us to bring the car back the next day. The pressure continued to decrease so we were going to put the spare on only to find the spare tire was flat. Was not risking driving an hour back on a flat tire so had to have 2 new tires put on. We kept the tire to show Blasius that there was a nail in it that was rusted and the tire had rust and dry root. The mechanic that put on the new tires said the nail had been there for a while and likely the dealership was putting air in it to keep it inflated. There was also a leak in the headlight and water filled it. Also the key fob was broken when we took off the dealership clip. The dealership paid for a new one but we had to drive an hour again to the dealership. Staff was nice but I don't think I would recommend this dealership to my family or friends.

Despite living out of state, he efficiently arranged delivery through a third party. Overall, his performance was truly commendable!
