Gino was the best! Bought a used Mazda CX-5 today after a few days of discussion and test drives of various options. Never felt pressured, always felt like they were being fair and transparent. Judging by the rest of the reviews on here you can see that I experienced just more of the same great customer service. I visited a bunch of other used car dealers in the area before coming here and never felt safe to move ahead on a purchase until I met these guys.

First time financing! Was sent to Gino by my mechanic and as usual he didn't steer me wrong. Gino is amazing. Makes everything easy...explains everything. Made sure my car was safe and ready to go when i picked it up. Highly recommended!

The team at quick auto sales & repair were very professional. They were very pleasant to deal with and were very accommodating. There honesty and professionalism was among the best. The quality of there work to get me into my suv was awesome. I would highly recommend my friends and family to see them in the future to buy a vehicle. My experience with quick auto sales & repair was wonderful.

Looked at tons of places for a couple cars for my newly licensed daughters and ended up at Quick Auto. What an absolutely stress and pressure free experience. From the test driving to the pickup after purchase, they were fantastic. 100% I will be back there next time I'm looking for a car .

I got my car last Saturday and they were so helpful! There were some issues with the car and they fixed them all. I didn t have to worry about anything when I left the store, they took care of registration, oil change and they even registered me in the CT DMV. If you want a reliable car dealer go here!

I bought a beautiful car here. They serviced it for me before I picked it up at no extra cost (oil change and replaced a couple parts) and they re very responsive when you have questions. I d recommend and buy again.

Wouldn't recommend... I bought a Chevy Malibu from them.. I was told that they looked over the car and were going to take another complete look over the car, they didn't.. I didn't even have the car a month when the (P0014) code popped up ( Camshaft code)... The car was advancing on itself, the timing was obviously off, I brought it back to them Gino ( who is a sales person, not mechanic) took it for a test drive with the code scanner with him .. told me, " I don't see any issues, I cleared the code." " The engine may have been giving issues cause the code light was on" obviously doesn't know anything about cars cause the engine doesn't screw up because a dashboard light is on .. the dashboard light comes on, due to an issue ... Not a trust worthy company avoid going to them unless you want to pay a lot of pocket to repair , cause their warranty company will give you an issue if you want to bring it anywhere else.. ( to get them to "allow" me to bring it to another shop, I had to quote state law to them)

Honestly their customer service is INCOMPARABLE! After fighting with TWO big dealerships it was very hard getting what I wanted being self employed and an Entrepreneur. Gino was great! Very straight forward and to the point. I went in on Friday morning, drove the car. LOVED IT. Checked Carfax and asked lots of questions. By Tuesday it was in my hands and they took my trade in at a GREAT value! I m super happy! HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for HOEST straight forward people.

I bought a truck from them for $20000 two years later I find out the frame is rotted so bad that I can't use the bed, there's no way that the frame could have rotted that bad in just two years so it's obvious that they knew about the rot and did nothing about it! They don't care about the customer all they care about is the money I wouldn't chance my money with these people shop elsewhere!!!

The worse people in the world very selfish n greedy sold my son a car knowing it had some problems..They clear the codes before selling my son the car , by the time my son drive the car back home all the codes came back up (p0351,p0353,p0354,p219A,p0352,p0351,p0354, didn t even own the car for 5hrs I try contacting them , they told me that they can t do anything that the car was bought as is.. Very unprofessional, greedy , selfish , inhumane people.

This was the most helpful and knowledgeable dealer I have ever dealt with. Gino was honest, up front and very pleasant to deal with. And I can take my car back there for maintenance and deal with same wonderful people who work there. As a woman I never felt intimidated or like I was being taken advantage of which means a lot. They were able to get financing for me and an extended warranty for the car I bought. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is my second purchase with Gino. Quick Auto was just as awesome as when I bought my last truck which I still drive 3 /12 years and 120k miles later. My 1st drive this time was 1,350 miles towing a trailer to Florida. What a nice ride. I even was able to get a nice extended warranty. I will definitely come back again. Truck was a great buy and price.

Great experience. I went with my son looking for a good used car. They were not at all pushy and let us take our time looking. When we were ready to ask questions they were very helpful, they listened to us and pointed out things we never considered. Again not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made the buying process so easy. I would highly recommend them.

Had an awesome experience with Gino and staff. Saw a vehicle we liked online; I stopped by spoke with Gino and my wife test drove it the same day. Answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. Great place to buy a used vehicle. Would definitely go back and refer family and friends.

Super easy to work with, not pushy at all and very responsive to questions. I bought a high mileage vehicle as-is, and had a minor issue right away with it. They were willing to check out for me without any push back despite the "as-is" purchase. Turned out it was a quick easy fix in my driveway so I didn't need to bring it in, but I appreciated the willingness to check it out without any argument. It speaks to their customer service and overall a very pleasant experience.

This dealership was very patient working with us toward financing the vehicle. Communication between the dealer and myself was outstanding. All questions were responded to in a timely fashion. Salesman had no problem having the vehicle inspected by my mechanic. Overall without a doubt would do business with this dealership again. Thanks Gino!
