Extremely satisfied with the top notch service and attention that my brand new 2023 vehicle received while being repaired at Ray s! The team went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. When we picked up our vehicle it literally looked better than when we had purchased it brand new off the lot (inside and out) - we are so thankful! They literally rebuilt the front end!! I would definitely recommend this shop if auto body repairs are needed. If ever needed again we know this is where we will go! Thanks to the entire team at Ray s (See before and afters below)

Top notch work. Megan is Great in the office as was Kevin my estimator. My car was rear ended and sure it took like 5 weeks for parts but that's not there fault. They even went above and beyond to replace my license plate frame that was damaged. Before and After pictures attached.

Great place and great quality in their work. Recently had my car fixed with Rays. Megan at the front desk provided great customer service and everyone else at the shop was amazing. They gave me a little bottle of paint for touch ups just in case which was amazing. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

It was the first accident in my life, first car fix in my life as well (except maintenance)I've read so many great reviews about here, but also some bad reviews and few always ruin your thoughts. I kept wondering myself "what if" after dropping off the car at Ray's. Mind you, I have trust issues and I don't even trust myself but keep doubting whatever I work on.But turns out, it's one of the few places I would trust and go whenever I need. Megan was freaking awesome, explained how rental car things work and what I gotta do (basically nothing) before fixing, and whenever I needed to ask something, she answered nicely. The gentleman at the front I do not remember the name was very kind and nice. And overall, look at the dang pictures!! The color's completely matching (I mean, yes there's a color code but I've seen a lot on the road with incomplete colors) and the complementary car wash, I was actually ashamed because it was pretty dirty both inside and out when I dropped it off. Now it feels like I got a new car again and that's how I've been driving last two days.

Want to thank Megan and the rest of Rays for repairing my car. I m not looking forward to hitting a deer anytime soon, but if future damage happens, Rays will be my first call!

Everything about my experience at Ray s was excellent. All of the employees I worked with were friendly and made the process of getting my bumper replaced as simple as it could possibly be. They arranged for having rental car company show up at the appointed drop-off time. They have a computerized system that let me know how the repair process was going and informed me the truck was fixed even before they called me shortly afterwards. The repair was attended to very promptly; I was in the rental only one day. The truck was returned with the bumper installed properly, of course, but I was impressed that the vehicle was even returned cleaner than it had been when I dropped it off. They d even vacuumed all the floorboards! The next day, I realized I d left my child s car seat in the rental that I dropped off when I picked my truck up, and they were happy to help by ensuring the rental didn t get picked up until I was able to get back to the shop. Can t say enough about how well Ray s performed. I will absolutely use Ray s in the future if any I need future work and I would definitely recommend them to others.

My wife and I had Ray s CARSTAR fix my wife s suv after it was involved in a hit and run. I m very pleased with how the repairs were done, the vehicle looks great, top notch work.The whole experience we had working with Ray s CARSTAR was great, from the repairs, to Enterprise having rentals on site.I will definitely be recommending Ray s CARSTAR to others.

Had to use them for insurance- fixed things fine until we got home and the dash light for the daylight not working came on - a 3 year old car and they stated that the bulb just happened to burn out and it wasn t their fault. Inspected it at the dealership and they said it was unplugged. Steer clear.

I had an accident in a 2022 Nissan pathfinder, I was worried that they would not match the paint to the original factory but this place exceeded my expectations. Not only did they match the paint the gave me a bottle of touch up paint. My car was in and out without any hassle. I recently purchased a car with Chris and saying the process was simple and easy is an understatement! Chris is a man of his word and on top of every step or concern I had. I love my new car but working with Chris and how easy he made it was what I loved the most. When it is time to do this over again, Chris will be my first and only call!

This place is great! The body work they did on my car is amazing and they even gave me a little bottle of paint for touch ups if needed :) Also got my car back right after Christmas! Best gift. Thank you Rays! Have a happy new year!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident so decided to go with Rays Carstar in Bristol to get my repairs done. They were a pleasure working with and were very helpful throughout the whole process. They give you updates on when your car is being worked on via text if you want which I thought was great. Also they completed the repairs at a much earlier date than expected which I was very thankful for. Overall I had a great experience and if I needed repair on my car again I know where to go

Amazing customer service and work. Not only did they fix my car perfectly, but they even cleaned the inside; extra steps taken that weren t needed but very much appreciated. The car looks brand new! Pedro was with me every step of the way and kept me updated as much as possible. Couldn t be happier with the results and customer service

Car was sitting literally in the shop for almost 2 months my progressive agent was more communicative than the people at the body shop Receptionist was nice and offered me a token of her sincere apology even though it was nowhere near her fault . Pedro however was very unprofessional very uncommunicative and made me lose interest in doing further business in this shop all it takes is one bad egg he was definitely the bad egg car was left dirty as hell and everything just thrown in the back seat like they could careless about actually detailing my car horrible experience for me definitely wouldn t recommend to anyone

I was disappointed in the color match a new bumper was put on and it was much darker than the rest of the car. They said they couldn t paint the bumper again but they could spray the back of the car to blend it. I didn t want to risk color miss match on the rest of the car so I let go.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Working with this repair shop previously, we had her car towed to Ray s CARSTAR. They provided the estimate, ECD, and had her car repaired meeting the ECD. All of which was painless from our perspective. The repairs met and exceeded expectations. Excellent service and a patient & professional receptionist. My car looks amazing- they went above and beyond! The previous place I almost went to told me they wouldn t be able to do a color match with the paint and that it was impossible. These guys did every repair perfectly.

I hit a deer in my pickup- my insurance suggested Ray s for the estimate and work. I could not be more pleased. The staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and very courteous. They handled everything with insurance including my car rental with Enterprise-who brought the car right to Ray s when I dropped off my truck. The work is great, truck is so nice and clean and they even gave me some leftover touch up paint-which I value greatly! Who doesn t love to have that on hand?!? Would recommend and would absolutely use Ray s again!! 5 stars from me.

Beware of this place, if your insurance tells you to bring it here try to find another place, my brother's vehicle was sent here for minor repairs and this place has kept his vehicle way beyond a month when the repairs should've taken a week, they constantly lie and gives you the run around.
