Had 4 new rims put on my 2003 Honda Accord. Placed the order online and scheduled an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and they took my car in right away. Waited in their waiting room and it only took 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and they did a great job. The rims look great. I will definitely go back.

Just wanted to stop by and say another great visit down at Town Fair Tire today in Bristol. I moved to Bristol about a decade ago and ever since then I've never been disappointed. We all know how hard it's to find a place you can trust when you're getting your car worked on. Today, I dealt with Chris who like the rest of the team was courteous and upfront. So, if you guys at Town Fair are reading this THANX MAN!!

I hand a great experience, Seth was great very knowledgeable explaining everything needed to make a wise decision based on my vehicles needs. The job was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend to anyone. Additionally I had some front end work and had to go back for another alignment and Alex as well as all the staff was great. Was in and out of there quickly and the job was done correctly. Thanks again.

Chris took care of me and put some new treads on my work vehicle. He let me haggle a little so i felt like i got a fair deal. Overall they're nice kids working here. The mechanics were laughing and having fun which made me smile and think of simpler times when work was fun and your coworkers were your friends. I recommend to slow down and talk to the people in front of you and you'll enjoy most experiences in life a lot more. As far as tires they're good. As far as people they're priceless. You can get tires anywhere but you don't get nice people everywhere. But you do here. Bristol, CT Town Fair Tire nice guys.

Stopped in with some sort of metal lodged in my tire after just purchasing a whole new set barely 2 months prior.Alex went above and beyond and had me in and out with a new tire in less than 15 minutes. His customer service is exceptional! Couldn't be more thankful!

I arrived with a flat tire, and an even flatter spare. I spoke with Chris who did a quick inspection and identified that my tire could be repaired in confidence, and that it would be <$15 dollars to include mounting and balancing. He also made sure the spare was at proper PSI and serviceable. I came back 25 miles later for a complimentary re-torque and was all set. I came in fully expecting to have to buy new tires, despite the newness of the ones on the car itself, but luckily the issues were fixable. Easy experience all around.

I came here twice in the last two months for slow leaks. First time I walked in on a Saturday morning and today when they first opened. Both time I was greeted immediately and they were quick to take a look at my tires to see what was going on. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly. Today Chris helped me and he was very helpful. They were able to patch my tire each time for only $13 and I was in and out. I highly recommended coming here for any tire issue you may be having.

Had scheduled a tire rotation and alignment but it was brought to my attention that my front tires were just about bald, which may be playing a factor in my car's handling. Associate Chris was great and gave me a replacement recommendation which I agreed upon. Unexpected for certain and a much bigger bill than I was anticipating but I'd rather pay for peace of mind than risk my safety. Overall summary: clean facility, professional and personable staff. All Town Fair's are great but, even though it's not the closest to me, I prefer Bristol out of them all.

Came in with a bad tire thinking that was it but Misty was very informative and taught me things I didn t even know about my other three tires. She went step by step showing me everything and teaching me a lot about my car. She was very professional and got me in and out. I feel much better about driving my car knowing that my tires are safe and having that guarantee

Seth really knows his stuff. I came in knowing what I wanted but he sold me on a more reliable tire. Definitely knows what he is talking about. The service was fast and I could see what they were doing every step of the process. Seth explained the process to me and even told me where issues might come up so I wasn t surprised. Overall great experience and recommend to anyone that has tire issues

Al over at Town Fair was excellent!! He was very informative answered all the questions I had and then some. I left there feeling taken care of and well-informed of what I was buying and the services I d be getting. I d recommend going there any time!

We always come for tires and warranty on them. Alex was very helpful he looked at the tire's the day before to make sure the correct tires for my appointment. Safety and service are very important to the employees and all my needs met.

Ed, and Brian helped me. Brian initially helped me replace a worn tire, got me out on Monday first thing in the morning and I was only 10 minutes late to work, phenomenal job. Then I got a puncture on Tuesday, Ed placed a hot order for a tire that came Wednesday afternoon and the tire was changed within an hour of the delivery. Thanks for your quick turnaround efforts, Ed and Brian also both worked with me to find options within my budget. Thanks!

I recently had my rear tires replaced at the Town Fair Tire on Farmington Avenue in Bristol. The patch on my damaged tire needed inspection and Greg checked it out for me.Before that Greg also had reached out to the supplier for my existing truck tires to check on their availability. I appreciated his due diligence.He was also very helpful on selecting my replacement rear tires.The staff also seemed right on top of the day, and I was very impressed with their customer service getting the tires on before the end of the day (5:40 pm) and Greg s insight on the sales floor.Nice visit will definitely be back to this location.

I hit a pothole just outside my house coming back from a vacation, so the last thing I wanted to do was to deal with a mess-I talked with Seth and he got my car taken care of fast, and even found a deal on my matching tires.I can't speak highly enough about them, absolutely phenomenal service, and fast, great work!

Purchased new rims for my vehicle. Could not have been happier with result and the help that Greg from Town Fair Tire in Bristol gave me.
