If I could give them 1 star I would. only have to give them one to leave a review. I called an hour ahead of time to ask if they had a car available because I had a 30 minute drive out to them. They informed me over the phone the car I was interested in was there. After taking a 30 minute drive and wasting my gas they told me the car was NOT there and that it was SOLD. 10/10 DO NOT recommend, just a waste of time and gas. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Tom Bernier service is a true professional. I brought my Cadillac in to check a noise i was hearing in the rear end, and to perform a service recall. My vehicle was test driven, and I was informed that no issues could be found. Because I could not pick up my vehicle until the next day, Tom offered to test drive the vehicle again to see if he could hear what I thought I heard. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Tom advised me that another thorough check had been done, and again, there were no issues. When i asked for the cost of all the diagnostic work, Tom said "No charge". Needless to say, I was surprised and pleased.This was my first service experience with Stephen Cadillac because the dealer from whom I bought the vehicle went out of business. Because of Tom, I would not hesitate to go there again the next time I need repair or maintenance services.

I have been here a couple of times now with my 2010 CTS-V for service, and have nothing but good words to put in. I had the pleasure to work with (both service advisors) Thea and Tom. And recommend them highly. Very professional and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way, from setting up the appointment to picking the car up. Outstanding turnover time with service. If you take great pride in the car you drive let them take great service in it. I will definitely be back for any service needs.

Great experience! Robert Nightingale took great care of us... these are the people changing the "car salesman stereotype". Great deal, everything was smooth and transparent. We were so comfortable with Rob and Stephen Cadillac we bought our Chevy Silverado 2500 and had it delivered to NH at no extra charge without seeing it in person. Couldn't be happier!

I highly recommend Stephen Cadillac for all of your Cadillac needs! Our salesman, Rob N., went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, then went on to make sure my car was ready on time, meticulously clean, with a full tank of gas. This is my third Cadillac from Steohen Cadillac, I highly recommend them. Their service department is excellent also. My services are always done in a timely manner, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! A+++

Michael Collins is fantastic gentlemen who put me into the exact car I was looking for and made sure to assist me throughout the process. If you want a straight shooter who will take the time to make sure you are pleased than go see Mr. Collins.Since purchasing the car I have used the service center at Stephen Cadillac for my routine oil changes. The service department is very accommodating and knowledgable. Service Consultant Thea Berger has consistently impressed me with her dedication to customer service. She has handled any and all request and questions professionally and always ensures that things work out. She goes above and beyond each time I deal with her.I am very happy with the crew over at Stephen's Cadillac especially Michael and Thea. I look forward to doing business with them going forward and you will be in good hands if you choose to do so.

Got a dash board message that my rear vision camera needed service. Tom Bernier made appointment for me and I brought the car in at 8am. Tom had the Tech ready to see what problem I might have. I waited i your comfortable wait area. Tech couldn't find anything wrong but he cleaned the camera lens. It's really bright now. I didn't realize how dull it had become. Back on the road in an hour. Every things working great. Thanks Tom

Once again, the Stephen's Cadillac Service department and especially the Service manager Thea was very helpful with getting my car repaired and making sure that I wasn't inconvenienced. I have never had a bad experience with that service group and would buy all my vehicles from Stephen's because of their professionalism.

I recently built and ordered a new Cadillac XT4. The salesperson, Michael, not only made sure that I got the car of my dreams, but he checked in with me on a regular basis to let me know that status of my car delivery, etc. The customer service at Stephen is exceptional and I will definitely look to them for all my future car purchases.

I have been going to Stephens Cadillac for 9+ years and bought a new car this past January. Their service is excellent; I have been completely satisfied and only serviced my first car at Stephens for the entire time that I owned it.

Stephen Cadillac has an award winning service department in my personal opinion, I have leased and then purchased a ATS4 luxury coupe. They make me feel so welcome and treated as I was their only customer coming through their doors. Thank you Stephen Cadillac!

Recently bought a car from this dealership, the sales team was friendly and were willing to work with me, so I walked out with a new car! If you're shopping around for a car, you should stop at Stevens Auto Mall and inquire within! Also just got first service appointment done, they came and picked up my car and brought it back when it was finished! Five star service!

I went in for a 22K scheduled service on my CT6 and the service was done very efficient and very quick. I was in/out in les than an hour. Tom Bernier is great, very professional and my vehicle was ready in the time frame he said.Thank You Tom.

I have been dealing with this company for more than ten years and every time I'm ready for a new car, about every 3 years, they have stepped up big time. I drive over 20 miles to come here for service on my car because of the people in the service department bend over backwards to make sure I am satisfied, which I always am.

I feel so bad my bank approved 100% up $30,000 and they don't give me the car what I want they offer me 2018 ,what I have 2018 car and they want to put me in a car 2018 but a want 2020, went i give my car to trading went my bank approved and don't even round my credit, not filled the application and no driving the car what I want very bad service for me also they give me excuses about my credit bad deal,they lost one customer and maybe more.

False advertisements on multiple occasions, when you actually talk to a sales person the price is 1.5x of that in the ads. Shame!
