I needed a tow today. First I tried to go through my insurance since I pay for road side assistance. But they had me sitting around for 4hrs waiting. I ended up canceling that service and reached out to the owner of Skytop, Jeremy, and he put me in touch with his dispatcher. They were able to get someone out to me within 25min. Not only was it fast service, but it was also reasonably priced and the driver did his thing with precision and took care of my baby.

Called AAA for a tow and Skytop came. Driver was super nice and friendly. Suggested he try to jump the car first, which he did and it worked. He then told me what to do to get a new battery instead of going to dealer, which is what the message on my dashboard said.It has been a week since then and his advice was solid and my car is working great. Thank you so much for such outstanding service!

My Chevy express was having issues tonight and wouldn t start. I called AAA to have it towed and they completely dropped the ball and forgot to process my request after waiting hours for a tow truck that was never coming I m pretty sure you can understand my frustration I was told they finally got Skytop Motors LLC dispatched. I received a call from Kurt instantly after hanging up with AAA and he explained to me very thoroughly exactly what happened with AAA. Kurt came to my house very fast and was very empathetic of my situation. Kurt tended to my situation like it was his very own he was very professional and took very very good care of me. Kurt thank you so much for your help buddy. I will be using Skytop Motors LLC from now on for all my mechanical and towing needs.

Don t complain about the price because it s worth every penny plus +++ The owner and Kurt are more than I could ever ask for! They re professional, reliable, on time and they ve taken care of every nonsense I ve encountered. Their team is lovely & they took care of every issue I ve had and even fixed my car when life happens. They go above and beyond.. sometimes extra to get you what you need to make the customers happy. I highly recommend this company to execute your needs accordingly and they ve grown as a company which shows they re more than capable of their duties:) I m happy for their success and how they treat their customers. The shops they have can accommodate you & I m not one to write a review but this company is on point! Communication is important and they have exceeded my expectations so thank you for your team and I will continue to refer you to all my customers thank you for all you have done for me and my clients!!!

This place was great for a tow but when the bill came and I went over it after, they charged $130 inspection fee I m not sure what that entails but you would think it would be to make sure everything was OK with the car after the accident, if that was exactly what it was they would have noticed a few things that broke during the accident but it shows they didn t care to look or tell me. I went to Firestone right after I left thank goodness for a $10 inspection fee and they found everything this place didn t just save your money and go somewhere else especially if it s for inspection.

Kurt G lent me both his jack and air pump so that I could fix my car on the side of the road and drive away without having to pay for a tow. Absolutely amazing person and I'll be eternally grateful for his help!

Always shopping around for the next solid used vehicle. Im guaranteed a fair price at least $1,000.00 under book value all the time. Also, if I want something specific they will find it for me. Example: we needed a large enough vehicle for our 4 greyhounds to fit comfortably with all back seats down. They recommend a 2014 GMC Acadia and within one month we were in it at an excellent price well below the book value.

My car overheated and I called Skytop right away. Jeremy the owner sent one of his tow trucks to come pick me up. They were courteous, respectful, and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend working with them. Finding an honest shop is hard to do.

This company brought the wrong truck to my AAA call. The dispatcher thought it was a good idea to try and flat tow a 4x4 truck and he was very wrong. After speaking with the driver, he said he would go back and get a flat bed. After the driver left, AAA called me and said the company called them and reported that I physically threatened them and that my account would be suspended. I was extremely confused as none of that was true. Why would I threaten someone who just agreed to help me? After calling the company, he doubled down on his story and said cameras captured everything. He was extremely stuck up and entitled, he sounded mad that I refused the wrong truck and they had to go all the way back. I assume that was the reason he lied to AAA, trying to "get back at me" by leaving a disabled veteran stranded an hour from home. I just got a call from AAA saying they have reviewed all the evidence and found absolutely no wrong-doing by me. I was actually very polite to the tow company, especially considering I was waiting hours and they brought the wrong truck. AAA found this company to be lying and they reinstated my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've never been treated worse by a business! I can't believe someone would act that way running a business, it's a disgrace! Great job to the dispatcher being one of the worst humans I've ever met!

Skytop Motors LLC of Bristol put in a used motor, new transmission , and new transfer gear case in my 2007 Hummer H3 last year and it s still going strong with no issues. Fast forward to this month and I brought it in for them to get the H3 to pass the CT emissions test that it failed the week before. SkyTop fixed it as well as replace a worn upper A-Arm and changed the oil. The Hummer rides like newer used and that annoying check engine light is finally off. The staff and their new puppy are also friendly and helpful.

Sky top motors is a 10/10. Kyle and Kurt were phenomenal. I needed a tow and they went above and beyond just for little ole me. Kyle treated me with respect and got the job done and in a timely manner!!! I highly recommend them to anyone that is curious about sky top!!! And thank you again Kyle and Kurt!!

one of the best experiences i've had at a dealership. i do work at a dealership so i know how the business works. Rodney and Jeremy we straight up forward and honest with me. so i purchased the truck. next day had a couple questions and things to fix. nothing crazy. jeremy said no worries we will take care of it. both guys are not only professional but honest and friendly. kept me updated every step of the way. long story short i will highly recommend sky top motors to anyone including my family. thank you skytop.

Sky Top Motors to the rescue again!!! These people are great. I dropped my car off for so some emergency engine work this morning and they diagnosed it quickly and accurately. My wife was in an accident and we needed a service to tow our car from the accident scene. The first tow driver I spoke too on scene had an attitude right out of the gate, I refused them and Skytop was called. Their people and service are amazing. Not the gruff old school model - very customer experience focused.They were professional and courteous. The towed and stored the vehicle, called us to let us know that the insurance company may do us wrong by leaving the car in storage too long which may result in charges to us. Then the driver who eventually moved the totaled car to our house was great. I highly recommend them.

Our car broke an axle and we were unable to drive our vehicle.Thankfully we have AAA and they dispatched Skytop Motors to assist us.Zach was not only early for the arrival, he was professional and took care to not scrap the car onto the bed of the truck. Previous towing company was not as careful and damaged our car.It was also kind of Zach to ensured the car was put in a specific spot at our destination. Saved us from having to push it off to the side where it needed to go!Next time we are in need we'll be sure to think of Skytop because of this positive experience.Thanks again Zach, we appreciate you!

I requested towing service. Zach called right away to let me know he was en route and he showed up like lightning. He knew the right way to load my vehicle onto the flatbed based on the drivetrain. Zach was very polite and professional. I really appreciate the towing service I received from Skytop Motors!

Garrett is awesome! He s personable, professional, and caring. He made a stop out of the way so that my husband could pick up his car from the shop while mine was in the process of being towed. If he hadn t helped us neither my husband or I would have had a car and I would not have been able to get to work the next day.

Fantastic service from Zach! My cars transmission blew and with the help of Zach, it took less than 30 minutes for him to assist. On top of that, he drove down to New London to drop it off at the dealership. He was extremely professional and willing to help.

I know people ask about the best auto repair shop in Bristol. I just wanted to share my experience with Sky Top. My mother Went there for an oil change and new tires and they lost her hubcap. Then Went on Jan 31st for emissions and next day noticed her car was hit in the back and big scratch on back bumper as well. Called several times regarding the matter and now they claim cameras were broken noting they can do. Won't go there again ever! Automotive Plus for repairs and different emissions place from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not bring your car here if you can avoid it.My car was towed here after it was stolen & dumped in Bristol. I discovered the shop had lost my key fob when I went to pick up my car and pay for the repairs. After having my car back for a little under a month I got a call from my local PD saying my car was reported as stolen again. Turns out the shop ran inventory on their lot and reported my car as "driven off the lot without payment", even though I paid more money than I would've liked for the repairs. My local PD was as confused as I was. Good thing I still had the receipt from a month ago, otherwise I might've been accused of stealing my own car. I can understand one mistake but anything more than that is a pattern.

AAA sent Skytop out for my service call . Zach was my tech . On the phone he was so explanatory about the process, the possible problems, what he would be doing throughout the visit to try and get the vehicle started vs. using a tow. I have never seen people so pro customer and so pro resolution!!!!! I would use them again on my own accord not just through AAA. Zach needs a second shout out because he is what truly sold me just from our initial phone call . On a secondary note Zach also got my car started and saved my AAA tow for another time when we may need it more !

Not even worth the star I gave them. They were contracted out with AAA and were supposed to come to my home to tow my vehicle. They slowed down (after we already waited 4 hours for a tow) in front of my house but never stopped and never actually looked at where the vehicle was located. We called AAA back to be told that this company told them that the car was inaccessible and they closed the ticket. This is an outright lie!!! The car is simply down the driveway but they'd have known that if they took the time to actually get out of the truck and look. I would never recommend this company. I'm so glad I wasn't stranded on the highway some where.

My BMW needed towing since it was smoking and the check engine light had come on. Ron was very fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend Sky Top Motors if you want good service.

THIS COMPANY LEFT ME STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH A FLAT TIRE NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER HELPED ME FIND A SOLUTION I WAS FORCE TO DRIVE MY CAR HOME WITH A FLAT AND DESTROYED THE RIM THE DRIVER I SPOKE WITH CALLED ME BLOCKED REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NAME AND OR THE COMPANY NAME BUT AFTER DOING MY RESEARCH I WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT THAT THIS WAS THE GARAGE RESPONSIBLE ..AND THE DRIVERS NAME WAS CURT OR EITHER KIRK IF HE WAS TELLING THE TRUTH ON THATService: Tires

I highly recommend this place! The two ladies at the front are professional and friendly! The young man who did my emissions test, on the two cars l had, was very professional and friendly! The place is clean and comfortable! They have the cutest puppy guarding us! Other customers came in and they were friendly! The staff at this place sets the tone for everyone to feel comfortable! Can t wait to see the front desk staff again!!! Love them!

I have Lexus Roadside assistance, which contracts with AAA , they sent a battery service tech who did not what to do with my UX450 hybrid . Garrett from Skptop was the second responder , he immediately knew what to do to jump my 2021 Lexus Hybrid ! Excellent customer service . Thank Garrett .
