Fastest oil change ever. Came on a Monday and it was packed but when I returned on Tuesday they had me in and out! I always have good service here and they don t pressure you too much into buying the additional service which I appreciate.

This was the smoothest oil change I ve ever had. When I tell you I was shook how fast an oil change can be, and they offered coupons. I was helped by Brandon and Gabe, they were super nice and professional. They showed me the entire process and I will be coming here more. Thank you to the crew at valvoline.

Came here super stressed because my truck 5.3L Silverado doesn t like it when it is over slightly for an oil change. My check engine light came on and had little lower oil pressure. I m a single father and first responder and money is tight. These guys found a coupon for me and were so calming I can t say enough. The gentleman at the computer was remarkable. I m coming back today as a matter of fact.

These guys offer quick, courteous service! No high pressure sales, but they do let you know if they notice an issue of course. South out to Brett! I left feeling like I'd been taken care of, not taken advantage of!

The associates were all very nice and did take care of me but I had bought a Groupon for 50 something dollars and when the guy rang me out for the air filter he only took $27 off for the Groupon. And I'm like, wait a minute, I pay $50 to only get $27 off. I might as well not use the group in the first place. Needless to say, they are sending me a check for the difference. Also, I was told they couldn't do a tire rotation because the manager's pinky was broken, then a different gentlemen told me it was because they rotate the Sundays they do the rotations on. Disclaimer - this was the first time I went to this location. Maybe it was a bad day.

Did not feel confident in my oil change today. Felt very uncomfortable and pushy for a ac recharge that I know wasn't needed.

Crazy quick service. Educational as they moved along. You stay right in your car. Great team of gentlemen. I felt like this was an operating room for cars! Highly recommend.

Don t trust these guys. I take my daughters car there for oil changes and mysteriously something always happens afterwards. Like clockwork. Now I stress to them to JUST change the oil. Don t touch nothing else. Don t need that nonsense. And sometimes I think they are not even changing the oil just hooking up tubes and putting on a good show. At the end of the oil change they want you to start the car and let it idle at like 2000rpm for a few seconds for some reason. So I m sitting in the car minding my own business and he tell me ok start it up and rev it up to 2000rpm So I follow the instructions and after like 5 seconds of it sounding strange he freaked out and told me shut it off! Shut if off! Well he drained the oil and the. Told me to start it without putting the new oil in. I mean that s bad. That s the main point of the job. Kinda like McDonald s when all they have to do is read the receipt and put it in the bag. And they can t do it. THATS THE JOB!!! Anyway. Beware. And they are always trying to sell you a new brake system or air filter system. Don t fall for it Good luck

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and informative about the process. Very fast service as well. I pulled right into the bay upon arrival. I was done and driving out within 20 minutes. Probably would have been done quicker, if I didn t ask them questions about the differences in oil/prices. Thank you Valvoline, I will be a returning customer!Service: Oil change

They told me my coolant was very low & I needed to service it for $119.99. I declined the service & the offer to top off the fluid. I told them I'd head down to my mechanic. Then when I went to start my car, the battery was dead(I usually keep my lights on auto so didn't think to turn them off & none of the employees pointed it out). They jump started my battery but then my automatic window feature wasn't working. Instead of reassuring me that it was because my battery had died, they said that wasn't their problem. Admittedly, it was an old battery & did indeed need to be changed but it hadn't given me a single problem prior to the oil change.When I got down to my mechanic, he checked both my radiator and my reservoir, both were full.I feel bad for the woman who had been in the bay next to me who they proudly said was getting the same service.This is all very unfortunate since I & my family members been having our oil changed at the Bristol Valvoline for many years. I will not be back.

The two heavy set dudes knew I was tired as hell after working multiple hours. I knew their drill of checking wipers, tail lights, headlights, turn signals, etc. So they know I already knew about it. So they complete the job perfectly within 20 minutes of me taking a quick nap in the car.

I stopped going in March after they loosened my battery cable and my car mysteriously wouldn't start after my routine oil change.However, my son did not know this and took my car there in July. They undid the screws for the undercarriage shield, and did not put them all back. Never again.

Can you check almost 45 minutes. They were chatting with a man in front of me while I was trapped behind him not getting any service. I had to ask for my tires to be checked. I e checked while everybody else does. And I finally got my oil changed because I complained. The employees acted like it was a problem to help and most were rude. Always fast, check & fill all the fluids/lights/ac check, tires - a great thorough job.Eddie - Assistant Mgr in Bristol, CT. was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and completed the old change in less than 15 minutes. Great job! Valvoline customer service even sent me a $10 off coupon to apply to my oil change. I left paying almost $41 for regular oil change for a 2011 Nissan Murano. I'll go here any day over other nearby competitors.

Seldom leave reviews but these guys are worth one. Knowledgeable, they never try to hassle you. They are always patient and kind and working great as a team. I will always go out of my way to get my oil changed at this location.

I had a great experience at this location. I arrived early so I was in and out in 10-15min. I was treated kindly by all the guys and appreciated them taking the time to explain what they were doing. They even showed me the new air filter they put in my car! I will definitely return to this location. No hard sales push and no pressure. They have to offer because it is a business.

The best service always. Everyone is so nice there and they are definitely a well oiled machine.You don't have to get out of your car. They top off your fluids and check your tire pressure. It's the only place I go for an oil change.

Went in for an oil change and they did not have my filter. The guys were affable enough. They said they topped off my fluids(minus my oil, i declined) and checked tire pressure and i left. No harm, no foul. I went down the road to get what was necessary to do it myself; and luckily i double checked the oil cap to see what oil my car took because it wasnt there! They forgot to put it on... I was not happy.. The worker on duty apologized and said his guys should know better, then gave me a 1/4 off next one.. Worth the damage it could have done?! Ladies Beware! If you re going to go to this location do not go alone. Take someone with you who can be a second pair of eyes to see what s going on under your hood while you re conducting business with the lead tech. They are clever and they will prey on you. They perform a lot of unnecessary checks on your vehicle in an attempt to get you to spend more money (up sell). During the tech s unnecessary system check, he broke the antifreeze tank and cap costing me $600 in repairs, I only went in for an oil change. The store manager is absolutely no help! He doesn t have a clue about what s happening in his building. Customer service isn t their priority. They are unethical and dishonest there. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!!Service: Oil change

I come here for my synthetic oil changes because it s too convenient not to. The guys who work here are all very nice I have zero complaints about that. But their computer system at Valvoline really tries SO hard to sell you on extras you just don t really need. I have a major mechanical mechanic outside of basic oil changes. If I needed half of anything Valvoline has tried to sell me on I would have known already because my mechanic just did a full inspection 3 weeks ago when I replaced an upper radiator hose. They tried to sell me on a $25 oil stabilizer in my car? Why? I m not burning or leaking anything, its an unnecessary chemical component in the car. My air filter was just replaced not long ago, but they still tried to sell me another one when it wasn t even dirty. Also, my car goes 6,000 miles between oil changes because the engine requires full synthetic. They continue to print the windshield ticket as 3,000 miles though and I told them this. Also, the tech did not know how to reset my oil change due light in my Dodge Dart. He thought it reset but when I pulled out of the garage the message was back. I googled it when I got home to reset it myself. It s convenience because you don t need an appointment here, and it s very quick, but I personally wouldn t trust their mechanical opinions here outside of a basic oil change most of it is likely just up selling you on things you don t need.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Great guys here. They get the job done fast and they do it well, and they don't push or upsell you on things you don't actually need. This is the kind of place where someone could send their grandma, daughter, or non-car-guy friend and feel confident they won't get ripped off.
