those people are just wow!!!So respectful and nice!I went there thinking I was going to pay hundreds of dollars! Nope! They went out ( Bryan ) my hero to my car and found out the previous shop that worked on my car forget to plug in a sensor that would have damaged my engine! He plugged it in and cleared the code and boom.... If was fixed. Do not go to JR in Waterbury! or any other place. No wonder why this place has great reviews. They are even cheaper rated than all the others. I saw the rates when i was there. But on top of all that they are super kind and HONEST!

Everyone there is really helpful I was having a problem getting the alignment right for my vehicle and they go it right I will highly recommend

Rick's automotive Bristol, CT. Overpriced and couldn't fix a 30 year old car because it didn't have a computer to tell them what was wrong. Air, gas, spark. What happened to actual mechanics. Are they a thing of the past? Would highly discourage anyone from bringing their vehicles to this garage.

Best auto repair shop in Bristol! Great communication, repairs done as promised, delivered when promised. Have used this shop many times, cannot complain, and will be back. These guys are my first and last call for all of my vehicles.

I have to say I love going here. I bring my Jeep wrangler and my Kia Optima here. I am a female and as a female it is hard finding a place that won t mess with me being I m female. They have good prices and are great! I highly recommend!! My Jeep just left there yesterday. Randy and the guys really do great work. Respectful and more willing to go above and beyond for the customer then I've experienced anywhere else. Great customer service and very affordable labor rates at that.

I greatly appreciate and respect a sound mechanic. Rick's Automotive is awesome. We have experienced a dealers shock and awe quote. Just a code check at BMW is 450 bucks because they have to do extra assessment on where to charge you more. I was referred by a fellow 650i owner and the team quickly assessed and fixed what was required. Car is running awesome and will always recommend and refer Rick's. Awesome.mechanics with integrity.

Be careful with this shop, they will lie to you and steal your money. They told me they changed my head gasket, spark plugs and they didn t. Went for a tuneup and they did absolutely nothing to my car and charge me almost 400$$

I wouldn't bring my truck to ANY other place in Bristol or surrounding towns. They are upfront, honest & don't charge you till you're broke. Highly recommended! A+++

First visit they treated me well. I left paying a ridiculous low price. Second visit not so much. Got a partial tune-up that I paid way to much for.

Went to Rick s to get a second opinion since the first shop I went to couldn t find what was wrong with my car. They quickly found what was wrong, repaired it fast and not expensive at all!

Oh my goodness, this place is a life saver. I left from there about 30 minutes ago because my battery had died and needed to be replaced along with the attachment that holds it together. I called asking if the work could be done even though it was very last minute. My battery life was at 0% according to AAA. I spoke with someone named Ryan I believe and he told me to come on over and took care of me right away. He was extremely professional and helpful, I definitley recommend Rick's Auto.Service: Battery

My engine light was on and I went to Rick's to see what needed to be done. The error codes indicated catalytic converter and knock sensor. He put some oil in the car (as it was low) and turned off the engine light and test drove it. The light didn't come back on and he suggested I drive it a while and see if it came back on. He also provided pricing for the potential repairs. He charged me NOTHING! I really appreciated his expertise and advice. He potentially saved me a lot of money on an unneeded repair. Thank you - I will be back for any needed repairs or maintenance.

ALL of these guys are diligent, honest and professional. They won't try to up-sell stuff you don't need! I had a bucket that they helped me keep on the road until I just couldn't anymore. Would recommend them any day, any time!
